Went at 2:20 in the afternoon on a Wednesday. Store all lit up, open sign on. Door locked. Lame.

So I have been going to this location very frequently for about 2 years now and they never fail to help me figure out anything. They get new employees and its like they know everything within a couple days. There is one employee I would like to point out though, I believe his name was Jaren. He was absolutely amazing, he was super friendly, he had very funny conversations with me and he just seems like an awesome person in general! So big heads up to the one who hired Jaren, he seems like hes gonna be one of the familiar faces at cosmic 💯🤙🏻

Its an okay place. Ive been there a few times because its next to a Larrys Giant Sub...always has bad/rude/disinterested employees. Too expensive as far as headshops go. Not a lot of selection, high prices, even lighter fluid is more expensive there.No website? In 2021? Really??The only reason to shop there is if everybody else is closed...or if youre walking and its close. Always has bad employees...especially the chick who cant stop talking to her friend to see if I needed help...for 22 minutes. Avoid this place. You deserve better.

A well rounded go-to vape shop with reasonable prices and a very good selection of vapes, liquids and e-sticks. They also have a small selection of real cigars and cigarillos. I recently purchased the wrong $90 vape because I could not open it to make certain it was the correct one. They exchanged it a couple of days later for the one I was after without any hassle and it was nice to have been treated fairly. Would have given five stars if the employee who sold me the wrong vape had been wearing a mask... very irresponsible for any person who has daily contact with the general public.

They have everything you need! The was well lit very clean. Very organized excellent customer service and it smells really nice in there. The parking was okay and close to the beach which made it very convenient for me. Looking forward to checking them out again!

Good spot for smokers and their accessory needs. Been a customer here over a year now and I can say that they usually have a good stock and selection. The staff, while maybe not the most energetic crew, are chill and polite and they definitely take care of their customers. I had an issue with a newer hire selling me the wrong juice and, despite their no returns policy, they made it right by offering a full refund. They also, of course, got me set up with some new juice appropriate for my device.

I love this shop from the employees to the prices! Always have what I need in stock.

I honestly love this place... I have to go in every time I pass it just to see if theres anything new... and the staff are nice and helpful, just wish there was one closer to me.

I dont have anything bad to say about the actual shop, but the chick with the baby running around the store is rude as hell. She didnt even have the decency to acknowledge I was there and nobody else was even in the store. She was too busy yelling and cussing to someone on the phone, didnt sound like a business call to me. And if shes speaking that way in front of me, she obviously doesnt care what the kid hears. So sad for the toddler. Whoever runs this place should drop her quick if they want to keep the shop in business. Two thumbs way, way down!

I stopped here because I was out and about for work and this place charges double what everywhere else charges for a coil. No thanks I’ll stick with Venice Smoke Shop. I’ve never seen coils that high anywhere before.

The Employees really suck, several times i have been ignored and they have no clue what they are talking about. One time one of the employees stood there on speaker phone while his friend talked about sex and i literally stood there for 5 minutes waiting. Out of maybe 5 employees over the past few years only 1 of them was helpful the rest are rude and out of it. Dont go here unless you have to.

Wow, if you really dont want new business, you should just post a sign on the door. It would save the customers the time and save the disinterested employee the time it takes to get up from the back and into the storefront.
