Overall, everything was great. Kyle was wonderful and very helpful. Very refreshing when youre a female coming in by yourself! The finance department could take notes from him, they were a bit condescending but everyone else more than made up for it!

Great experience! Kyle was so responsive and made sure to keep us posted on the cars available. He ended up processing most of the car buy via phone and email since our schedule was super hectic. Once the car arrived he let us know and the process was quick and easy. The gentleman that did the finance section was very knowledgeable and helpful as well! We are very happy with the service we received at Auto Nation when buying our new Bronco Sport. When another dealer gave us the run around with a special order, Auto Nation went the extra mile to get us into a new Bronco Sport the same day. The staff were excellent and a special thank you to our salesman, Kyle for being kind, courteous, and helpful. We got a fair price, trade in, and a finance person who listened and worked with us to get the financing we wanted. We will definitely be back for our next vehicle, but for now Adventure Awaits!

I am very pleased by the service I received at Ford AutoNation. As soon as I spoke with my service advisor (Stephanie) I knew I was in good hands. She was friendly courteous and very professional. She even looked up my vehicle (F-150) and advised me of a recall. She said they would handle that too.When I came in the afternoon to pick up my vehicle she had the technician come up also to explain to me about the electrical issue I was having. He was also very professional and knowledgeable and helped me out a great deal. I would definitely go back to AutoNation and I would recommend anyone else to also. Thank you again Stephanie

The price on my Pilot was fair and far better than their competitors! All of the staff was friendly and welcoming. Oh, and the best part is... not only do they proudly show their breast cancer support by wearing pink shirts, they donate funds for life saving cancer research. Recently bought a truck here and the next day the check engine light came on. We called the dealership and we’re able to bring the truck in to see what was going on. They figured it out and said they’d take care of it.The employees are friendly and not looking to rip you off. Of all the dealerships I’ve been to, I had the best experience at this one.

Went in to look at a 2020 Pathfinder not knowing what to expect. We recently bought a Challenger from a dealership down the road that left me with horrible taste in my mouth. I walked thinking if I get similar vibes from this place, I’m out no matter how much we may like this Pathfinder. We got there about 40 minutes before our appointment with Nathan. We were courteously greeted by another salesman and told him we were there to see Nathan. Knowing he wasn’t in yet, he called him to see how far out he was. He got the basic info of our appointment from him and came back to us with keys and said that he pulled it up front if we want to check it out and that Nathan should be there in about 5 minutes. He could have easily left us hanging out in the lobby waiting on Nathan but he went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of even though we weren’t his customers. Nathan was a pleasure to work with. Very easy to talk to and work it. If he didn’t know an answer to a question, he didn’t make up some answer, he found out the answer. As for the trade appraisal, they were open, honest gave what I consider to be a very fair trade offer (otherwise, that would have been the end of the visit). We already had financing set up so it was just a matter of signing the paperwork. Christine was equally as amazing to work with as everyone else we encountered there. She clearly explained everything and wasn’t pressuring us to add in any additional services or charges that we didn’t want. Every aspect of our purchase was easy with no pressure. Hands down the best auto purchase process I’ve ever had.

Some dealerships are the difference between night & day. ANF is definitely aimed for service by day. Used their service successfully on 2 occasions. They seem to be well manned for service. Just getting answers like today is not an issue. Give them a 5 for being 180 of another Ford dealership.

Had my car serviced last week and service was to include an oil change. Picked up my car and had to drive out of town unexpectedly - get 10 miles from my destination and my change oil light comes on. Call the service department the next morning and they suggest I go to the nearest Ford dealer - not an option at that point. Was promised a call back from service department three days later still waiting on a call. Second time I take my car there and the oil light indicator is not reset, disappointing.

Online offer to buy is a joke! They send a “certified offer” with a check. Car is brand new and in the condition stated and they AGREED that is was. After wasting my time taking it to them; they say we “don’t feel comfortable” honoring our own offer and then low ball me. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.Update: They called and made it right. Thank You!

