I couldnt be happier with my experience at Morries Mazda. Allison Warner was able to locate the exact vehicle that I wanted and had it at the dealership the same day. In less than 24 hours after contacting her, I drove off in my new CX-5. She was amazing and wonderful to deal with.Few people comment on their dealings with the Business Office at a dealership but Susan made the excruciating process of signing all of the paperwork into a very pleasant experience.Ive always had great experiences with any of the Morries locations Ive used, and this was no exception.

I would only use the discounted oil changes here but nothing more. Too expensive, too inexperienced, and too careless. The first oil change here the service person left an oily thumb print on the interior by the drivers side door. The second time the basic service took two hours instead of one and the labor rate is much too high for the general work and experience of mechanic working.

Great service. Ready to help with the smallest of issues. Buffed out a scratch from a rude person and their car door. Took care of issue with clock not displaying correct time and they didn’t shame me for asking for something I should have figured out myself. These guys are the best.

I had an appointment for 7 in the morning and I got there 15 minutes early. They started my appointment earlier than expected which was super nice because I had to go to work right after !! Mitch was the man in charge with my car and he did an awesome job! This is my first oil change from them, and my experience was phenomenal. They sent me a video of my vehicle and what was being done to it which I LOVED and they gave it a car wash at the end. THANK YOU MORRIE’S INVER GROVE MAZDA!!!

The issue turned out to be some loose bolts. Seems weird that the price would be 1.5 hours of labor beyond the diagnostic price. But in the end I left with a fully operational car. Ive had service done here prior and its always been good, and fair priced.

Brakes and filter look good. Not sure what happened on the wheel alignment. My car still pulls to the left the same as before and now I have to use more of my time to have them look at it again to make sure it was done correctly which Im not happy about. Ill change my review if this gets solved when I go back in and I dont end up having to spend more money. I wont be back it they try to charge me more.

They checked out my air bag light for me. I felt very heard with my concerns, despite the light even turning off before I arrived at their service center. I was even 20 minutes early and they took care of me right away! They also were able to get me into see them for an appointment the following day. I know air bags malfunctions are serious, so when other places cannot make time for you (even up to 2 weeks!), it can be frustrating. I did not have that issue with them. I will be using them for any dealership issues I come across in the future. I would definitely recommend, as their facility was clean and they were respectful staff!

I came in with a check engine light and had originally gone to autozone to see if they could diagnose the issue. They told me it was a transmission issue, however when bringing it to Morries they made a more detailed diagnosis and helped me significantly in saving money and time. They washed the car and sent a video update explaining what was wrong, how they fixed it, and the general condition of the car. It put my anxiety to rest and was very professional. Kenny was the associate that helped me through it all and he was very helpful and professional and overall a wonderful employee. I can say I was happier getting my car fixed here rather than buying it. Also for getting a same day appointment they didn’t get to it until a day later but driving a rental car around was definitely worth the wait.

I went in for my normal oil change and tire rotation. Christian at the Service Center was so friendly and spent the time to answer some of my I dont know enough about cars questions without making me feel silly. He also suggested that it was time for an alignment, which I wasnt budgeting in for, so he kindly reviewed what it was for without making me feel pressured into the service, and we are planning it into my next visit. The oil change ended up taking longer than usual but Christian kept me updated and I felt well cared for the entire time. I appreciate that my normal service is comfortable and easy to have done and the Mazda teams knowledgeable insight even on my simple questions gives me confidence if something larger or more complicated occurs.

I’ve been using Morrie’s for my high mileage Mazda for years. I don’t usually come to the dealership for general oil changes, etc, but when I decide to do more specific and intrusive maintenance I’ll bundle the general maintenance in. They’re always quick and efficient, have always treated me with respect and kindness. Always have accommodated. They do a great job with their walk around inspections. This past year I’ve had a complete break replacement, had my old shot AC compressor replaced, as well as my rear shocks (which done good) replaced. 2008 Mazda 3, 242k miles and still drives like little a go-cart. Zoom Zoom yall.

Absolutely great people working here at the dealership. Brought my 2016 Mazda CX-5 in for a freon recharge and ended up needing some more maintenance done. They gave me a 2021 Mazda6 loaner while my car stayed over night, and the mechanic, Pat, recorded a detailed video of my car and the maintenance he was recommending. Super nice touch that I wasn’t expecting. Overall great service, and I would highly recommend.

Update: The management of the service center reached out to me and was extremely helpful in amending my situation. They also compensated me for the mistake and I am very pleased with the result. Adding two stars.Original review:The last two times I went there for service something went wrong. The first time they wanted me to service my rear differential despite the fact that I don’t have one. The next time I came in for an oil change and they used semi synthetic without asking me despite a history of using full synthetic. What’s funny is the guy initially tried to suggest it was my mistake saying they always use whatever blend they had used in the past on my vehicle. I asked him to check My file to see what I had used previously. I have always used full synthetic. He didn’t have much to say after that.

