Great Cus Service by these Young Folks which is Rare!!

Not sure who you guys had working this morning but his work ethic is terrible I came in wasn’t greeted asked him a question about the cap behind the counter he didn’t hear me the first time so I repeated it to be hit with a “ Yeah “ no upselling, no offer of another hat I might’ve been interested in. Another Customer also walked in and wasn’t greeted at all the least someone working in a store can do is address the shoppers its very distasteful seeing no work put into making sells.

Staff was distracted and all over the place. Took 20 minutes just to ring me out because they were busy arguing about how to work the embroidery machine.

Went to lids the staff was awesome they are the only place in my area where I can find Eagles Merchandise prices are good just love the store overall grade it with A

Had a good experience. Ill go back for some custom hats.

Helpful staff decent selection

This used to be a good place to get a large variety of caps and hats. There have been some changes to their inventory that limit what they have to offer. For example, the spf 50 ladies ball cap. I wish they would carry more.

I purchased several hats from this store. Great customer service. I recently had an embroidery job completed on a hat. Matt did a nice job in customized the colors and making sure the image was placed in the optimal location. I highly recommend this LIDS store.

If you looking for Miami Heat, it aint here. But they got the Jags on lock.