This was by far the most relaxing auto purchase experience ever! We went in for a particular vehicle, which they had pulled up right in front for our convenience. We decided to buy and were in and out of the dealership within 3 hours. The offer was fair, the trade-in value was outstanding, and the entire experience was the best weve ever experienced. All staff from the Manager to the Salesman to the Finance Team were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our new car was thoroughly explained to us, as were each detail in the contract. Great experience and I highly recommend this dealership and wonderful group of people!!!

Ive now purchased 4 vehicles form this dealer and the experience with my recent purchase was the best out of the 4.I ordered a F150 back in April while all of the Ford plants were shutdown due part shortages. I was expecting delivery around September along with my sales person Rini Schepen.Rini was great the entire process and kept me informed 100% of the way with any questions I had. I didnt feel pushed to buy any extras I deemed werent needed and they were even able to beat out he financing I already had in place. I also had some very specific delivery requests that arent a typical part of the buying process but were met without any push back.My last experience trying to purchase from here didnt fair well with a different salesman and we ended up going elsewhere. Rini on the the other hand has more than likely secured our business in the future when were in the market for another vehicle.

I have taken my car to this location 3 times and each time the service advisor will call me and ask me to come in and show them what is wrong with my car?? When I drop off my car, I no longer have a way to run up there and have to ask for a ride, not to mention the time it takes to continuously go up there. I understand that is needed every so often but some things are pretty self explanatory and shouldnt warrant me going there. This is totally unacceptable. When I came to pick up my care she suggested I take my car to Orange Park Next time. No Worries here, I was planning on it!

My truck was towed to AutoNation Ford Jacksonville with a bad water pump on a Saturday evening. Being from out of town I feared the worse as far as getting it repaired for a reasonable cost and in a timely manner. Well I was pleasantly surprised when Susan called me early Monday and said I can come pick it up. Susan was extremely considerate and professional. The cost was reasonable and Susan was able to apply a discount as well! Knowing about engine repairs, I am happy with the work that was done and a great job by the mechanic that installed the water pump! Thank you so much!

When I called for the appointment, I was told they would give me a loaner or a rental if they needed the car overnight. When I came in for the appointment I was told they do not do loaners unless the car is still under warranty. I was also told they may not have someone to do the diagnosis same day (appt was for early afternoon) - what does an appointment mean?? Staff was nice/pleasant, but I didnt get what I was promised. I was also told the diagnosis fee would not be credited in the fix which was not explained on the phone (isnt this a common standard?) and turned out to be $120 after adding mysterious shop costs ?? and tax - not the REALLY the $99 I was quoted.

This Service Department needs fix the attitudes of the service advisors! Ive taken my vehicles here to be serviced for at least 5 years. The quality of work has gone down drastically. Recently, I had to wait at least 5 weeks to get a warranted item replaced. During this 5 weeks i went by to get an update several times. I was given the same excuse each time. The excuse was the warranty people are working from home and its hard to get them to do their job. this affects the safe operation of my wifes vehicle. Finally after the work was completed, i put a review up on the ford website. After a few days of it being posted, this service advisor called me up and demanded me to change the review. This review warranted the actions of the service advisor. This service advisor also changed the weight of my oil during the last oil change with a different weight and never notified me before during this. I will never take any of my vehicles here again. I advise you to do the same if your thinking about doing this. The service department needs to improve!

Bought a 2016 Transit Van for my business here, since they don’t negotiate on price I got them to throw in a trailer hitch, waited for over a month for it, I get it, pandemic, parts are hard to get, not to big of a deal. What I have an issue with is trying to charge me to install it, wiring wasn’t included, I get that, but to install a part they sold as part of the deal is ridiculous. Ill be going to any other FORD dealer to get service or warranty work.

These individuals are two examples of AutoNations cream of the crop employees. However, the mechanic (s) that worked on my cars AC also deserved a special thanks. The problem was diagnosed, repaired & returned to me the same day.

