It’s really rare when I give a 5 star review. But the staff here made my experience awesome. My bagels were tasty, I asked for ice and they volunteered to do it for me. Something small yet so simple, to make my over all experience excellent. Great job fellas.

The bagels were good. However the place was filthy. No paper towels in womens restroom. Floor had days old coffee on floor. Counters not kept clean Tables not kept clean.

3 stars for the food and whatever effort that is intentionally provided for customers. Einstein bagels brothers has been around for many years with a great reputation for their food. If only they can invest in their stores by remodeling, revamping the way they take orders to avoid long wait lines, update their equipment and just overall make the place look better, the business would reflect their reputation. It’s not because of the people that work here being the reason why the place just looks plain nasty, I blame the investors and owners of this franchise for neglecting their stores.

My favorite place to sit and eat a bagel and enjoy the vanilla hazelnut coffee. I typically come on the weekends when I have time to wait and take my time. I love the honey almond schmear! There have been times Ive had to wait but this location never seems to have a lot of people working and seems popular on the weekends and Im happy to wait.

Always great tasting bagels. Love the grab & go bakers dozen to bring to the office, but the prices have gone up a bit lately. The coffee is okay, nice variety, but I would like more options for sweeteners (splenda, truvia, raw sugar). Will come back.

Poor customer care - where is my Chips? Ordered from mobile app for pick up and order was all packed and ready to go but missing my side of chips. No care to ensure order is packed in full.

Every time I go to this particular store they get my order wrong or they overcharge me. Ive been to this store three times, and three times they have either messed up my order or charged me extra for my food. Today I asked for their hash brown and orange juice/ coffee deal. The associate behind the register, not paying attention, does not give me the deal like I asked for. I was charged extra for the orange juice, doubling the price. I also asked for butter on my bagel, but that didnt happen either. This is the third time Ive been burned by this place. Everyone has a bad day and makes mistakes, but not three times in a row, and not in the same store.

I love ordering through the mobile app and my order has always been ready on time and tasty as ever with the Nova Lox.

My go to place for smoked salmon on an everything bagel. There are a lot of options that look amazing but I can never bring myself from ordering anything else.

I like this place because is consistent and always the same flavor. I take one star because I think that can improve their coffee.

Close to where I stay and the Sunday morning staff are really nice :) of course the bagels were really good too! I got the All Nighter with the green chili bagel and it’s sooo good! Definitely will be coming back from now on :))

As good as an Einstein can be! Every employee was adhering to their masks (correctly,) and our food was fantastic. I got the farmhouse sandwich with an iced vanilla latte and it was a solid solid brunch.

Food was good but they still dont have indoor dining.

Good food and friendly staff as Ive come to expect from Einstein. Loved the open layout of this location and their outdoor patio. The location is difficult to see from MacArthur as its in the strip behind the street front businesses.

This place has so so service (been there a cpl times before), but the cleanliness in general is atrocious. You can smell the cockroaches when you go into the bathroom. Ive been to hundreds of bar establishments with better cleanliness than this. Im sincerely afraid of buying food here. I left without getting anything.

Excellent variety with superb customer service! Were from out of town and couldnt decide, so the ultimate decision.... a bakers dozen assorted bagels half sliced and toasted, the other half just boxed up to take home(glad we got an assortment because each different flavor was WONDERFUL).The lady behind the counter took time to package up some bags and supplies for my order. All the employees had great personalities! The pic is after we tore into the box, please dont judge the employees... they packaged everything beautifully and with care! We got excited and forgot to snap a pic early!

A very good local coffee and bagel shop. The atmosphere is warm and cozy. You can sit outside as well. Its very spacious with good sitting arrangements. If you wanna cram up before your exam in a coffee place, go there. The drinks we ordered were a bit sweet. But not bad in taste. Just sweet for us. Bagel was tasty though. Will definetely go again.

Einstein bagels in Las colinas normally is very good but this morning they decided to have their off game at my cost they did not get the order correct at all and I go to this bagel shop quite a bit and they know my order even before I order it so that was upsetting then I go and get my coffee and I accidentally hit decaf known for well that I need the caffeine and so I poured it in the drain there is no sign this is please do not pour your drink and a drain or what to do when theres a mistake so I did it I went and got the regular coffee and then the gentleman behind the counter started telling me well actually he was speaking in general but I was the only one standing there and he said please do not put your drink down the drain because it doesnt work so you get scolded like youre a three year old so my question is how was I supposed to know the drain doesnt work and instead of scolding me shouldnt you be on the telephone calling your person that does your drainage or your Coke machines or whatever and say this isnt work fix it so my recommendation is before you leave bagels Einstein you must check your order you must have clear understanding they must have clear understanding of what it is you want please if you make mistake about your drink we all do but apparently youre not supposed to so on a scale of 1

Love their Bagels. Always fresh. Their sandwiches are very good. Andrew helped me and I felt appreciated as a customer. Highly recommend anything, but love their turkey and cheddar on Asiago and blueberry crumble cake.

Nov. 2020: still loving this place. Great food and great service. Their social distancing and handling of everything has just been solid. Only thing to make it better would be if I could slide my own cc and not have to hand it to an attendant. However the sanitizer is right there incase you wanted it. They have even placed coffee cup lids in individual baggies so they’re not touched and exposed to others.2017: Love their bagels and their staff! Always so welcoming. The only reason i give it a 4 star is if you go during the morning rush hour it does take a while to get your breakfast. If you have the extra minutes its totally worth it.

