I cannot say enough good things about Love!!! They gave me the dress shopping experience of a lifetime. Every girl dreams about this day and they exceeded all of my expectations!! Every dress that Paige pulled for me was gorgeous & exactly what I was looking for, but when I tried on “the one” I just knew!! It was exactly like the photos I had sent that I wanted. The Love team is amazing. Although I must have driven them nuts trying to find a dress, they did not stop trying to make sure I found the perfect gown. The team is highly knowledgable and experienced. I went in with pictures and a moodboard of my entire wedding aesthetic and the selections they had chosen for me, when I walked in, could not have been more perfect. The owner, Melissa, is also incredibly lovely. Any concern or change of heart I had, she made sure it was handled and that I walked out of there with the dress of my dreams.Not to mention, they have a wide pricing range of beautiful, quality dresses to choose from. The options are endless. I have not been to their new location but I imagine they have an even LARGER selection to choose from!10/10

This boutique has exceeded the expectations i would have ever set for dress shopping. They assisted me with discovering my favorite dress style and then showed me several options within my budget. The service that was provided to me was very rare and compassionate. You can truly tell that every single person there loves what they do. While other shops lost my business due to them not allowing my group size in the boutique with me, Love worked with me and made sure to include everyone i wanted there because they understand the importance of that special moment of finding your dress. I’m going to be honest and say I never leave a review, I always just do the star rating and call it a day. But Love Bridal Boutique has been so amazing to work with and literally made my wedding day in so many ways that it felt morally wrong to not leave a review! Love Bridal Boutique is an amazing local wedding shop in Jax Beach. I went in last year (2019 pre-covid) with 4 guests and I had a truly one of a kind experience. There were 2 other brides but their rooms are very spaced out that I like I was in my own private area of the boutique.I went into Love thinking I already found my dress at another boutique, and I was indulging my mother because she didn’t agree with the dress I choose. Laney was my consultant (little did I know she was the store manager) and she was so genuine and patient with me. She greeted me along with Melissa and they made me feel comfortable and excited unlike the other boutiques which made me feel like I was going through a business transaction. She listened to my wants, and not my mothers, to help me find a wedding gown within my budget. Laney made me feel like I was her only priority at that moment and never once did I feel pressured into a decision. I was able to be myself with her and actually have fun with the whole experience. Both Laney and Melissa made the anxiety and stress of actually looking for gowns into a fun and exciting morning.Love has SO MANY beautiful gowns but Laney went above and beyond, to beat my previous gown that I thought was “the one”. Disclaimer: Laney did not know about my previous dress; she was just doing what she loved which is to help brides to be find their perfect dress! And let me tell you, after I showed my bridal party and my mother in law my new dress, ALL of them, 100% agreed, the gown from Love was so much better!Now, this is where I HAVE to brag about Laney and Love. I got my dress 5-6 months later. Laney and I were so I love with how I was wearing my customized gown and literally having so much fun that I left the store not realizing the gown was still way too long for me even with my 5 inch heels. I obviously panicked, because typically many boutique policies are if you leave the the store with gown in hand then you’re taking the gown as is. But Laney was so fast in replying to my email and immediately coordinated everything in regards to the alterations along with covering the costs! I was so impressed with how professional this mishap was handled and felt so blessed to have Laney!Now comes the second hurdle, even after my dress my altered it was still about 2 inches long. Many might not think that’s an issue, but if you’re petite and 4’10” like I am, an extra 2 inches makes the gown drag on the floor rather than skim. Laney came to my rescue AGAIN with no complaints nor seeming to be over the whole ordeal (because I was a nervous wreck). Laney provided me with a solution, ordered everything necessary to help “poof” my skirt out enough to have it skim the floor, in such a timely manner.I swear Laney has been my fairy godmother throughout this entire wedding gown process that I wish I can do more than just give Love Bridal Boutique an awesome review and 5 stars. Go to Love to look for your dream dress! You will be taken care of here and you will be treated like family! There is no other place I would recommend to find your perfect wedding dress!

