This company and their leadership are absolutely garbage. We had an experience that if told you wouldn’t even believe. I’ll just say the techs are crooks and thieves and the management will admit this and just shrug their shoulders. Stay away.

I have been buying products from Namco Dallas for several years and have been very satisfied with the outcome. I decided to do a detail clean for my home. So I called Namco Dallas and scheduled for my carpets and home to be cleaned. Let me tell you the housekeeper and carpet technician went up and beyond to do the BEST JOB. Yesterday, we had a Namco employee come out to do a yearly carpet clean for one of our residents. It is given as a thank you, when residents renew their lease with us. Today, I got a call from the resident, and he said that George did the best carpet clean job he has ever had. I bought a carpet machine and chemicals from Namco Dallas.I was very informed on how to use the machine and chemicals. The personnel were extremely professional and courteous!!!!

Very quick and fast service. It made my carpets look brand new, would definitely recommend!

I use their stainorator for small stains and it works pretty well. These are chemicals professionals use and are very easy to clean with especially on really dirty areas.