Easy to make appointment for service onlineWhen I arrived did not receive a greeting there were four service people at desk, only one had a customer. After five minutes of standing I was told he would be with me shortly. Then when service was completed and I was checking out I was handed my receipt and was told there you go. Was not told thank you even after I thanked them. I’m just old fashioned I guess.

I love my Service Advisor!! She is always honest, does what is right for me and is very accommodating. Shes the reason I keep going there. 5 stars to her, 4 stars to the technicians who dont seem to have any respect for you or your car (I am short and they couldnt move the seat back forward if they had to - among a few other minor annoyances). Had a great experience buying my car (because I walked in with a blank check from my bank and they wanted the kickback from their lender). 5 stars for them. However, when I asked them to give me a price on buying it back (because they were nagging me to sell it to them - why wouldnt they - its 6 years old with 22,000 miles on it and in excellent condition!) I got a humiliating low ball price from someone who was supposed to meet with me in person while I was there having the car serviced and he didnt have the decency to stop and talk to me (he walked by me a few times). 1 star to him for his unprofessionalism. If it werent for the experience with them wanting to buy the car they would have gotten 5 stars.

The purpose for me to visit your dealership in the first place was to perform a service to my old vehicle, I will say that the service provided by the service department was excellent, downside was that it was going to take a while, due to parts and only having two tecs for the day, no shuttle to take you anywhere meanwhile, so I decided to check the dealership for new or used vehicles, it was still earlier than 9am, then I went to the COGGIN Chevrolet dealership next to it and the Hodges Mazda dealer to the front to also see what they had in store, I was not looking to buy, but was open to the idea, I talked to Mr. Scott Messmore from Chevy and he was very courteous and very helpful, I told him I will think about it, I went back to Autonation Ford and ask the front desk for someone to help me see some vehicles at the used car lot, the manager showed up and he was very professional and helpful, he found a sales representative in the back that I noticed earlier when I was in the waiting area after I dropped my car for service, this person was not engaged in anything, didnt even looked like he was a sales person, no professional attire, commitment, etc, he asked me what I was looking for and explained I would like to see the numbers for the two Tacomas and the 4Runner they had in the used car lot, since the other building was closed, no ones was around, and I was interesting to check it out and see numbers, I wanted to be in the $500 a month, so the sales person just took me to his cubicle and ran some numbers on his head and wrote them down, I had to put more than $10K as down payment to be able to pay around $600 a month, for 60 months, no haggle, didnt make sense to me, with my score, etc the numbers didnt seem right, never offered to walk over and show me the vehicles, no even a test run, etc. I was shock, it was like he didnt want to be bothered, didnt want to do anything and just brush me off like I was not a legit buyer, and I was not worth the time, I was respectful, polite and just told him I will think about it and walked away, the service department person talked to me to give me an update on the vehicle, one of the things that I was inquiring was a 15hrs job and would have been more expensive than the value of the vehicle, so I told the person just to fix the other stuff and will try to fix that another time since it was not an emergency, could have lasted couple more years, I went back to the COGGIN Chevy dealer and approached Mr. Messmore again, as always very polite, professional and helpful, he offered right away to bring the keys for two vehicles I was interested, we drove both vehilces and returned to his office, he ran the numbers for me between an Infinity Q60, and a WRX STI, I was also interested in a 4Runner, but wanted something with warranty, newer, less milage, it was done in the computer very detailed with everything I needed to know, I decided for the 19 WRX STI with less than 6k miles, manufacture warranty still valid, great vehicle, went with my bank to finance, paying around $500 a month, with extended warranty, they took my old car as trade-in for a reasonable price with even all the issues it had that would cost more than the vehicle to fix, and I put $4k down, I would not even go back to any Autonation dealership, if this is the way to threat costumers, I was a Ford (Mercury) branded vehicle owner for the last 10+ years, it was not great the feel to have to change the transmision at 80k miles, having to change inside door handles, and projecting to have to reseal the whole engine at less than 110k miles, but everything else was fine, now I am verry happy with my WRX/STI, thanks to Mr. Messmore, hope this will help to make better decisions in the future for sales department, dont judge costumers for just how they look or act or comunicate, you never know that person would end up buying a vehicle and not just looking around, and might be worth the time, time that would potetialy be a recurring costumer for the dealer and service department. If they pair you with Doug Hastings run far away. The most unfriendly SALESMAN I’ve ever encountered. If it weren’t for mangers coming in I would have walked out with how he talked to me like I was stupid. I was told by two people the car would be filled up with gas and cleaned before I picked it up, (like every car I’ve ever bought) and it wasn’t. The car was making a noise the day after purchasing it and their response was “see when Chrysler Dodge can fit you in.” Hope I never have to set foot in there again.