Once I said YES, they allowed us to have champagne and I felt as if Laney and Michelle were as excited as me and my family. The dress came in timely and perfect and they also helped us find the best alterations place for the needs. I wish I go back and shop at Love all over again!

I did not end up buying my dress at this store, however, I cannot express enough how wonderful my experience was. Laney was amazing by working with my wedding date and fitting me into the schedule last minute to look for a dress! It was the first bridal shop I went to and I didn’t know what to expect. My consultant, Becca, was so sweet and patient with me and my bridal party. She had dresses picked out for me before I arrived for my appointment that were all completely my style and what I was looking for. Overall, such a pleasant experience!

Love was the first place I thought to look when dress shopping, and it did not disappoint. Paige was able to look at the mess that is my wedding planning Pinterest board/saved pictures on Instagram, and picked stunning gowns well within my budget. She was able to listen to my ramblings and figure out what I really wanted for my dress and my over all look for my special day. Love, Bridal was the first bridal boutique I went to with my mom and sister. We were just going to get an initial idea of why styles I might like, with no intention of finding a dress so soon, but Addison went above and beyond and helped me find my dress. I decided to sleep on the decision because I was surprised my hunt for a wedding dress was over so quickly, but it truly was the one. I went back later in the week and got my dress...everyone was SO patient and supportive. I had the best experience at Love, a Bridal Boutique. The shop is beautiful and spaced out great for multiple parties. My consultant was Becca and she was absolutely wonderful! She listened to what I wanted and pull dresses that were exactly what I described. Being a plus-sized bride I was nervous about trying on dresses, but Becca made me feel completely comfortable.They had so many beautiful dresses in all style; it would be hard not to find your perfect dress. Turns out I wasnt quite ready to commit to a dress as I have two very conflicting styles in mind, but I never once felt pressured to purchase or rushed out the door. Love Bridal was seriously such a blessing! I found my dress originally in NYC but felt super rushed into picking it. I went to Love bridal boutique with my daughter and mother. We were visiting from Ohio and to be honest I initially scheduled the appointment so my mother could watch my daughter try on some dresses. After the appointment was scheduled we found out that a Martina Liana trunk show would be taking place the weekend of our appointment. We were so excited as one of her top dresses was by her. From the minutes we entered the store there was such an exciting vibe. I hope I get all the names correct but I believe our experience began with Michelle and my daughter selecting several dresses. They started with the dress my daughter went straight to and ended with the same dress we loved from the boutique in Ohio. During the time we had more help from Laney and Michelle. There was a lot of excitement as all of us were seeing several of the dresses for the first time. My daughter had tried on a lot of dresses before going to Love and I didn’t know if she would ever find the one that met her vision. Well thanks to the patience and expertise from all the ladies she did find the dress of her dreams. I highly recommend Love, it was so much fun and they are very good a listening to the bride to be to help her find the perfect gown.

My friend bought her wedding dress from this place and we had a great experience. The ladies are so attentive to what the bride wants and needs. The sitting area is comfortable for the bride’s posse to sit and watch, and they let us bring in our own champagne! Also, not sure if they still offer this deal, but you get a discount if you purchase a dress during your first appointment.

