I like this place. The customer service was excellent (Quinn was the guy). I went in for an obscure bulb for my RV porch light. They had it, picked the order fast, and even though my purchase was small, they treated me like I was placing an order for a huge amount. Based on my experience, I highly recommend them.

NON commercvial Online order, Saturdayimmediate email confirmation of the order, Saturday .The next business day( Monday ), stamps dot com USPS sent an email, a label has been printed .2 days later( Wednesday ), the order was fullfilled and shippedpackage received the coming Saturday .Literally 7 days + about 5 hours, ... I placed an order online for bulbs and called the company to confirm the process. customer service clearly explained the process, how my account would be created after the order, and confirmed the free delivery. I was having difficulty finding a replacement bulb for the pump running indicator lamp on our septic control panel. Jackson Lighting and Electric had the bulb in stock and listed at a more than reasonable price. I only needed one, so I selected their I Just Need One! shipping option, which cost only $3.25, but the length of time that delivery option would take wasnt specified anywhere that I could see.I was pleasantly surprised when the bulb that I had ordered on Friday arrived with my mail early on the following Monday.I have already installed the bulb and it functions as expected.10/10 I will use Jackson Lighting and Electric Supply again if I need another hard-to-find bulb.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.Bought 18 100w soft white bulbs. Soft, alright. Replaced a 70w bulb in a lamp and the supposed 100w bulb was DIMMER. More like a 25w. Tried several others - all, the same result. Would cost me more to ship it back and get hit with a 15% restocking charge than I would get back from my purchase. These guys obviously know exactly what theyre doing: get a 10 cent bulb from China, make $5 - $10 per sale for tens of thousands of sales nationwide.....nice little profit. Amazing how theyre still in business.The bulb on the right is the 70w bulb. Note how much more light is coming from it and bouncing off the wall vs. the fake 100w bulb on the left. (not sure if pic will load)

Ordered 10 pcs of A15 60W Incandescent Bulbs, which are hard to find at major big box retailers or very pricey. Well packaged for shipment and received within 10 days using Super Saver shipping. Upon installing 5 of the bulbs, they fired up immediately, illuminating as expected. Appreciate the prompt shipment and value provided.

I ordered 24 60W appliance bulbs from Jackson Lighting. The order came within 1 week using their Super Saver shipping. Upon examination of the bulbs we found that there were some defects from the manufacturer (not Jackson Lightings fault at all). A call was placed to them with a immediate response from Customer Service. No hesitation at all with a we will have replacement bulbs sent out immediately and we will check for any defects before shipping. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.After reading the other neg. reviews, I would not put much confidence in them as my experience was been positive for the entire process. I will continue to give JacksonLighting first shot for all our electrical needs bought over the internet.

I was nervous ordering 3 fluorescent bulbs and having them shipped to Ohio from Florida, but the pricing was so good I just had to order. Sure enough the package arrived damaged but the bulbs inside still looked good until I tried them and they started smoking. I called and talked to the owner and explained my situation. He took care of me and replaced the damaged bulbs.

Absolutely NOT a customer friendly company. No wonder negative rating sky high. Days passed since I placed my order and paid for it. Never received any confirmation. Never received any response to my emails. Phone number listed on their website is a FAX number. Will NEVER do business with this company again.

Update 12/16/19 I found an email on their website and sent an email about my order. No answer 4 days later. I called the numbers again and got the same recordings of Melinda and Veronica, saying that my call is important and they will call me back. Nothing.12/11/19 If I could give ZERO stars I would. I ordered bulbs 2 months ago and have never received them. But the problem is that you cant talk to anyone. Their phone goes only to two sales peoples voice mail, And when you select either Melinda or Veronica, neither one EVER answers the phone and after half a dozen messages for them over two weeks, I have never received an email or call back about my order. There are no other options on the phone tree. They are the worst. Stay Away unless you enjoy being aggravated.

