Great experience with salesman Isaiah. We had an appointment so we had the entire store to ourselves. The presentation was clear, and was not pressured in any way. The live pressure point demonstration on the TV over the bed was compelling. The retail displays are thoughtful and informative. All in all a very pleasant shopping experience resulting in the purchase of a P6 with adjustable base. Can’t wait to get our new mattress. Hopefully Google Home integration will happen soon.

Our experience in-store was phenomenal!. Hermalinda was so informative and knowledgable. She explained everything in great detail and was just a pleasure to work with. Extremely satisfied with the entire experience which for the price point on these beds was super important to my wife and I. I highly recommend asking for her.

We purchased a Flex Fit 2 Sleep Number bed relying on false information and a misleading sales pitch from our sales person, and Sleep Number corporate did not care. So, $3,300 the poorer for it, we are commenting to tell you that a Flex Fit base is nonreturnable. Do not believe any implication to the contrary. Read every provision they give you. Do not rely on your sales person to tell you all material terms, even if they tell you some of them. And in fact, do not buy this bed unless you are 100% certain you love it. Otherwise you--like us--will be stuck eating a lot of money and having confirmation that corporations care just as little about you as you always suspected. My husband and I wavered a lot before making this purchase. It was the first large purchase of our marriage, but we had saved up our funds, and decided to upgrade our mattress. Our sales person, Eddy at the Irvine Spectrum, was nice each of the visits we made. Nice as he was, however, we now know he (i) gave us false information and (ii) misled us by omitting material information on the day we finally purchased the bed, in violation of Sleep Number policy. Regarding (i), he told us that we could return the king comforter we purchased if we were unhappy with it. Turns out, Sleep Numbers policy actually only allows *exchanges* of bedding. This was false information.Regarding (ii), Eddy told us that if we were unhappy with the bed, we could return it for a $200 restocking fee or exchange it the first time for free (with a $200 restocking fee for subsequent exchanges). He told us these details as we continued to waver on our purchase, and it was this information that ultimately convinced us to buy it. We werent sure, it was a lot of money, but hey, if we dont like it we can return it. It seemed pretty risk free. WRONG. The reality is that the $3,000+ base we purchased is nonrefundable. And we didnt become aware of this policy until we went to the store 30 days later to initiate a return.Sleep Number will tell you that this information is in the store and its policy. That it is standard procedure for employees to tell you the base is nonrefundable, point out that provision in your contract, and have you initial beside that provision to confirm your understanding. What they dont tell you is that if those procedures arent followed--if you arent told about the base or made to initial the provision--too bad for you. Because we were not walked through the terms when we made our purchase. We did not initial any provisions. And the two provisions that were circled on the stores copy were not even the provisions about the base. But as Sleep Number told us, none of that mattered because we signed on the last page and, at any time, could have read over the terms and asked when something was different than we expected. This is true legally, but it ignores some realities. Sales people providing some material terms and not all of them is misleading. Saying you can return the bed without specifying that you cant return the base is misleading, especially when the base alone is half the price. Telling the customer they could have found that out at any time if they read over their contract is shady business. And Sleep Number knows that--that is why the policy is that salespeople are supposed to tell you about it in the first place. But if they dont--not Sleep Numbers problem. Not if you talk to customer service politely about the mistake. Not if you ask for a review or appeal process. Not after you start softly crying on the phone after it hits you that yes, you really are out all of that money--they really got you, and they do not care.So if youve made it this far, we hope you learn from our mistake and think very carefully and critically about this purchase and this Company. That you arent naive enough to trust your salesperson or this Company to be out for anything beyond a sale. And that you read every last provision before you buy. Because otherwise, if you dont like the bed, youre stuck with it (at least the nonrefundable half).

Quincy made the whole experience wonderful and seamless... he’s one of the best salesman we’ve ever encountered- knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Never pushy, even while following up with us a couple days later. We made our purchase not only because of the product but because of him! When you go to this store, please ask for him!

First, I should say that I am a longtime fan of Sleep Number beds. We bought our first one 16 years ago, and our second one (for a different location) 11 years ago. Now were replacing the first. Quincy was not only very personable, he was terrific at explaining the changes in the product line and orienting me to the new beds. I never felt pushed to choose any specific bed, and theres no up-selling. I wound up with the bed I wanted - and my daughter bought one, too! Quincy helped me maximize my discount and arrange for the two deliveries.

Everyone is nice, when you are giving them $4k+ of your hard earned cash. Once you leave dont plan on ever seeing your bed.I spent several hours doing research and trying to see which bed was best for me. I was in a really nasty car accident a year ago, and my left hip and shoulder are still enduring physical therapy and daily pain. I also have major back pain.I at my orthopedic doctors advice looked into a better bed. I figured based on family and friends having had their beds for years I could trust them. Sadly I feel this couldnt be anything further from reality.I explained the urgency in which I needed my new bed, due to my injury. I applied for credit (dinging my credit history) and opted to place my order. I was told I couldnt pick up my bed and that I was forced to pay an outrageously high $199 shipping charge even though the beds are local.Begrudgingly I accepted a delivery date and explained that due to my work schedule it had to be a specific day and I very purposely asked for confirmation of all details and asked for updates.I get a call, several hours later that day to notify me they misplaced my order I spent hours confirming in store, and ask me for my credit card, AGAIN.. cool.Updates never came, instead I had to call and ask why I hadnt heard from anyone. Turns out, thats because they brought my bed a day prior to my agreed time to my house and waited on my for hours. Sleep # has the gall to act as if it was my fault that they brought my bed without warning on the wrong day. Now keep in mind, I received no call on the number I confirmed-- and they came at a time I never agreed to based on my schedule.Disappointed to say the least and now in ever more pain from not having a decent bed to sleep on; I asked for consideration or a promised timeline. See, it would appear that they input the info incorrectly. Ah, I did have to pull this out of a manager mind you. He admitted they input the wrong day, and the wrong telephone number.I asked very reasonably- if they could deliver the bed the next day, since I had specifically made arrangements to have someone at my residence to take delivery. I was told no considerations or flexing ever, no exceptions. The bed had been returned and yet again I was given a guilt trip as if it was my fault even though, Ill remind you-- he admitted prior this was their doing.I now ask for a next day delivery again explaining my pain and discomfort and am told-- 1 week. Im absolutely astonished. The bed is merely 40 minutes from my home in a warehouse but apparently they dont care about handling it.The manager claims hes doing everything he can. So, after some long conversation of what little time I have in a busy week, he promises me he will communicate with his regional manager. This promise- falls through. I never hear from him again. Now 1 full week later, and I get a call-- guess what? My bed isnt coming, again. Apparently they loaded my bed, its on a truck- but.. the guys didnt want to drop it off this time. I received no notice, no updates-- just a call at the VERY last minute of the day to tell me, we didnt want to bother dropping off your $4,000+ bed.I simply have no clue how this is anything near acceptable in the realm of a customer experience. Ive never had more inconsistent and botched handling of an issue caused by a company. They also, mind you- double charged me for a $97 charge in which is still, to date double charged on my account even though they promised Twice it was handled.Ive provided multiple opportunities to make this right, and Ive not once since walking away from this sleep number store felt appreciated or supported after my Money was withdrawn.Sleep number you should be absolutely ashamed.
