I wandered in to Deerwood just to have a look. I had just picked up some stones from another business. I wanted them set into custom rings for my best friends and I. I had been quoted an outrageous price by the place I first went to for a simple solitaire setting for each. Rohan was helping me and asked to see the stones. He was able to not only beat their quote for each ring, but with ornate setting for 2 of them, and a custom made one for a stone with unusual dimensions. They were finished far faster than I imagined, and they all looked amazing. I will definitely be returning for a custom band I want made.While I was in the store I witnessed another exchange. A man was purchasing a gold necklace for his son, and Rohan negotiated with the man. Its so nice to see someone who wants your business for a long time. He doesnt just try to get every dime from someone then never see them again. He is a jeweler who wants to have your return business and is prepared to deserve the right. I had a ring passed down from my aunt that has passed away and it got stolen in January I brought in several of her other rings that didn’t fit me and Rohan helped me recreate a ring similar to the one that was stolen. It all started with an engagement ring! Rohan was able to take the designs in my head and turn them into a gorgeous ring that led to her saying YES! I stopped in to discuss appraisal services, and they had the best price and fastest turn around of all the shops I called and visited. They were honest and told me I didnt need a full appraisal for what I was doing and they did a quick evaluation of my piece instead (which saved me money). I got all the info I needed on my ring quickly and in detail. Upon my arrival I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. Asking about their purchasing of scrap gold, Rohan took over and brought me to the area where they inspect and test the metals. He gave me knowledge of how the process works and made me feel very comfortable that they were doing the best job possible. I had shopped around at a few places before in town and they offered me the most money for my gold without any grief. Love the staff here. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. My husband and I both bought our wedding bands here. They were able to find a light metal ring that my husband, who has never worn a ring in his life, loved. They were able to take my engagement ring that was bought online and match it with 2 identical wedding bands to match it. After the wedding they were able to solder the rings together to make one beautiful wedding ring. I have been a returning customer for other things as well. They were able to take a single diamond earring (since I lost the other one) and turn it into a beautiful pendant for a necklace. I would highly recommend them.

We had the pleasure of going to Deerwood Jewelers for our 50th wedding anniversary and to purchase a new setting for my diamond. After looking around I visited deerwood and was warmly greeted. I was looking for the right engagement ring and they pulled out all the stops wouldnt let me settle wanted to make sure it was just right. My future wife is active so he went all over Makin sure that nothing but the perfect ring was in my hands. Great prices. Excellent customer service. I needed repairs on some watches, a bracelet and engagement ring. I ended up buying another diamond ring for the wife. Some of the watch repairs ended up complimentary because they arent there to nickel and dime you.Their watch prices rival anything you can find online (ask them for a price on what you like). I buy nearly everything online (I like to save money) but if I can walk into a store, see and feel the product before I buy it, then pay pretty much the online price and not have to wait for shipping to arrive, then thats what Im doing! Nothing like getting it now.You can tell these guys are in it for the long haul. They do everything they can to create return customers and I am one of them. Very reasonable prices offered for jewelry repair services $100 lower than nearby competition. I dropped my items off late Friday and they were ready for pick up on the following Monday. Other places said it would take 1-2 weeks. Great customer service and will be going straight to them for any future jewelry purchases or repairs.

I recommend Deerwood Jewelers to anyone in the market for jewelry, watches and repairs. They are kind hearted people who work there. 2 years ago my diamond fell out of my setting and I stumbled upon this jewelry store recently. The service and kindness shown to me was AMAZING! I was quoted $150+ to have it put back in, however when I showed up at the store yesterday they quoted me a significantly lower price and also let me know exactly what happened to my ring. I will be using them in the future for further purchases. Highly recommended store.

Bright lights and budget sign people out front dont make for a reputable jeweler. First off the sign twirler out front looked like he was a little to happy and should have been my first clue, if you get it!! Second the white lights inside make the stones appear really white and should have been my second clue. By all means take the stones outside to get a real look at what you are buying. In my opinion not quality merchandise and would not recommend. Reputable jewelry stores with quality merchandise do not need budget advertising and bright fake lights, think about it!

Rohan then proceeded to help me and create molds of the cross and within a week I had 6 exact replicas of my fathers cross that all were perfect. They walked through the process of choosing a diamond and worked together to make the ultimate decision... did I mention how stunning my ring is?So I went in to get the ring sized which they had completed in a couple of days. I just happened to stop in after shopping for an engagement ring from the big box stores, another local store and an online jeweler. I am glad I did, the ring looks amazing, Rohan and his staff did exactly what they said they would do. I found the pricing for what I bought to be very fair also.

Loved working with Rohan at Deerwood!! He listened carefully to what I wanted. I had a very specific list of details I was looking for on an engagement ring. He then made a suggestion for the best way to get what I wanted. It took a few months to get my ring custom made. He would send me pics and I would tell him which details I wanted to adjust, and that took a while because I was very busy with work. However, he was extremely patient with me and my schedule. My ring was totally worth the wait! Its gorgeous! Im SO happy I found Rohan at Deerwood! I highly recommend him!

This is probably one the the friendliest jewelry stores that I have been too in Jax. My grandmothers ring is like new again!!! I will definitely go back!Not only the price was very competitive (truly the lowest for the cleanest repair I have ever paid). The sales rep was very helpful and made sure all questions I had about the restoration and customization of the ring were answered without rushing.

I was in the lookout for a new band and happened in to Deerwood Jewelers a couple weeks ago. I had read the reviews and had a bad experience with another reputable company in Jax so I was nervous. Deerwood Jewelers did not disappoint. I felt they took the time to explain all of my options and I chose the most gorgeous eternity band. My husband had been out of the country and when he returned he suggested I take my diamond from my engagement ring and match it to the new band. Im on my way over to pick it up and couldnt be more excited. This father son team are top notch and I would recommend them to all my friends.

This place is so amazing! They have endless amounts of settings and diamonds Rohan is so helpful, he taught me so much about diamonds in such a short amount of time. I had a crack in my ring and he fixed it right up for me for no cost and it was platinum! And dont even get me started on the prices! I was looking at a ring somewhere else and it was 1799 or something like that and that was just for an engagement ring but then I came here, and the total of an engagement ring and two wedding bands that we wanted was a few hundred dollars less than the one ring I was looking at at the other place. I will be going here for all future jewelry purchases.

Its a great place, they have just about everything you can find online and the prices are fair. Matter fact I found a few things at this store that were actually better than online pricing.
