Actually picked up load at Axiom Worldwide Logistics easy process in/out with friendly people

Had an issue with print quality. Tech came out same day and replaced a drum in minutes. Very responsive and great customer service.

Awesome service! Easily reported the issue and technician was promptly dispatched. Tech even shared a tip if we experienced the same issue. Professional and polite.

Seriously the worse service ever. They have a 6 hour turn around from the time they receive the call. I called and explained exactly what was going on with the copy machine. The call taker acted like he understood and said Ill get someone out. I thought they were coming that day. Not only did they not come that day, they didnt come the next day. No phone call. So the next day I called them and they said it would be the next day. When I asked why I didnt get a phone call they had no answers and because I was agitated they acted like I was the problem. When the tech finally came out it took him two hours to figure out what was wrong. Then it took him three hours to procure the part. And then he said he would return with toner. We are still unable to use the copy machine.

Excellent service. Our service Technician, Chris Martin, is always prompt, courteous, and gets the job done. If hes in the area, hell swing on by, so he was in our office about 30 minutes after our last service call for our copier. Thank you Novatech.

The wonder folks at NovaCopy show great customer service. We have several copiers in our building and the tech always come by my desk for a double check type conversation. I was having issues figuring out how to print on custom sized paper (5x7) and called them for support. Andrew (on the hotline) was amazing! I probably kept him on the phone for close to an hour so he could troubleshoot any issues while I was printing several things for a big event for work. I gave him remote access to my computer to make sure everything was on the appropriate settings and he was extremely patient with me. Very friendly and not condescending at all as he walked me through the process of custom print settings. Just really great customer service. Thanks, Andrew!

HORRIBLE!!!!!! Customer service never gets back with you. I had to call 3 times to get our unit moved. The machine does not tell you that the toner is low and you run out. They say youll have it next business day to find out it is actually going to be two business days. Our office has been unable to print now. The whole experience has been a nightmare. Would NEVER recommend to anyone!!!!

The techs are always very helpful and prompt. This is a definite plus in a busy office. And I know I can always count on our sales rep, John Mitchell, when we are in a bind and need help or have questions.

They dumped trash on my property. I have no buiness dealing with them they just drove up and i caught them dumping pallets and box’s on my property . I would not use them

Its not often that I get to give such positive feedback on vendors because things like this don’t happen often enough, but I have to tell you about my excellent experience with Robert and Justin .Last Friday, we had a multifunction machine that was having a problem. Somehow our IT department let Novacopy know that we needed a new “printer”. You did a great job and replaced our machine quickly with a “printer” as directed by our IT department. However, our internal IT department did not understand we needed the multi-function machine since ALL of our students (we have 1800 annually in this department) have applications they need to fax in. Additionally, I work with about 200 healthcare provider offices in the area that need student information faxed / scanned to them in order to be a part of our program. We are a BUSY department. Needless to say, I was a bit unnerved by a substandard machine (NO FAULT of Novacopy) that had replaced our multifunction machine.I called our IT department, they gave me both Robert and Justins number and I sent an email to both of them explaining essentially how we were “dead in the water” without a multifunction machine. Within minutes, Robert had emailed me and Justin called me. I cannot tell you how wonderful it was to get reassurance from both of them that the problem would be resolved (even though they had nothing to do with creating it). They understood and they were ON THE CASE IMMEDIATELY. They told me they would have me functional again on Monday.There was a delay in getting it to us on Monday but it was a GOOD DELAY. We learned that Robert had ordered the parts to FIX our beloved Dell machine and they would have THAT machine fully functional again by Tuesday. THEY DID and our department of 6 (all women) were elated. That is not an easy feat to accomplish but THEY DID IT and I couldn’t be happier.Thank you for having such great employees that say what they mean and do what they say! It is refreshing in this world of over promising and under delivering to work with a company like yours, WHO DELIVERS service with such speed and great attitudes. They took care of the customer and nothing else mattered… It was a GREAT EXPERIENCE!

I am suspicious of these positive reviews, especially since Novacopy screwed us on two deals. We paid them to go out on custmers accounts, and to try to take the business for themselves they lied to the customer about the equipment. While we were paying them! Awful experience. TOTALLY DISHONEST!!!
