Small inventory. Too expensive ..for the avg.Man.. Will not return...

This rating is for the store employees. It is my first experience of this brand of shirt, so I dont know yet how it wears, fits, launders, etc. but I had such a pleasant in store experience I wanted to share it. The folks in the St John Town Center store were amazing. Courteous, informative, caring, understanding with great attention to detail. But not at all pushy!!My only wish is that more stores & franchises were like this. I dont know if its the company, the local manager, the staff themselves, or a combination of all 3. But its working in spades & I would encourage anyone whos thinking about this style of clothing to give these folks a chance. I doubt you will be disappointed.

I was just in a few hours ago and had probably the best clothes shopping experiences in my life. I was welcomed upon entering the store and was quickly assisted by Zachary, who is fantastic at his job. The entire staff was very friendly, sociable and down to earth. John was also very helpful. I also appreciated the 25% Military discount. Ill be back without a doubt. More stores need to be run by a crew like this. Thanks. John C..

Came in to look around and was amazed by the quality and style of the shirts that I had to buy a couple. They feel great and my friends really like the look of their shirts and they came in and have bought some. Thank you Untuckit for designing classy shirts that look and feel great that don’t have to be tucked in. Will be back to buy more.

Really wanted to like their clothes because I like the concept. However, the polo I tried on was a little baggy, especially in the sleeves, which were also longer than Id like, and so was the length of the shirt to be honest. I think they aim towards an older audience. If youre a younger guy I would recommend Psycho Bunny, Ben Sherman or Penguin if you want button down or polo shirts that are slim fit and short enough not to look stupid untucked.Im giving 3 stars because the staff was really friendly and they have whiskey samples at the register.

Stellar Customer Support: My husband just ordered a polo shirt from untuck taking advantage of the latest sale; it came quickly, shirt was great - he wore it once — and somehow ruined the shirt. This AM I connected in a chat with Tracy Krauter, mgr. for the Untuck store in Jacksonville FI. She checked with an SME for solutions to help me. When it looked like a bust she informed me she would send a shipping label for the return of the damaged shirt and replace it at no charge. Seriously never expected this. We’ve been buying from untuck for several years — and typically online. The UX is stellar and support always great — but this was incredible. Talk about going the extra mile—this is why we are Untuck fans. Tracy Txs so much again for all your support.

What a great store. The salespeople are friendly, informative and very helpful. I love the way my shirt fits, and will definitely be buying more.

The staff here is quite helpful. Untuckit make some great shirts especially their button-down all cotton. However beware these shirts do run small.

My teenage daughter loves St Johns Town Center its clean nice people treat you good never had a problem can be pricey traffic during the weekends is a mess after 11 a.m.

Super annoyed, bought a gift card for my husband & made it clear I did NOT want it going to his email. Called to let the manager know and all I get is “I’m sorry about that”. Seriously? For as much as you spend on a shirt you’re sorry about that?

Clean store. They had whiskey to taste and were very accommodating
