The best rug gallery in town hands down!

This place is amazing! Mr. Jaffe is an upstanding individual who is genuinely interested and well versed on all your rugs needs. I should also add this spot has a lot of extra atmosphere compared to the other rug stores in Jax.

We have used them on two separate occasions with three different rugs. Great selection, super nice owner, delivery and installation was spot on. We will use them again in the future. Highly recommend!!

Let me first start that this is hands down the most beautiful collection of rugs in the Jacksonville, Florida area—including areas like Fernandina, Ponte Vedra, etc. Trust me, I went to every rug store in these areas, most of which had dated styles on display—I even went to North Carolina, the mecca of furniture and home décor---and no one matched the stunning colors and designs of the rug selection on display at Jaffe Rug Gallery. But what really sets them apart, and the reason why I decided to write a review, is that you really find out the character of a retailer when there is an issue to be worked through. At no fault of Jaffe, the rug I ordered was delayed from the Indian wholesale merchant longer than originally promised to me. The owner of Jaffe rug could not have been more accommodating—even bringing me a beautiful rug on loan to keep in my house until the rug I ordered arrived. He bent over backwards to accommodate me and make sure I was deliriously happy with my rug selection. When you invest in buying a quality rug, you want to make sure that the seller has your best interest at heart—is credible, honest and knowledgeable—not just trying to sell you a rug and make a profit. Jaffe Rug Gallery in my opinion has it all—selection and good price points combined with impressive experience, expertise, customer service, and most of all, honesty.
