Chris was extremely helpful with getting copies made. He was very patient (I gave him the wrong sizes to make the copies) as he made the copies a second time for me. Thank you Chris!!

It is impossible to get anything here. The workers are too lazy to help. Sara has been telling me for a week now that shes not sure what printers they have available because they have gotten their truck but have yet to unload it. They need more competent people working here.

I have had several opportunities to shop at this store, and though it is small, the service is always great! Staff is very friendly and helpful. I was looking for a particular flavor of coffee, and didnt see it on the shelf. The gentleman that was working went looking for it, and found the last one!

Called the printing department and was left on hold for 25 minutes, the only reason I kept holding was because I was working on a project on my computer and set the phone down on speaker phone. Otherwise I would have never hold for that long. Peggie initially picked up the phone and picked up the second time. I asked to speak to the manager and Pam got on the phone, it seemed like Peggie had prep her because right out of the gate she was nasty. I told her she was not well qualified in customer service but she stated she’s been working for the company for 13 yrs. You would think you’d learn some manners and how to properly speak to customers after all that time.

James was very helpful helping me with what I needed.

Got what I wanted for a good price. In and out fast.

I had a custom brochure RUSH job to produce on a Sunday. I went to Office Depot and was treated so rudely by the print and copy employee that I finally quit asking questions and walked out of the store. Office Max did not have the right paper or binding, FedEx Kinkos was closed. But I was surprised to walk into Staples in Jacksonville Beach and meet Chris in the print shop there, who had a big smile and was ready to help. He listened to my request and let me know that they didnt have the paper I needed, nor the binding. HOWEVER, he showed me other options that would print beautifully. There was a problem with my PDF document and he called and left a voicemail and also sent an email. I didnt see them until the next morning. When I called Staples, I talked to James in the print department, who picked up right where Chris left off and solved my problem and finished the job. I highly recommend this stores print shop and commend them for their professionalism and willingness to tackle a tough job.

Clean, neat, friend associats. Appreciated being greeted upon arriving. A small touch, but it is nice. Makes the start of the shopping experience more pleasent.

Ive never used a fax machine before so Dayana(sp?) Helped me fax important documents. It was quick and painless.Very clean location.

I bought my kids back to school supplies using the one hour pick up service. After I placed the order and my money was deducted from my account, I received an email and hour later (at the time I was supposed to pick up the items) notifying me that none of the items was available at the store. I could choose to have them shipped to me which is of no use since I need them for Monday. I actually drove to the store and found everything there. Apparently, the Jax Beach store was understaffed and not prepared for the back to school crowd. Instead of not offering the one hour pick up, they take your money and then lie about the items not being available because they don’t have the stuff to put together the orders. Terrible customer service.

Its ok, like if you need some quick office or computer supplies.

Got off work late and had to stop there 5 minutes before close which is inconviant I know but it was out of my control being the military runs my life and schedule. Anyway I needed something printed and I had it all ready to be printed with the barcode ready to be scanned by the printer which would have taken 2 minutes but the worker didn’t even give me the time of day or ask me what I needed to do he shut the printer off when I was in the middle of printing the printing and said it was past closing when it was exactly 8:58pm and he even looked at his watch and knew it wasn’t 9pm yet. If he would have communicated with me I would have assured him I will be out by 9pm. There were 3 other customers in the building and they all got to finish making their last minute purchases but the employee didn’t even want to talk to me like a human being. I visited the store Wednesday October 3 5 minutes from closing the employee was wearing a grey shirt and if he was a manager what poor leadership and treatment for people. I just moved to the area because I got stationed here and currently am living in a hotel until I find housing and do not have access to a printer and that was my last hope. I thought I could trust Staples to help me get a document printed but I am very wrong. Thank you Fed Ex though for not turning me away and greeting me like a human being.