First things first, Im IN LOVE with my dress. There were a great variety of options and so many within budget. I went to 6 different dress places and was honestly overwhelmed by the time I got here (the 5th place). But, thanks to the help of Paige, I was able to stay calm and find the perfect dress.And believe me when I say Paige was FANTASTIC. I had a girl at one place almost make me cry because she said I want an unicorn dress, other places offered no suggestions, and it was just frustrating to work with many employees at the other locations I went to in general. But, Paige turned the whole dress shopping experience around for me. She quickly figured out what style was my favorite, had great suggestions, and was super fun and easy to work with.Not to mention, the place itself is adorable and fun!! I went with my daughter, Theresa, to look for her wedding dress. Paige was amazing. After getting a few gowns Theresa had picked from the website, Paige listened attentively to our comments and began bringing new choices. Each dress seemed a better match than the previous one. Near the end Paige brought out a dress she ‘just had a feeling about.’. It was totally different than any of the other ones. And it was THE ONE. But both Theresa and I wanted to be sure. Paige encouraged Theresa to try on her top 2 choices again. Then had us sit and look at pictures I had taken and just catch our breath from the excitement. Theresa then tried on both again. When we left we both felt confident Theresa chose the best dress. We never felt rushed or pressured. Paige made the experience a part of our happy memories of this wonderful time. Thank you, Paige! I LOVE Love! Laney, the manager, is so sweet and you can tell she really loves what she does. I worked with Paige and she was so patients and kind! I am a very indecisive person and needed to try on a lot of options before finally picking my dress, but she was very attentive and helpful throughout the whole appointment, even when we ran over our time, and past their closing time on a Friday night! These ladies are truly the best in Jax :)

I visited two other bridal boutiques after Love on wednesday, and i was dissatisfied with all of them after visiting Love- they really set the bar high. Paige’s personality and ability to connect with me, not just as a bride, but also as a young woman, was incredible. i felt like she and i were bffs by the end of my appointment. She also clipped every dress perfectly tight in all the places it needed to be for me to see how the dress really would look on me, and no one else (at the other boutique’s) could clip the dresses as well as her either! When walking out of the fitting room to show my family each dress, Paige was right there with me carrying my train and fixing the dress on me, once i got on the step stage, and very cognizant of when i turned from the mirror to my family, to fix the dress again so they had the perfect view of it as well. She understood what i wanted, listened to me, didn’t get upset if i hated a dress, Paige is probably the BEST bridal consultant ever. AND at the very end of appointment Paige told me she pulled one more dress for me but wasn’t sure if i would like it based on what i had been saying throughout the appointment, but of course i was open to seeing it. i tried this dress on, and it was MY FAVORITE DRESS ALL DAY. she had the best secret weapon and didn’t hesitate too much to show me. i am just lost for words about how memorable my experience was. by the end of my shopping day- after visiting 2 other boutiques, i was truly blown away with, just all in all, how fabulous Paige was. i 100% recommend this boutique. they have fabulous dresses and even more fabulous staff.thank you so much for being an amazing person and bridal consultant, you made my day! 💗

My experience choosing my dress at Love could not have gone better than it did, and I will be raving about this business to the newly engaged every chance i get! My consultant, Paige, was so friendly and professional, she made the appointment go by very smoothly even for a nervous person like me. I was worried going in i would not like anything I tried on similar to trips to other bridal shops, but I had the complete opposite issue, saying yes to the second dress! I said Yes to the Dress at Love Bridal Boutique! They had a very extensive collection of beautiful gowns by top designers. Michelle was there to assist me and gathered information about my style in order to help make suggestions. They had room to accommodate me and seven guests. I work in the wedding industry and always ask brides where they found their dress and about their experience. Almost every bride I have asked has gone to Love, so I had to go myself. I had a very large group, so I scheduled a private appointment on Sunday. We had the whole store to ourselves which made the experience that much more special. I got to work with Laney and she was absolutely amazing! She took the time to talk with me, figure out my style and what I was looking for. I was so nervous I wouldnt find a dress I liked but that went away as soon as she started pulling dresses for me to try. It was like she read my mind - I loved every dress I tried on and felt like a princess. She was so kind and she made me feel confident on top of that. I left with my dream dress and I would recommend anyone and everyone to make an appointment here!!!

