I have been undergoing treatment for B Cell lymphoma for several months. One day during many exhausting appointments our A/C quit cooling during the stop and go traffic. John took just a few minutes to top off the coolant to keep us up and going. The following week, I was hospitalized so John kept the van and replaced the broken parts and its now like a new vehicle. He also replaced the ABS sensors at half the dealer cost. On a silly side note, the window washer fluid reservoir was constantly leaking and just a big annoyance. He fixed it for me after 4 other mechanics failed the task. For your information, the vehicle is a 2015 Kia Sedona mini-van. John and Crossroads is the shop for my family. May God continue to Bless him and his work.

John did service my car without appoinment. They did repair the problem with the back lights in over 5 minutes. Very friendly and not overcharging like other places. Its my new mechanic in town.