If you go, ASK FOR KYLE!!! By far the most professional sales rep I’ve ever encountered. Not only does he take his job seriously but he genuinely cares about the consumer. Long story short him and I were in contact for about 4 months trying to find a new F-150. Due to the shortage on these beee trucks they were hard to come by, but Kyle never gave up on me nor did he give up on the search and thanks to him and the team he has I was able to take home my 2021 F-150. If I could I would give more than a 5 star rating to just him alone.

Susan was wonderful. She was able to keep me updated while my car was being worked on. The repairs took about how long she expected, even with delays in gathering parts. She was able to get the part from another dealership in town instead of having me wait for a back-ordered part (which, shipping issues isnt something she or you could fix anyway). She even looked for a rental for me since my car was there for about a week. While I didnt get one due to availability issues, she took the time to look for me, which previously advisors (at other locations) have not even offered.She made the experience as pleasant as possible. She was able to make jokes with me while dealing with a stressful week-and-a-half of not having my car. It was truly a pleasure. I usually go to Coggin Ford off Atlantic Blvd. because its closer to my office and my house, but your shop had an appointment within 2 days instead of 3+ weeks. That kind of availability is invaluable when your primary vehicle is out of commission.I truly cannot sing Susans praises enough. She was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Staff was very nice. Kind of disappointed that the service department doesnt do the same. Brought my vehicle in for an AC repair on a 2020 Explorer. Knowing that the tire odometer readings can be done by app now, I especially kept an eye on this. They did an all points inspection of my 2020 explorer indicated that my tire pressure was 33 psi per tire on each tire.... unfortunately they were not and didnt bother putting air in my tires. I was kind of disappointed that they didnt even do a courtesy car wash or vacuuming. My previous car dealer always did this without me having to asking. With these small offering of service leads me to wonder about what it takes to get great service. However tire pressure in my auto is a must, so that is something that I will be asking about and checking the next time before I pull off the lot. Was kind of hoping that a Ford dealer would have better service.

My vehicle was repaired sooner than expected. It was pouring rain when I took my vehicle in and it was clean and dry inside the vehicle when it was brought out to me. I was highly impressed with the entire process.

Recently needed my car towed for repairs. The person who assisted me saw Id scheduled an appointment for maintenance and coordinated everything so that multiple visits were not necessary. I even received a text notification when my car was ready, a day earlier than expected. The support I received online and via phone was excellent, but upon arriving at the dealership to pickup my car, the reception was lukewarm. After entering I waited approximately five minutes before anyone spoke to me. When they did, it was to ask if I had an appointment. Next I was asked if I knew who had assisted me, and upon giving the name of the rep (who was there at this time), she did not speak up or volunteer to continue helping me. My in person experience was much different than phone but overall still a decent experience.

Brought in for recall services and asked for their free inspection as we are going to be selling and we know there are a few issues but wanted to be sure so that we may let the new buyer know. They did not tell me of the issues that I know that I have and only told me my brakes are wearing. When I asked about the inspection, I was told for a more thorough complete inspection it will be $85. Not good customer service at all. Do you want to let your customers drive off without knowing something is wrong? So much different when I go to Toyota or Honda.

The people were nice, but they missed the check engine light code, which was one of the reasons I came in. I did mention it. So that meant I had to go back a second time. Then the mechanics broke something when they were removing a faulty sensor. Thats not the customer service peoples fault of course. And they were quick to arrange for a loaner until my truck was fixed. Kudos for that.

