This is my husband and I’s first baby and after reading the other reviews I knew we had to do our first ultrasound here! Given the whole pandemic situation, being allowed to have our parents there was a plus. This is a day of a lifetime and to have them there was extra special.The ladies love what they do and it shows. The ultrasound tech answered any questions that we had and was very helpful to the very end of our visit.Walking in and seeing the cutest heartbeat animals we knew we had to purchase one.We left with a great unforgettable moment and can’t wait to go back for our maturity pictures!
We have been here 3 times, and we’ve absolutely loved it! We’ve felt very comfortable with the staff and have really enjoyed the experience. Very familiar environment, very professional, and the best thing is that you walk out with many wonderful and unforgettable memories! Highly recommended!

I love going to 4d baby in Irving they are always so nice so professional and everything is always well done and fairly quick. Had my 13 week sonogram there, and also my 3/4d baby gender revelation .My experience today was my baby’s first birthday doing the smashing cake session.It literally took about 30 minutes to get the best shots ever, three different settings and all of the shots were amazing. Photographer was amazing, she helped me choose the best background and setting for my Baby and made him feel safe and secure with her. I can’t wait to see the shots once they are available. Thank you so much again, amazing work definitely using y’all many more times to come!!!
Although I am not pleased with the work and the price is the only memory of my pregnancy and I decided to buy the package. but I am completely disappointed in this work both on the 4D echo and the badly edited photos. Quality does not go hand in hand with the total price you pay for everything. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM
Quick but not a rushed experience! I got to bring my husband and daughter in with me for our gender blood test and ultrasound for baby #2 💛 COVID has taken a lot including getting to experience that with my husband and daughter at my OBs office. I’m so thankful to have found 4Baby to have the experience we’d hope to have. ☺️ Thanks a million!
When I walked in the ultra sound technician was very friendly warm and welcoming. She answered all my questions before going into the room. While in the room she walked me through all the steps and we got see our baby and the gender on the screen. She explained where every body part was and let us look at the tv monitor until we where finished at our own pace to look. Very professional! Will be going again!
I absolutely loved this place. The person performing the ultrasound is extremely sweet and professional. Definitely a place I would recommend to anyone.
They were so sweet & I enjoyed every second from the time we walked in, it was more then we expected and we only went for gender and ultrasound! They got us in the same day, very happy with our experience!!

The tech was very nice and tried to get some good photos but the quality is not good. They advertise very clear 3D ultrasounds but they aren’t very clear. Was pretty disappointed, also they are so unorganized that they told me the week before that I had to reschedule because they double booked. Overall I wish I would’ve just saved the money

I did my maternity pictures here, although the lady who took them was AMAZING!Getting my pictures was the problem. I had to call and text non stop to know about my photos. NEVER got a response and STILL havent gotten my pictures its been over a month. Not happy at all.

*Edited to add: their Facebook reviews are full of stories like mine.2 weeks ago, I scheduled an evening appointment online for the gender reveal blood test and sonogram. The website required that I pay at the same time that I scheduled the appointment, which is fine. I promptly received a phone call saying that the website appointment scheduler is misleading, and the phlebotomist is only at the location I scheduled during the morning hours. My husband and I both work during the days and could only do an evening appointment, so we were a little sad about the mix-up. During that phone call, the person I spoke to was very helpful in suggesting different times and locations that we could receive that service, but unfortunately none of them worked for our schedules and I requested a refund of the money. The person on the phone said this would be no problem.The next week, still no refund. I called the office to check on the status of the refund, and the person said it would take 5 business days for the refund to process.I waited another week, still no refund. I called again, and received the same response. I asked for the supervisor to give me a call when the refund was sent, and never received a phone call.It has now been about 2 weeks since this ordeal, and I would really just like my money back. We paid quite a bit of money for a service we ended up not receiving because of a mistake on the website, and due to the delay in issuing our refund, I will not be attempting to use this company again.

My husband and I had Such a great experience. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. Kristen did an amazing job of explaining everything that was going to be done and all the great deals they had going on! We even got to pick a stuffed animal with our baby’s heart beat. She also was a great phlebotomist when it came to getting my blood drawn to find out our baby’s gender. We plan to come back for newborn and family pictures! We would recommend this place to anyone!

The lady I spoke to about scheduling was so understanding with our schedule and how I wanted to have more people come to the ultrasound because covid is preventing my husband coming to any of my appointments! We got one of their bundle packages- was affordable and had so much to offer with itThe sonographer is AMAZING!!! She got so excited with us and the quality of the pictures are so great The photographers- they makes you feel GORGEOUS Everyone there is so professional but also make you feel at home they are so fun and upbeat!Everyone needs to get in here! YOU WILL LOVE IT!
I scheduled a gender reveal ultrasound for a friend of mine. The day of the appointment the appointment wasnt available but I already paid off the website. So I asked for a refund, who ever was texting me kept saying I could reschedule, and I had to ask for a refund 3 to 4 times before they finally tell mr I can have it in 5 to 7 business days. Okay cool. A week goes by and I never receive it. So I call. Im told it will be transferred to their finance department. Another week goes by still no refund. I call again, the supervisor is now suppose to call me. A week goes by again, and I have called every day this week because the previous day in told he was too busy in meetings to return my calls. At this point Im just going to file fraud charges because they have no issue taking my money, but giving it back seems to be a whole fight. It shouldnt be this hard to get money back for a service I never even got to use.Edit -The refund has not been posted, I checked right after the business replied to my review.
Booked a last minute appointment for a gender reveal ultrasound and the tech was very attentive and very kind and took extra care to make sure we were 100% positive the gender was correctly determined. She was great and it was an amazing experience, my husband and I loved it.

