Love my navy blue dress! They also have gorgeous dresses and shoes!

Was not impressed with this place. I was looking for a formal evening gown. I am a plus size woman. She showed us the clearance rack and one rack that was regular priced. Both racks were small. The clearance rack had horrible designs and the gowns were damaged with still a slightly high price tag. And on the regular small rack all the gowns were well over priced and all gowns were not sized properly. I can fit into a 18 and a 3XL would not zip up on me!! And again the designs and color choices were hideous. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

My foster daughter needed to exchange three shorts to one size up. The man said there’s no refund or exchange. I asked nicely and explain that she didn’t know her size because she’s not use to shopping for clothes. He said I’m sorry I can’t help you... no exchange or refunds and then he turn his head from us. I said well u will never get my business again.

Nice place for ladies to get good looking shoes at cheap price and off-course to get all kinds of dresses and gowns for all occasions. This place has it all and you get in within mostly within your budget. The variety amazes me every time. The staff is pretty amazing, professional and efficient. Its places like these that make shopping fun for all. You can go their with your friends and family and enjoy the experience. The hours of operation are pretty long and you get to enjoy the wonderful place within the mall as well once you are done here. I have been here at least once every month. It is a bit crowded on week ends so please plan accordingly and keep some time on your hands. A wonderful shopping experience awaits you ladies if you like to dress up for those big occasions. Please keep lots of time on your hands because trying on those pretty gowns will take lots of time and effort, if you know what I mean. You can spend over an hour easy and not get bored just because there is so much to choose from. I have seen people just spend hours window shopping here.They keep the premises clean and bright so that always keeps upscale feeling going. This place draws in the young and the old alike as there is something in here for every one !!

The items here are gorgeous and lively. But its the people who ruin the experience, if you run a store that has make up, you should have a representative to help customers out specially when selling Nyx cosmetics a high and top end brand.DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!

This is a fun store to shop.. it has something for everyone in the way if shoes, clothes, makeup ....but the quality is mediocre...

I would give 0 starts they follow you around everywhere like you going to steal something! Today my cousin was looking at the make-up section and one of the workers said that my cousin took a concealer! First off all she didnt steal anything! They should make sure first .

There is a reason they have a firm no refund policy. Bought a dress for my brothers wedding, tried it on there, & it was fine. Got home a couple of hours later & tried it on with my shoes, & immediately upon zipping it up the clasp for the zipper slid right off, making the dress unwearable. The only option they gave me was for me to drive back to the store NOW to have the dress fixed by their seamstress who.only works one day out of the week. I dont even want the dress anymore, fixed or not because who knows how it will stay fixed??? I feel like I couldve just taken my $ & threw it down the drain & it wouldve been better than spending it at this store. This stuff is obviously cheaply made, so I would recommend just going to a reputable store & spending a little more money in order to save a lot of hassle.

Horrible experience! They follow you around like you want to steal their cheaply made items . Stephanie in the dressing room stated that I could not help my minor child with her clothes and denied me access with her in the dressing room. She stated SHE would help my daughter with her clothes. I spoke with Manger Melanie Lee who agreed with the employee but changed her tune later. I will be writing corporate. I am not comfortable with a stranger wanting to dress and undress my kids. Gross.

This store should be closed down!! I bought my daughter, she is 11 a pair of uniform pants and the zipper broke the first time she wore themand my husband took them back with the receipt to exchange them and the store manager, Melanie told him we can not exchange those they smell likecigarette smoke, they were not washed properly and we cant resell them you should not be reselling damaged or worn items anyway!! I then calledand spoke with Melanie and asked for the contact information to the person above her and she said I am allowed to give that outso I found the information for anyone else that has had a horrible experience with these people!! Linda Golden is listed as themain owner and the name of the company La Vida is under is Domestic Limited Liability Company. LLC. I will be reporting them tothe BBB and contacting the mall adminstration.