I made a few appointments at other bridal boutiques in Jacksonville and I saved Love for last. I am so happy that I did because it was the best shopping experience I have ever had. Paige Goldy was a wonderful consultant and was very helpful throughout the process. Love has a better selection than any other store in Jacksonville. I cannot express in words how amazing Love is, but I will try my best to do so. I visited another boutique for my 1st appointment and I cried the entire night after leaving. I had such a horrible experience at my 1st appointment and I was SO nervous for the next day of appointments. My confidence was so low- I tried on 20 dresses and only liked 1 of them. The consultant kept putting me in dress styles that I had already decided I didnt like, just so we could rule them out for sure. After we got home, I messaged Love and told them about my experience and they reassured me that they would make my appointment magical. My dress appointment was like Disney magic! Paige, my consultant at Love, is an ANGEL in consultant form. She pulled dresses that had everything I wanted and knew exactly what I would love. She listened to the specific details that I mentioned, noticed my reactions to the details on the dress, and was attentive to the way I described how I felt in the dresses I was trying on. She hyped me up in the dressing room and made sure to spread out the bottoms of the gowns and set them up beautifully for my family to see. I felt relaxed, confident, and in control. Paige and Melissa truly and genuinely cared about helping me find my perfect dress. I never thought for a second that they were just trying to make a sale. Their calm demeaner made my experience so much fun and so relaxed. First, Paige showed pulled a few dresses out of the rack and asked for my opinion. We tried on 4 dresses that we looked at from the rack, and I honestly loved them all. After the 4th dress, which brought all of us to tears, I asked her if there was any other dresses she thought I would love more. Paige told me she had 1 more dress for me to try on and I absolutely LOVED it! The 5th dress ended up being my dream dress and I honestly couldnt be happier. I also want to mention that Paige pulled and clipped the dresses in all the right places, so I got a very accurate visual of what the dress would look like in my size. Melissa was so helpful with putting together my vision. If you do not visit Love, youre seriously missing out. You absolutely have to visit Love. I was pretty indecisive and not quite sure what my dream dress was going to look like. This is the first shop I went to and did not have the desire to go to any other shop! Melissa and Paige were so helpful and sweet and made me feel right at home. Laney, their office manager, is super wonderful too. I am newly engaged and had no idea where to start with the search for my dress. All the women at Love, a Bridal Boutique were so helpful and nice. Michelle made me feel very at ease and answered every question I had! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for beautiful dresses with great service!

I’ll sum it up by saying 10/10 would recommend, I found the perfect. I went to my appointment hopeful but skeptical... every adorable and sweet bridal boutique id been to was never the experience you dream of. I’m plus size and most boutiques only carry smaller sample sizes, leaving me facing a mirror with my whole back open to everyone (honestly it’s embarrassing and hard to feel how you want to feel in your wedding dress) when I had my apt at Love everything was perfection. Everyone was so nice, funny, and accommodating and I was able to try on dresses that FIT ME... They were even able to squeeze me in on a Saturday before they closed so that my maid of honor and bridesmaid could see my dress before i purchased it. Overall I couldn’t have dreamed up a better experience.

Loved shopping here! I found my perfect dress! Paige was wonderful to work with and made me feel super comfortable. She took her time and was never pushy. I went to a few other bridal stores in Jacksonville and felt that other places had sales associates that made me feel like I had to make a choice right then and there. That was not the case here which is funny because they had the best selection, and I picked the first dress I tried on. Definitely recommend this is the first place you go to.

If I could give Love 10 stars, I would. When I made my initial appointment the girls were so quick to respond to my emails. I sent some examples of dresses that I was looking for as well. When I arrived at Love with my bridesmaids and my mom, I was seriously in awe. The place is so bright and such a pretty environment. I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in. My consultant was Laney, and I cannot say enough good things about her. She is so down to earth and sat down with us all and really got to know myself and my crew. They took the examples I sent in and made my vision come to life. The dresses they had pulled for me were so beyond my expectations. Laney took everything I said I liked or didnt like and adjusted immediately. I bought the third gown I tried on, but not once did I feel rushed or unimportant. I will seriously remember this experience forever!

As someone who was absolutely dreading this experience, I can honestly say Im so very elated!The brick and mortar is so warm and inviting. And the choices of dresses are beyond compare. I felt at home in an environment I thought Id be uncomfortable in.From the moment I walked in, to the last hug goodbye, the staff at love are truly remarkable!Laney is impeccable!! & Such a big help!With the hour I had we found exactly what I wanted and bought a dress the same day! She deserves the gold star for making me feel comfortable and extra special 🖤 10/10! Ill be recommending this place for years to come!