Went for a maternity photoshoot on march 27th. I was told my pictures should be ready in about a week and they would contact us to see the results. 2 weeks pass and never received a call, text, or email. I called and they said the photo department was busy and they will send them asap. 3 weeks pass still nothing. I was told a supervisor would call me. 4 weeks pass and I called everyday and was told the supervisor was busy and would contact me the next day. I was given that excuse twice. I went into labor and had my child and called again. At this point they said the owner would contact me. 5 weeks now and still have not received anything!! At this point I dont care for a refund I just want my pictures even if unedited. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. If I can give 0 stars I would! Im tired of calling everyday and getting no where with them!
I had a great time in my session Danielle sorry if I spelled it wrong. But she was wonderful, she was very nice and patient my baby is stubborn but she gave him a chance and my sister and I had a wonderful experience. I would totally recommend this place I had such a nice time,I think we all had a good time. I’m highly considering going back for the 3D/4D photos and maybe one of those cute stuffed animals.*I Got the 2D photos and got to hear the heartbeat and I also purchased the DVD not sure if I’m supposed to hear the heartbeat on it because I couldn’t but I’m sure when I call they will fix whatever issue I have with it.
Kristen was very pleasant and helpful. They have great deals and offer so much! They go the extra mile to be safe during this pandemic. Wonderful experience, found baby and heartbeat right away at 8 weeks.
We decided to use 3d4baby for a 3d/4d scan and newborn photos. Kat, the photographer, did an excellent job calming my baby during the shoot and I was able to relax while she worked her magic. Alec was flexible and able to work within our budget when choosing a package. We couldnt have been happier with the outcome of the photos, and it was hard to not choose every picture(FTM). They both were very professional. I would 100% recommend them any services that they offer.

I had a wonderful experience today both ladies at the facility were very nice! Ultrasound was phenomenal, detailed and glad my daughter could join due to Covid only my partner is allowed at the OB and my daughter was very happy she could finally see her baby brother/sisters heartbeat and move around. Now we will wait for our Gender results which was also done at the facility 😊

Was disappointed in the pictures, All the ones sent to me just bad, 😔 I get her hand was in her face but did not get not one good picture. I never leave bad reviews but was not happy with the out come and how much money I spent to not have gotten any good pictures,
Great experience! Got the 4D ultrasound and it was the 1st time anyone was able to see the baby besides me due to COVID. Thankful for such a great technician and the pictures of my little one were wonderful.
Poor quality the pictures are fuzzy and not clear we went somewhere else to get good pictures. The cd we bought didnt allow us to hear the heartbeat which was a waste of money and should have been disclosed when we were told it would include the entire session.
The lady that did our sono was awesome I loved the way she took her time with my baby girl... I will be back when our baby is born to do our photos here

My wife and I loved our experience here. Kristen did an amazing job explaining deals and what all we could have done here. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for anything pregnancy/baby related.
When arriving we saw one of the employees sneeze without a mask and open the door right after. Mind you the employees inside also didn’t have a mask on either. We called right away to get the door disinfected and we expressed our concern about it and also about seeing the other employees inside not having a mask on either. She proceeded to say that they don’t wear them at all times due to them “having a break”. But they assured us that when entering they would put on the mask. But that didn’t happen. I have pictures and videos of it. When dealing with pregnant women during this time it is important to take all measures for the moms safety and most importantly the baby’s. They also were vaping outside right outside the door. We pay so much for this and end up disappointed.

3d4Baby were so wonderful to work with! Alex was great with scheduling, even when we had to reschedule. Kate was amazing in the studio with our newborn, toddler and preteen! The poses she was able to accomplish with our newborn, were amazing! Our baby was so at ease with her and slept during the majority of the session. Danielle was amazing, best experience ever! We came to see our first baby back in August. The quality of the video and photos were better than any other ultrasound place I went to throughout the rest of my pregnancy! We had such a great time, she was very kind and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. They also run the best photography specials and thier work is top notch! We will definitely be coming back here for our future children!