We ordered 2 plain bagels with plain cream cheese for our toddlers. After a wait for 45 minutes we get our packets. Stepped out and opened the bags to see they put a different bagel for us. When I went back in to question the staff he said they ran out of plain bagels while making our order so just put the pretzel ones for us. Cheats😡😡 How can you pack something else and not even disclose that to us? Just so you can earn money? If you didnt have the plain bagels then tell the customer. Dont just charge us and give us something else. You are cheating customers. Knowing that bagels werent available and packing something else and selling it to us calling them plain bagels is CHEATING!😡😡

The best Einstein Bros. Bagels in the area (and I may or may not have a bagel addiction). They are fast, friendly, and do an awesome job! I would highly recommend them for when you are jonesing for some carbs in the form of a light, airy, toasty, warm bagel, slathered in cream cheese.

I’ve come to this location a few times and each time this store looks very dirty. This time I went you would think the store would be clean given the dining room is closed. Nope. It looked more dirty than ever. Trash all over the place, somehow crumbs were on the floor. The ceiling is falling apart. This store NEEDS to be shut down for remodel ASAP!! The employees need to learn how to take better care of the store and clean better! I don’t plan on going back. Made me lose my appetite. If the front looks like that, who knows what the back looks like.

This was one of the best Einsteins that Ive been to. Its a nice, clean, open space. The food was great as usual. But what really made this one great was the service we received. I didnt catch the name of the woman who helped us, but she went above and beyond for us. My wife and I havent been to an Einsteins for a few months due to moving. This was our first chance to eat there again and they discontinued our favorite french toast sandwich. But she knew how to recreate the sandwich with a slight alteration. We ordered two of them with 2 eggs each. We got our order and they only had 1 each. She was more than happy enough to help and fix the issue to ensure we had a pleasant experience. Id go back there again without a doubt.

The best bagels freshly prepared are my absolute favorites wish they are open a little longer.

To the point, worth popping into. Clean and stocked. The loss of the star is because the coffee carafe has a burned taste to it; subtle but evident. Im sure if they cleaned it properly their coffee will taste properly good.

Manager and staff were very attentive and helpful. I came in to purchase goods for an early office meeting. They had us set up in minutes with a dozen excellent bagels, and coffee that was brewed fresh to order.

I came in about a week ago, a Friday around 11am. They seemed to be really busy which normally around this time it’s not to busy, I think the rain weirdly brought more people in.Anyway everything was amazing! The whole team was awesome. My coffee came with extra whip cream like I asked. I also really enjoyed the fact that when I was unsure about the maple cream cheese the lady at the register gave me a sample. Thanks for making my Friday awesome, even though you guys where having a busy day!

Hands down the best Einsteins Ive ever been to. The food was beyond delicious and was made perfectly. The service was on point. Everyone was so welcoming. Felt like part of the family. From now on, only Einsteins Im going to. They won my loyalty.

The food was delicious, but the service was unbelievable. We did not get the lady’s name that was working, but she was so kind and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible with our young children. Thank you so much, we really appreciate your generosity and kindness!!!

Went there and none of the employees wore a mask . Not even the one making the bagels. It was on the third day Dallas broke record in COVID cases. This thing is still going strong and restaurans that dont take it serious should stay closed .

Going to this cafe is always very pleasant experience.

Surprisingly not crowded at 8am in a Sunday morning. They stopped selling hallah bread at this location which is what I like with my Nova lox and cream cheese. But the everything bagel sufficed as a replacement with a nice helping if cream cheese, capers, onion, tomato and nicely smoked lox.

Needed a fast grab before competition at 6:40am, this was it. Good proximity to the Irving Convention Center. Maybe 5 minutes away.

The place is very spacious but it was pretty dirty, there was crumbs on nearly every table. Trash on the floor. I came in at 1146, I know that the earlier mornings are a lot more busy, but there was only 2 people there when I arrived and left.I got the epic breakfast, it was ok.

If you enjoy a good bagel then Einstein Bros. Bagels is a great place to go. I like the everything bagel a lot and have a hard time not getting it every time. My two favorite shmears are garden vegetable and smoked salmon.The service here is a little chaotic at time considering that I am usually here between 6 and 7 AM. There is not a lot of traffic yet, so I do not know why it like that.

Went into this place at 2pm on a Monday. Thats 2 hours before closing time. The person behind the counter said that all the bagels they had were on the shelf. They had maybe two flavors and a total of 6 bagels between them. The person behind the counter also informed me that they had a big rush that morning and it wiped them out and that they wont make anymore because it takes an hour. Whats the point of staying open until 4 if youre not going to put out more product after a morning rush

They had cinnamon raisin bagels this time and finally my order was correct.

Literally every surface in the dining area was filthy. Nothing was maintained. Dirty/messes everywhere. Couldnt even sit down anywhere inside because there was no clean place.

Ew! There was an older grey haired white woman working there. She stood over the bagels a popped a zit by her ear and wiped it with her fingers! DISGUSTING! I almost threw up. She did that right in plain sight. If she’ll do that in front of customers, what goes on in the back!Never ever eat here...