Wedding dress shopping is about finding your dream dress, but it’s also about the whole experience. I’m picky and I still don’t think I could’ve had a better experience. The ambiance is perfect. The fitting rooms are spacious and the boutique is kept nice and cool. Unlike other shops, Love gives you a private space to enjoy an intimate time with your loved ones. I never felt hot, crowded, awkward, or rushed. Laney was the best— she is truly amazing at what she does. She listened to my explanation of my dream dress and budget, looked at a few photos, and literally handed me the dress of my dreams seconds later. This was the first shop I visited and nowhere else came close to topping the level of service I received at Love. I ended up coming right back to purchase my dress. If you’re looking for somewhere to start: start at Love! This boutique sets the bar pretty high and I am so happy I visited.

Where do I begin! LOVE Bridal boutique was the 3rd boutique I visited with my mama and grandma and I instantly knew I was in great hands. Michelle was amazing my nerves were at ease with how easy she was to talk to and she helped me pull some fabulous selections of gowns. I had a crazy experience because I tried on so many gowns and had mixed feelings on saying yes because I was so nervous to find the perfect fit but that did not stop Laney and Michelle. Laney went completely above and beyond to make sure I felt absolutely beautiful and perfect in my Martina Liana gown and offered so many ideas for customization. Laney and Michelle also helped me FaceTime my mom on my multiple visits at Love and took multiple fabulous pics until I finally found the right fit! I had so much fun with this experience and am so excited to go back when my dress arrives next year. I cannot say enough kind words to ALL of the amazing ladies at Love because they honestly all helped me. Thank you a million times Laney you are an absolute Angel! My only advice to future brides is to hurry up and schedule fast you won’t regret it!

I had THE BEST experience at Love, and they have an AMAZING team there-everyone I talked to (on the phone and in person) was sincerely genuine. This was my first dress try-on EVER so I was very nervous and just clueless on what I even wanted or liked, but it was so successful that I didn’t even have to go anywhere else for another try on! I have 6 bridesmaids and wanted all of them to be apart of this experience with me along with my Mother, so we opted to do the Sunday private appointment. A $100 deposit to keep the appointment, which was covered between all of us attending so not a big cost at all and SO WORTH IT!! The shop is closed on Sunday so your bridal consultant literally comes in SPECIFICALLY FOR YOUR APPT! To top it all off you can bring snacks and wine/champagne to enjoy during your appt! I tried on at least 8-10 dresses, all different and unique in their own way, all ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! They carry many different brands and designers to choose from, you will definitely not be disappointed from a lack of options/variety that’s for sure!!! My bridal consultant Paige was phenomenal! She instantly connected with me and proved to be not only extremely knowledgeable and helpful about materials, styles, designers etc. but also compassionate in helping me find a dress that I truly felt comfortable and confident in! Once we pulled a few dresses and got them on me, she was able to tell exactly what I felt good in without me even having to say anything!! She was able to find my PERFECT DRESS just by working with me for a few hours! Also not once did I ever feel pressured to buy or swayed away from what I wanted in any way! Not only did I find the absolute perfect dress at Love, the entire experience was a dream. My stylists had such a knowledge of their product that they were able to put together exactly what I was looking for with such ease. From the moment I walked in the door I felt their welcoming and energetic spirit set the tone for the experience I was about to have with them. They had a knack for reading a client and knowing just what I needed to assist in this exciting process. These ladies are extremely excellent. I was in a bind and needed some help. The team here made me an appointment on quick notice and helped me search through all their dresses to find one at my price point, off the rack and it’s beautiful. I have had experiences at other bridal shops in JAX that have been less then ideal, especially when it comes to pressuring brides into a particular dress. Love did not pressure, rather they acted as a resource and big help.