I had purchased my 2016 Ford F150 back then from another dealer. I have never been a fan of taking cars back to dealers for maintenance, but it did have a warranty and as well I wanted to try using that same dealership to see if the service would be better over the length of owning the vehicle. Wont name dealership, but do not feel that this best served me over time.My air conditioned seats have not been working (after having been worked on at the original dealership numerous times) and I felt a Ford dealer at least should work on this item. AutoNation is closest to me so I was willing to give them a try.I cannot be more pleased with the service and treatment I received. Stephanie McGuire was my Customer Care Advisor and she checked me in quickly and had me on my way with their shuttle service (A big shout out to Antwan as well who brought me back to Nocatee...very nice guy) in a matter of minutes. I did not have an appointment, and still received a call within the same day on what was needed and the costs.Truck was fixed by the next day and again she was very personable and took time out immediately when I arrived to get me checked out and on my way. When I received my truck, i did notice hat looked like a space between the seat and the frame that may not have been quite put back completely. Brought it back around to Stephanie who immediately brought it back to the technicians, who resolved the item and brought the truck around in a matter of minutes.The tech even then took the time to explain what had happened with the seat either at the prior dealership or after it had been worked on.I felt the price was fair, service was fast, and everyone was very personable. The experience felt more like taking my car to a private garage vs. a dealer...Want to again thank Stephanie, Antwan and the tech.Great experience!

I didnt buy a vehicle from here but sold mine. Experience at first was like a typical dealership, where you wait around for a while, and they come back with some issue (banks closed due to time of day). But my sales guy, Noel, was excellent and went above and beyond to correct the challenges. Id recommend AutoNation for selling your vehicle. Cant directly recommend purchasing due to no experience on that regards.

AutoNation Ford’s service department customer service was took notch from the first phone call through to being handed back my key. My Fusion had some factory recalls that needed to be addressed, and the work was done in just over half a day. The courtesy shuttle even took me home and picked me back up when the work was finished so I didn’t have to inconvenience anyone else or sit in the waiting room all day. I’ll definitely be back!

I have purchased 17 cars from dealers through the years. I have never, ever had a purchase be this easy and efficient. We were in the dealership, from the time we drove onto the lot until we left, just 2 hours. That was test drive, the whole process. Logan was our sales person and a better one will not be fund. I called the dealership at their opening time to see if they still had the car on their website for which they were looking. Logan confirmed it and asked when we would be by to see it. I told him we would be by mid-afternoon. Logan said he would let us know if, during the day, the car became no longer available. Early afternoon, Logan called saying a deal was in process for this car, but another one was available, exactly like the one we wanted, but in a different color. We agreed to check that one out after he texted me the details of the car. Shortly later, Logan called back, saying the deal on the original car fell through. Needless to say, we bought the original car. Logan was friendly, polite, professional, and good at all he did. Buying a car has never been fun for me. Logan and AutoNation Ford Jacksonville came the closest to fun I have ever experienced.Buy From AutoNation Ford Jacksonnville. Ask for Logan.

They did the job I needed, minor deal, $260 labor and parts but then added a $30 Misc charge which is total BS, just a cash grab and when I picked up my vehicle, it was a mess. Leaves and stuff strewn inside, had parked it under a tree. They have a car wash there, how about giving the vehicle back the way it was when I brought it in, good inside service, nice people but do the whole job.

I have been trying to get a protection plan canceled after I traded my Explorer since the end of Feb. I have called and calls are not returned. Have visited the showroom and was told that it will be taken care back in mid April. As of two days ago policy is still active after cancelling 13 weeks ago.Went to the showroom again today and was told that the person I needed to see Robert DeLarouge was busy but I could wait. After 15 minutes I asked t see anyone in management and was told they were all busy and would not be able to see me.Terrible customer service would never recommend to buy from here. Service Department is wonderful but the folks in the showroom have terrible customer service skills.
