I needed a banner for our high school reunion. I called several sign shops.They were helpful and friendly. They produced a banner that was beautiful and at a reasonable price, and they did it in one week. I definitely recommend them.

Amazing online presence. With the exception of a confirmation phone call, everything was done online/email. The door magnets look fantastic (Ill give myself a little credit with the vector graphics conversion of a tiny jpg ;) One piece of bad news I found out is that newer Ford F-150s are aluminum and door magnets will not stick. Fortunately, these magnets were slated for a different vehicle. (Honda Element pictured)

My advice is to run as far and as fast away from this company as possible. We paid a deposit on a sign in February of 2021, it is now almost June, and we still have no sign. The original sales rep is no longer with the company, and even the office manager, who responded to an email with assurances they would contact me the next day, failed to do so. My opinion is this is a dishonest, less than reputable establishment and should be avoided at all cost.

I saw on channel 4 (WJXT) that Signarama was giving free banners for business that were still open during this pandemic. We have had customers tell us they came in because of the banner. I really do appreciate them doing this for us. I look forward to working with them in the future.

Location, and ability to go into a shop to talk face to face with someone about designs. Also, the quality is amazing. I will definitely be using them again and again. :) I am very picky about the end product, even when I dont know what I want, they always seem to figure it out.

They are providing copen for business signs to local businesses during the pandemic.This is a thoughtful and generous gesture, and is a great help for businesses who are able to provide products and services for people at this time.I just picked up some for our restaurant group,Mojo BBQ. The company I work for needed a sign completed in a short time frame and they delivered and installed a beautiful sign that my employers were more than impressed with. I then asked for a favor. Very Easy to work with and they do a great JOB

I called to ask about getting a large plain sheet of corrugated plastic. The woman said it would be just under $100. When I thanked her and said Ive gotten much cheaper quotes from other local sign shops ($40 and under for the same size), she rudely snapped at me that they didnt have time to cut plain sheets. Okay, point taken. I am happily taking my business to another local shop that has great customer service.

Weve worked with this Sign-a-Rama for quite sometime and NEVER had any issues. In fact the designer for our flags, tent, etc. created graphics that blew our mind. As a company we have never been more satisfied with their work. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!

I originally left a 1 star review here after my experience with a new employee. Laura, the owner, gave me a call, left a voicemail, and text message as soon as she found out about the situation. She apologized and literally would not let me off the phone until we were able to come to an agreement and make things right. She went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure a returning customer was happy!

I will never use them again! Nor will I EVER recommend them to another business. I own a very busy auto repair shopI waited FOUR MONTHS for a small 8 foot printed sign!!!!From the door they gave me nothing but excuses, they had the permit, and then they didnt, and then the permit guy got sick, and then it was this week ... and then no answers and again and again and again it was This week.I took down my old sign based on their timeline..... 4 months later I finally have my sign that is not even the letter size I wanted. This is not how you treat people nor run a business! I dont know if you guys are understaffed or just dont give a $hit.You guys know what you did, and instead of being honest, you kept on gaslighting me. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.Ye Be-warned! Find another sign company, dont risk it! TRUST me.

Thiss the worse place I ever been in my life. looks like The design department need new designers who can meet or exceed customer Expectation. I deal with one of the owners witch she was very nice until she took 50% of amount due at front. She never return my calls or emails.Because of that I have to talked another person witch delayed my order for almost 3 weeks. I strongly recommend you to shop around. BAD PLACE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

Absolutely useless sales team. Asked for a quote to put a new business sign, promised to provide in 24-48 hours. Absolutely NO response after 2 weeks.

It was a nightmare. They charged me 50$ just for a mark up of what looked like garbage. I wish i could post it on here, it was meant for a wedding gift but i wouldnt hang it up in a nursery. I could only imagine what they have done for other people. DO NOT GO HERE!! Save your money and go anywhere else except this place.

Sign-a-rama is trying to fight us over a $3,000+ deposit despite the fact that NO work was done & NO product was delivered. We were told up front that we could cancel at any time prior to the landlord approving the sign & permits being pulled with the city. Our landlord would not approve the sign, so we had no choice but to cancel. We also confirmed with the city that Sign-a-rama had made NO attempts to pull any permits. Again, no work was ever done, no product delivered, no materials were ever purchased. Yet they felt justified in trying to keep the deposit...over $3,000! We made several attempts to contact them & just kept getting told someone would get back with us. They never did. After weeks of getting the run around, we finally disputed the charge with our credit card company. Sign-a-rama is trying to fight the dispute & now we are having to take legal action

This Sign-A-Rama owned by Shawn Ninesling sold our company (Snap Fitness 24/7)a sign package that was a window wrap and large banners. Three months after having everything installed, the city came by and issued a fine telling me the window wrap counted toward the 10% allowed against the frontage of our storefront for signage. Additionally, I received another fine because the banners were installed on our awning without a permit. I elected to go to court trying to fight it but lost. The fines of nearly $1,000 total were imposed PLUS I had to remove the majority of the window wrap graphics myself and remove the banners. Sign-A-Rama was no help whatsoever. The owner wanted to refund me $351.25 with $4,000 invested. They are a terrible and very unethical company.

Just read the review of the guy who wrote a bad review of Signarama because he paid them $4000 to put up illiegal signs. Jason, your an idiot for not knowing the sign ordinance an bear the responsibility, not the sign company! If he new the laws and sold the signs to you then he is unethical, but ulitmately you bear the responsibility. You screwed up second time by thinking you were going to fight city hall and overturn the sign ordinances which have been around forever.I used Signarama for a couple times and they did a great job

Signs were late, promised a couple weeks, took over a month, horrible communication, called last minute to schedule app for installing, told receptionist I needed an AM app, the installer showed up at 1 in the afternoon and had no idea about the am appointment ( zero communication), very unprofessional and unorganized.