Thanks to Laney, I found my dream wedding dress at Love!! This was the first boutique I visited to try on wedding dresses. I gave Laney an idea of exactly what I was looking for, and it’s crazy because the first dress she gave me to try on ended up being my wedding dress!! Working with Love was so easy and fun!! Staff are incredibly friendly and patient with you. There are lots of beautiful dresses to try on, and the staff work closely with you to help you find the dress you want. I ended up buying the first wedding dress I tried on there, which was completely unexpected. Definitely would recommend.

Paige was extremely helpful, patient, and understanding of my likes and needs. In the past, I felt rushed and crowded while wedding dress shopping. I expressed this to her before my appointment and she blocked off several hours for me to have the boutique to myself and try on dresses! Although i did not say yes to the dress, this boutique gets five stars hands down.

I had a wonderful experience at LOVE! Liza made me and my family very comfortable and welcomed in the boutique. I was able to take my time and enjoy the whole moment. After purchasing the first dress I tried on, LOVE kept in contact with me (even up in Ohio) regarding my dress. I loved my experience at love, a bridal boutique. This was my first stop and my first time trying on dresses. From the moment I walked through the door till the time I left, I felt no pressure. They answered all of my questions and were so helpful and mindful of my budget. Katie and Laney were amazing and I said yes at love! I would recommend this boutique to all of my friends!

A friend recommended I try Love out when looking for my dress. It was the first place I called and they booked me on the date and time I requested. The staff all greeted us with a smile and asked what I had in mind for my dress. I explained to the staff what I had in mind and then they let me and my guests start to pull dresses to try on, Laney, one of the staff members helped as well. She pulled the first dress I tried on that day and it was also the dress I chose that day. Who walks into look for a wedding dress and chooses the first dress at their first stop? I never imagined I would have such great luck finding the one but with the beautiful gown selection and the amazing/helpful staff they made dress shopping one of the easiest parts of my wedding planning process.

I went to a lot of the bridal boutiques in Jacksonville, and I can honestly say that the selection of dresses and the experience was, by far, the best one in Jacksonville. What really made this boutique different than the rest, however, is how caring and wonderful all of the ladies there are. They took so much time with me throughout two full appointments. Laney, Katie, Melissa, and Paige. I was in between two dresses, and ended up customizing my dress. Laney and Melissa were both super excited to work with me on the customization. They made the process so easy, that my decision was just as easy when the time came! They found countless ways to help me get the dress of MY DREAMS, and I could not be happier or excited! I cant wait for my dress to come in!!!!

The girls at love are so awesome and make you feel so special. I picked up my dress today and love it! I’ll be flying it up to Ohio for my wedding and they reassured me that it will be okay when flying it up on the plane. They took pictures for me since I didn’t take any at my last appointment and were so helpful! Definitely would recommend them.

They are not pushy at all, and I really love that they have a large selection of gowns in all sizes to try on. I cant rave enough about this boutique! I felt like Laney and Paige were just as excited for me as my friends are. This makes the experience really special and made me feel really at home with them! The boutique itself is adorable; very pink on the outside and chic on the inside. Its definitely an upscale shopping experience for classy brides. I went into LOVE and was greeted by a group of lovely ladies, Katie then introduced herself as she was going to be the one helping me for my appointment. She made sure we pulled dresses that I wanted to try on and talked me through all the different styles. The dress trying on process was extremely relaxing and super care free, everyone in the store made me feel super confident and beautiful! My overall experience with Katie and LOVE was amazing and I’d recommend her and this boutique to anyone, it truly was a very special experience!

My mom and sister and I went to Love Boutique on Saturday morning and I had Laney assisting me. She was absolutely FANTASTIC to work with. I could not have felt more comfortable and at east. It was a fabulous experience, and I am planning to purchase my gown from Love Bridal Boutique once I decide between the multiple gowns I fell in love with!

