If I could give 0 starts, I would. I loved going here to spend my free money on records and cool stuff, however, they will steal from you. They offered me a rewards program and I asked them 3 good times if it was totally free and they said yes. They told me you scan the card when you buy from their stores and get points, like the Starbucks app and whatnot. It’s a monthly charge tho. They will not tell you that. There is even an agreement that you are supposed to sign and I have my UNSIGNED copy on my receipt that I didn’t see until I saw the charge in my statements. Thank god I keep my receipts. They were probably too scared to let me see it. I work in customer service and understand how pushy companies can be to sell promotions and I totally get how it can hurt your employment if you don’t make these sales, but you shouldn’t LIE about it. I see it’s happened to a few other people too. Sad.

I love that this store has hung on and become a great place for Asian (especially Japanese) culture items. The snacks and shirts are great go tos just be careful of the prices. Some items are REALLY marked up when you could go next door to Hot Topic and find it cheaper

I went in & got exactly what I was looking for! My best friend wanted something special she saw the lady time we were there & so I surprised her with it. The staff was really helpful.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, but very expensive merchandise. Then again they have a lot of hard to find items. You wont be disappointed though. Its a great experience even if your just browsing.

Ive been to several FYE stores and Ive got to say, this one blows or sux, it just depends on how you see it. When I called before going I asked, do they have a large selection of movies and music, and was told absolutely, we have everything you need or want. Wont be back but will continue to shop the other locations.

The cashier did not disclose the full detail about the FYE backstage membership. She stated that it was completely free and she just needed my email. About a month later I got charged $11.99 and called them to find out what the charge was. The rep told me the cashier was supposed to disclose that if I didnt cancel the membership after 30 days Id get charged $11.99 every month. She also said that I was supposed to have gotten a $20 gift card which I never did get from the cashier. This store should be ashamed of themselves. Luckily I checked my bank statement and caught this!! Never going there again!

Called the store and Zoey helped me find and secure a blu ray I was looking for. She was very nice, informative, and helpful. When I arrived in the store Emily had the movie ready with my name on it. These two employees were awesome, Id give a higher rating if possible!

1- Cashier asked me for replacement warranty for 2 headphones i said YES he asked for the cost without it, when i left, ichecked the reciept and went back to ask him why you didnt add the replacement warranty he said (because you paid cash and you only get it when you pay with your credit card!!!)! Why he didnt ask me!!!!! I have my credit card!!!! But they dont care......2- the quality for this headphone is very poooooor, be careful dont buy it the one in the picture(battery need to be charged every 1 hour call, sound quality very poor in calls and music too, when you shack the earbuds you will hear the sound of the internal part inside)

The store is great!!! It has every movie that you can think of and like half of the movies are on sale because they get over stocked do to multiple different streaming services having movies packed when you pay for them. BUT NOT THESE MOVIES, this is one of the most underrated and overlooked stores ever. On top of that, its a great time to buy movies from the store because there is so much on sale. Plus, the customer service is as good as it gets when it comes to movie stores. Also, every movie that Ive bought from there (which is a lot) has worked perfectly. Lastly, THEY HAVE MORE THEN JUST MOVIES; they have action figures, key chains, a small amount of gaming accessories (but no games sadly), etc.Overall, I highly recommend this to any movie collectors or people who like having a physical copy of a movie.

It was pretty decent. I feel like they had a better selection that was focused a few years back. But now theres a lot of random stuff that doesnt make sense lol. Overall though, nice selection. Wish they had better headsets.

This is a great place to find pop culture items such as toys, music and candy. The selection of pop vinyl characters is endless. You can also find your favorite band merch. Usually has some kind of sale on shirts or accessories. The giant action figures are amazing!

He store rep offered me a rewards program at no cost next thing I know I am being billed 11.99/month. She retained my credit card information without my knowledge or asking and swinger me up for auto pay for some program. There is not even an FYE near where I live. Why would I sign up for that to save a dollar on a DVD I am calling corporate and my credit card company. BUYER BEWARE

A fun atmosphere with an array of specialty items of various genre with lots of sales.

Absolutely great, becoming last of its kind with the internet, music and video store on the second floor of the Avenues Mall. Buy new and used material, trade in your old videos and CDs, great business model for us consumers. Store is usually pretty busy, does a good job of keeping current on old and new stuff. Staff is very helpful.

Not what it used to be, all music. Lots of junk now. Does have Funko pops newest collectors fad.

Great selection of anime merchandise. Lots of unique gifts and deals on items. Prices are a bit high though.

The guy behind the counter got annoyed and got real pushy. Also hassled me to come to one of the registers (I literally just stepped into the store and told him I did not even pick an item).

An alright FYE. Sad to say the one at the regency mall (whats left of it) is better. Im about the same distance from both and I would recommend the regency fye for CDs over this one. The employees are a give or take here, some are friendly some are awful.

The worst FYE Ive ever been too. The knowledgable employees, if they could be called that in any means, are burdened by simple questions. And are always ready with attitude instead of help. It seems that if you ask about any band besides what is played on the radio, the bands simply dont exist and youre a liar and making things up. Simply put this store is terrible and deserves zero stars.

Its sad to see this being one of the few retailers that has physicall digital media. If I could give this place 0 stars or even put them in the negative, I would. The products in the store are not bad, but you can definitely find these items anywhere, and most likely at a lower price. The staff here is extremely uneducated about their own products, including their membership program that is exclusive to their own stores! I signed up for their trial in store to save 10% and I specifically asked if I would accrue additional charges at any time after the trial period was over, and the associate assured me I had nothing to worry about. After my receipt printed it clearly stated that I would be charged a monthly fee! Over the past few weeks I have been trying to deal with the issue and the in-store staff simply couldnt do anything about the mistakes they had made (the membership they incorrectly advertise is a separate entity!) Conclusion: Ive never had such an awful experience in any store in my life and their in-store and e-mail/phone customer service is a nightmare. I will never step foot into another FYE store again and I encourage others to do the same