I ordered 4 miniature bulbs for aged recessed lighting fixtures in which the bulb is only 20 watts and has a voltage of 28. Prices were great. I selected 2 day express delivery and received notification that the bulbs had been shipped on the same day I ordered. I fully anticipate that based on the bulbs description they will be what I need. I could not find these bulbs at any local brick and mortar store.Before placing ordered I called and verified that the bulbs were in stock and available to ship. The sales clerk Melinda was very nice!As of now..........I wouldnt hesitate to purchase from them again.

Products are junk. Melinda in customer service nice on phone. She tells you what you want to hear then youre blown off. Green light bulbs that I pd a premium price for only lasted 2 days. Very poor customer service. No refunds or any way to solve bogus products they sell. Fair warning if you buy from them.

I had a rocky but ultimately positive experience with Bulb Town. My order hadnt arrived ten days after paying for it. I called on a Friday to follow up and a rep said Id have it Monday. A partial quantity of my order did arrive Monday. After a second call, the owner contacted me to apologize and had the balance of my order overnighted (for Tuesday). I appreciate the responsiveness but I dont think I should need to hound a company to get a product Ive purchased.

Another merchant to avoid... Nice website, but thats where it ends. Very poor (as in none) communication, no response to emails, they took almost 2 weeks to ship (after numerous emails which were unanswered and a complaint to paypal). They call themselves the Last Resort for bulbs and that I can agree upon.Read the comments from other people and be warned !

They are a SCAM and do bad business. Please save your time and money and buy from somewhere else. Not worth the headache. Ive placed my order 5/1 and today is now 8/1. Over the past 3 months Ive called several times to only get the run around. Now when I call no one answers and leave voicemail and no return call. No one answers my emails. Ive filed a dispute with my credit card company which they also havent responded to.

Used Internet sent away for some automobile bulbs. Their was an error in the bulbs they sent us. Called up spoke to Melinda she fix the problem and they were very fast rectifying the problem. I would have given 5 stars.........positive experience.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Its been a week and a half since I ordered my bulbs from them - with my truck dash sitting in pieces waiting to be reassembled - and they JUST mailed my bulbs. Ive been cursing the U.S. mail thinking that Super Saver Shipping meant that I was getting my stuff through Media Mail and thats why it was taking so long. I never dreamed it would take them almost two weeks just to put the stuff in the mail. Unbelievable. Worst customer service I think Ive ever seen. Save your money - go buy from a different dealer.

I wish I would have seen the reviews before I placed an order with them. I placed an order and now it has been 7 weeks and I still dont have the bulbs. Their customer service is terrible and cannot give me a straight answer whenever I call. Avoid this place at all costs even if it costs you a few more dollars somewhere else.

I got out of my car to walk into a store. The door was locked, they needed to buzz me in, this made me and the people inside uncomfortable. I didnt see a buzzer. The person inside side they kept the door locked because that was what the previous owner did. At that moment I realized, burgler bars and a buzzer arent going to deter a burgler as much as a well lighted and surveillanced area. My feeling is let law enforcement do there job, the employees are Schizo. The store needs to be more inviting to serve walk-in customers. With that said, their prices are good.

The only time I have ever ordered from this company I chose the Super Saver shipping option because the item was in stock and I was not in a hurry. What I didnt expect was that Super Saver means slow shipping AND bad service. It turns out that that they didnt even bother shipping my order for 3 weeks so it will take over a month to get a few light bulbs from these guys. I called and spoke with a gentleman who identified himself as the owner because I wanted to express that I felt this was inferior service. He didnt seem to care. He told me When you pay for a first class ticket you get to sit in the front but when you pay for coach you have to sit in the back Nice attitude from the owner of the business!This will certainly be the last time I order from Bulbtown. There are too many other places where I can spend my money.

Took them a month to ship me 12 bulbs. 3 were broken so we returned them. Took another month for a credit and they charged us restocking. Garbage.