My maid of honor took the reigns and scheduled my first dress appointment at Love, A Bridal Boutique in December 2019. When I tell you it was one of the best decisions to go with Love, I’m not kidding! We had to put down a $100 deposit so we could be able to keep the appointment, but that was literally the best $100 I’ve ever spent! First off, they close down the entire shop JUST FOR YOU, for 2 hours! Second, you get your own bridal consultant for the appointment. And third, you can bring as many guests as you want AND...BIG AND you can bring alcohol (we had mimosas during my appointment, which was freaking awesome!). So this was my first wedding dress appointment ever and I actually found my dress that day! I tried on 11 dresses that day, all different and unique in their own way. All of the gowns were ABSOLUTELY stunning! So many different brands and designers to pick from, you will definitely not be disappointed from a lack of options that’s for sure! My bridal consultant was Addison, and OMG she was just simply amazing! So knowledgable, helpful, and calming. I brought a lot of people to my appointment; my parents, mother in law, and all 6 of my bridesmaids/maid of honor. Around dress number 5, Addison could tell I was getting a little overwhelmed with not finding exactly what I wanted and confused on remembering which dresses I did like. So we stopped for a moment and took a breath and carried on! She reassured me that this is definitely a stressful time with all of the options and opinions of my party. It was very helpful to be reassured of what I wanted and to make a decision based on what I wanted to see myself in on my wedding day.To wrap it up, if you decide to make an appointment at Love, you will not regret it! I had one of the best experiences ever at this boutique! Laney was so attentive and really made sure I felt comfortable from start to finish. I did not feel any pressure to find a dress the day of my appointment, but their selection was so beautiful that I did! I had another appointment at a different boutique in Jax the next week so she let me know that I could always come back to Love Bridal if I didn’t find anything to top the one I fell in love with. It was obvious she cared about me as a bride more than buying a dress from this boutique. I went to the other appointment the following week and did not find a dress to top the one I found at Love, and I called Laney right after and she let me come in that same day to buy the dress and get it fitted! I could not have asked for a more gorgeous dress and a better experience as a bride. I would recommend this place to EVERYONE! Lovely experience. They have a great selection of dresses to meet the upper end budget but not the highest of the high. They have a wide variety of dresses and the consultants know their stuff. They will not push you to buy a dress or push you to say yes to the wrong dress - instead they will ease you in a direction and will pull for you, if you want.Really high quality dresses and a reasonable price point for a quality. I would defiantly recommend for any bride. Didnt end up getting my dress here, but i thought it was a great shop.

My experience at “Love” Bridal was, from start to finish, perfect. The location itself is adorable, and Liza and the rest of the staff could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable. The ambiance is great—very tasteful and classy, but not at all pretentious. Love happened to be the first bridal store I visited and, without hesitation, I can say that it set the bar.I walked into Love for my first bridal appointment and was greeted by Liza, who asked me to describe what I was looking for. Feeling nervous, I showed her a few badly-printed black & white pictures of the style I wanted, and described in no more than 3 sentences the vision I had in my mind. Within seconds you could tell that she got my “vibe” and knew exactly what I was looking for—she led me straight to a dress and said “you have to try this one on.” She added a few more to the mix that were all very pretty, but she was absolutely dead on with the first dress she recommended to me based on my description.Thinking it was too good to be true, I decided to visit some other stores before making a commitment to the first dress I tried on. I must have tried on at least 25+ more dresses after that day and went to 4 other stores— but neither the dresses nor the experience could be matched by Love. Every other store seemed set on fitting me in something that simply wasn’t “me.” “Love” was the only place I felt as though the staff was really listening, and open to my feedback.Needless to say I ended up back at “Love”, and am thrilled to say I purchased that first dress. This was the second store I had visited to try on wedding dresses. The first place I had gone to was such an amazing experience that I wasnt sure that it was going to be beat. Boy was I wrong! My MOHs friend had highly recommended Love and I am SO glad we went here! I was not expecting to walk away with a dress that day but, I did, and I couldnt be more excited. The dresses they have there are BEAUTIFUL and they are constantly getting new inventory. The dress I tried on and ultimately purchased had only arrived there two days prior. Paige was my consultant and she was AWESOME! When we arrived she took us to a little private room and asked for a preference of style and budget - upon showing/telling her, she pointed me to the direction of dresses she wanted me, my MOH and mom to choose from and we got started immediately. There were a couple of other brides there at the same time as me but we each had our own little section so it felt private - even on a Saturday! She let me try on everything and anything that we chose as well as picked out styles she thought I would love and as we went she put aside those we labeled as favorites. She also kept me in the loop regarding prices along the way so there were no surprises which was very helpful! The manager also kept stopping in to check on us! They let me bring in my wedding boots and try them on with the favorites as well! When I found THE one, she grabbed some veils and had me dressed in the full get up! They let us take pictures along the way so while I went to try on another dress my MOH and mom were able to flip back through the pictures of ones we had already tried on to narrow down favorites. When I had finally decided to pull the trigger, I had mentioned that I had another appointment at another bridal shop later that afternoon and they charged a cancellation fee. Paige offered to take the cancellation fee off the price of the dress I chose - she said I shouldnt have to pay for finding the dress I loved! - I was totally surprised that she did that for me and I so appreciated it! I went ahead and purchased my dress and veil and I have already received a shipping notification for when I can expect my dress to be in the store to pick up! I highly recommend this place to other Brides! The whole experience was phenomenal!

