One of the best customer service experiences ever. I stopped by to pick up some Benjamin Moore Scuff X paint for my trim, baseboard, and doors. The gentleman working (I wish I got his name) was incredibly kind. He asked me where I heard of the paint because its top notch. I told him that I saw it on YouTube and am DIYing it.He gave me a tutorial on how to properly paint my doors, when to use the brush/roller, and the technique for painting baseboards. I mean he literally got on his hands and knees to show me! I didnt even have to ask. Its rare for people to be genuinely kind these days so I appreciate it so much! I highly recommend this Duval Paint & Decorating.

Absolutely incredible. I have been coming here for A little over a year because they are selection as well as price on paint, polyurethane‘s, Epoxy ‘s, and materials are unbeatable. But most of all I would like to comment that one job that I did came out defective, and I walked into the store simply to buy more material to try and correct it. Sean and Bob instead decided to go above and beyond and actually drive out to the jobsite to assess the situation hands on and personally. They spoke to the material distributor to troubleshoot the issues. There are A few Benjamin Moore‘s that are closer than this location and yet I still drive out of my way because the customer service is absolutely unmatched. Tony and Matt have always been the experts to pick up the phone every time and take their time to run you down on your process, and answer every question. You aren’t just buying and talking to a group of salesman, you are dealing with experts in their craft that can tell you how to use their product and what it will do. A guarantee no other supplier will go as far above and beyond as these group of guys . Thank you Tony, Matt, Sean, John and Bob and all other staff members at Duval paint

So we going to paint our house and stopped in because we have heard what great paint Benjamin Moore has to offer. While we were in there Matt assisted us and all our needs and helped us to his best ability I would say he went above and beyond to make sure we had all that we needed to get the job done.