Amazing experience with 4 baby Photography!We first came here for the 3d/4d Ultrasound.My wife and I just had a newborn (1 week old) and decided to visit 4baby ultrasound and photography for their newborn session special!On the way to the studio, my wife and I were constantly worrying as every first-time parent would. **Would she let us change her without a tear? Would she stay still? Would she smile for the camera?**But little did we know, the photographers were magicians with our baby.From their thorough obsession to the smallest details to an unlimited amount of patience to handle a newborn, their service is second to none!I mean, my wife and I didnt just walk away from this session with beautiful newborn photos but also, how to calm our own baby!Im sure we will be back for more photo sessions with 4Baby!Thanks again,

I cannot express how satisfied the hubby and I are with our visit today! I am currently 35 weeks pregnant and have been to two other 3D ultrasound clinics (during my first and second trimester) and I have to say this is by far the best one! My baby was being a little difficult since he is pretty cramped up in my womb by now, but Danielle was very patient and did not give up until she got good shots of our little one. Also, when it came to prints, she was very generous in the amount of prints she gave us compared others. We will definitely be back in the future, but hopefully not until another 5 years from now! I bought the Baby Bundle Package which includes the ultrasound, maternity photo shoot, and newborn photo shoot! From our ultrasound to the photography sessions, everything was top notch! We loved our 3D/4D ultrasound and it was incredibly heartwarming to see the tech get as excited as us. You can really tell that she loves what she does and we couldnt have asked for a better experience. This is our first baby and it was our first ultrasound so this moment meant so much to us and Im so happy she was a part of it. Their photography team were so awesome and captured the most amazing pictures. I really cant thank them enough and I absolutely recommend them to anyone that wants a great experience when meeting your little one for the first time.

Wow. What a wonderful place to find. I received a gift from a coworker who used this fantastic business. Me and my wife first went to get 4D images of our soon to be born baby. After he was born, we decided to get newborn photos taken. The shoot went well and the photographer was very knowledgeable. the shoot only took two hours and once we arrived the next weekend to view the photos, me and my wife were in love with them. I can’t think this place enough for giving us the best photos of our baby boy.Thank you for giving us these memories !

WARNING!!! ⛔️ Please do not book this location! We booked a newborn photo session. Upon arrival, my husband and child waited in the car while I went to check in. There were 2 employees there. A guy and young lady who was the photographer. Neither one of them had a mask on and both of them had vapes in their hands. These people we’re definitely vaping inside! I asked them if they could please put their masks on before we brought the baby in. When we were about to enter, the lady photographer still had no mask on. My husband asked her if she could put her mask on and she laughed and says, “how funny”. She then proceeded to put a mask on. When we went to the back photography area, the area looked very dirty and musty. We pulled our masks down to smell the room and it had a strong smell of vape smoke. When we went back to the front desk to ask about canceling our appointment, the lady tried to tell us it was the scent of the diffuser. We smelled the diffuser and it smelled like lemons...nothing like what it smelled in there. Super disappointed in this facility and the carelessness of the staff especially in times of COVID.
Absolutely best place to go for checking in on your little peanut. Danielle was extraordinarily nice and welcoming during the whole experience. This place was so gorgeous!She explains every single thing thats going on to make sure you understand what youre seeing. She really goes above and beyond.For us its just so nice to have the ability to peek behind the curtain to see what our little girl is doing and how shes developing. Truly amazing I cant recommend them enough!
Really good place for baby ultrasound
I found this place as a last minute company to draw my labs for the gender reveal to surprise my husband. They were able to accommodate me that very same day and the results came in just in time for his surprise party. While I was there, I loved their photos so much I inquired about wedding photos. We ended up booking Kate and Alex to do our wedding photos which were phenomenal. We then went back and did our 3D/4D ultrasound for our baby girl a month later. And here we are again for our daughters newborn photoshoot and we absolutely melted when we seen the final photos. Needless to say, we have used ALL of their services and we love this company and these people so much! We have found our lifelong photographer!
**WARNING** do not use this facility for photography. It is extremely sketchy that they have multiple different business names and websites. They are not forthcoming with the details on their photography packages and there are hidden fees. Prior to booking the baby bundle package I was advised that the average people spend on photos is $200 which turned out to be false. Their cheapest package was around $400 and if you just want DIGITAL PRINTS ONLY it is $20 PER picture. They also don’t mention anywhere on their website that it is an additional charge to have your spouse included in your photo shoot. This information was not disclosed until AFTER I purchased and scheduled the shoot. I have requested to speak with Alec who does the photography or Noel who is supposedly the manager on 4 separate occasions to resolve this issue and get my maternity photos and I STILL have not gotten a response. The way they run their business is despicable and they take advantage of pregnant women when they are most vulnerable. I strongly suggest saving yourself the stress and frustration and go else where for your photography needs.
We came to 3d 4baby for our ultrasound and now I had my daughters one year photos done here, and my only regret is that I didnt book with Kate earlier for more baby pictures! She was so easy to work with, was great at getting my daughter to smile and engage, and gave me very clear directions about how to help position her for different shots.4 Babys studio has a ton of backdrops and props set up for a variety of photo themes, and a few outfits and accessories as well. She also keeps every nice and warm so if you are bringing in a newborn you dont have to worry about them being uncomfortable.I have been recommending her to all the mamas I know in person. They can book up early so be sure to check in as soon as you are thinking of having pictures of your little one taken. Enjoy the memories!

She treated my family and me with such kindness and professionalism and we are so glad that we have amazing keepsakes from my pregnancy. Also as a plus they send you some pretty incredible maternity and newborn photography specials and they have the cutest photography studios ever with every prop you could imagine...they just make it easy.