Out of 4 boutiques I tried dresses on in town, I had the best experience at Love! The girls were so nice and easy to talk to. They were flexible and patient with me while I narrowed down my choices. Loved the experience with them.

I had brought my (then) 3 month old daughter with me and Laney offered to let me take a break to feed and take care of my daughter. I can’t say enough positive things about my whole experience. Ive had the most pleasant experience shopping at this bridal boutique. I had a mishap and said yes to the dress too early, panicked, and backed out within hours. Although I signed a nonrefundable contract for the dress, they refunded me all of my deposit with the exception of a very small transaction fee. They really went out of their way to make me feel at ease and told me everything would be taken care of. I know I will be shopping with them again to find the one really soon.. Haley was a doll and so much fun to work with when trying on dresses. Melissa is also so helpful and ensures you stay within your budget. Of the 4-5 bridal boutiques Ive shopped at, this one felt the most relaxed and enjoyable.

I saw that Love had been recognized for best of the knot and other awards and it was on my list of dress shops. I was also excited about several of the designers they carry there and what beautiful gowns they show off in the window and on the website.When my mother and I arrived for our appointment, we felt far from welcomed. One of the girls, unlocked the door for us, didnt say hello, make eye contact or smile. She asked what our appointment time was. Upon entering the store, I was handed a clip board and a pen with no proper exchange. Meanwhile, the two girls were talking to each other from different rooms (complaining about being hungry and tired, etc.) It wasnt until my Mom asked How they were doing that they really acknowledged us. We even had to ask the consultant what her name was. As the appointment continued, I felt very uncomfortable. She would walk away when I had the gowns on and sit with the other consultant in another room, talking and whispering. I had to ask her a few times to try on a veil, switch gowns, etc. She was borderline rude and snobby.The whispering to one another was especially uncomfortable.I would never go back here and certainly did not buy my dress from them. Compared to other boutiques in Jacksonville, the service was terrible and if I were the owner their performance would be truly unacceptable.For such a special and important occasion as shopping for your wedding dress, you should feel at the very least welcomed and valued. At other local stores--the White Magnolia, Debras Bridal...I felt very special and excited...and they even followed up with a handwritten card after my appointment! Overall, we had a really lousy experience here and I was truly taken aback by it!

I had the most AMAZING experience at LOVE!!! The two girls I worked with are so knowledgeable about the dresses, professional and polite. They are not pushy at all and made me feel so comfortable! Liza and Melissa are awesome!!

I was a last minute bridesmaid in my girlfriends wedding and LOVE was a huge help in getting my dress when needed. The girls there were extremely helpful and sweet and I couldnt have asked for a better experience :). Thanks Ladies!!