This was the best oil change experience I’ve ever had. The technician took a video to show me my tires, brakes, fluids and other things and they didn’t try to sell me add-ons. It’s kind of out of the way from my home but I’ll make the trip back to Morrie’s Mazda in Inver Grove just for their service.

I am not happy with the service. They replaced my break pads and rotors. I told them we just replaced the pads, they still charged me and replaced them. The headlight that they said was fixed, went out again. Within 48 hours after getting my car back, it started shaking violently and drifting really bad. It caused be to get a new vehicle. Will never get a Mazda again or use their service.

Several years ago, I gave Morries Mazda IGH a try because theyre the closest Morries to me and they can service my Subaru. Since then, Ive found the people in their service department to be so kind and their repair folks so competent that I dont want to go anywhere else.Before this, I went to BMW Motorwerks for about five years. Their waiting area and loaners are fancier (and they had donuts!) but I wouldnt give up the great service and car care at Morries for those.

I’m leasing from Morrie’s so I get all my service done here. I like their pull in garage that’s protected from the elements and the way that their check in process is handled. The staff are generally friendly and helpful. The waiting room is good, WiFi is stable. Water and clean restrooms nearby. I will say I was pretty disappointed when I was there regarding the number of staff who were not wearing masks. I counted five staff in the first five minutes of me being in the building who without masks. As a customer when I see a business not enforcing the mask ordinance with their employees it tells me they are not concerned about my health. I have absolute confidence in their mechanics and the work they do.

Ever since i bought my vehicle from them, I have been doing my regular vehicle servicing at this location only. I usually drive there and wait at the dealership to have some coffee till the servicing is done. The services themselves were fine, and the techs were nice enough. My issue is that every time I left after an oil change, I ended up with a leaky tire. At first I thought it was a coincidence.. the second time I second guessed myself on if I was remembering correctly, but this third time when it happened again, I knew it was something fishy. On the phone call I received, I mentioned this and was told I could drive right back and they’d look at it right away. I’m sure they would for a fee. Three incidences of the same scenario tell me that was their intention. I won’t be back for services.

The service was excellent! I arrived 15 minutes late for my oil change, due to being at the wrong dealer. They were able to work me in either way. They’re staff is very courteous. At the end of my service I received a video by text explaining what was done and showing me on my vehicle. I’ve never had any other centers do this, but I really appreciated that and found it helpful. Would definitely recommend their services.

Service was good. I intended to wait while my oil was being changed but opted to get a loaner vehicle instead after observing multiple occurrences of non-compliance with the masking mandate. Businesses need to consider that many of their customers may be at risk or live with someone at risk. I am not going to challenge non-compliance, I will just take my business elsewhere in the future.

I hit a large metal piece on the interstate and caused a flat tire and destroyed the wheel rim. It was late and I was towed to their place just before closing. They were so kind to me and took care if everything and gave me a loaner car. I always get great service and everyone treats you great.

So much for “Buy Happy.” We were talked into buying every extra add-on when we bought our Mazda 3 years and 3 months ago. This included an oil change package. When I made an appointment for an oil change a few days ago, I was told we had 3 remaining. When I went to check out yesterday I was told that they had “expired” at the 3-year mark. Additionally, part of the navigation system has never worked and I requested that it be serviced again yesterday for the third time since we’ve owned this car. My request for this was either forgotten about or ignored.“Happy?” Not so much.

My service experience was great. They found other items that needed maintenance, kept my vehicle overnight and finished quickly. My issue with the experience was that I noticed several employees in the sales area of the dealership without masks, Or with them pulled down around their chin, which I find inexcusable at this point. I went for a walk and then waited outside on order to avoid being inside. I also think there should be plexiglass dividers between the service employees and customers.

Oil change might not seem like a worthwhile time for a review but I’ve also been a customer with Morrie’s in IGH for a long time and currently own 3 Mazdas.It’s nice to be called by my first name and know they care about me as well as my cars.They’re on time consistently and the cars are always clean when I get them back. They’ve never tried to sell me something I didn’t need. I even get to watch online everything the tech is doing which is cool.Nice folks and fair prices.

Oil Change & Air & Cabin Filter Service were both fine. They always try and up sell you by replacing the air and cabin filters & offering a tire rotation, even though, as someone who leases, I was under the impression that tire rotations are a complimentary service offered with all oil changes. It’s always quick and easy to get in, never any longer than an hour. I have no issues with the Service Center or the service they provide.I do, however, have issues with the complete lack of safety protocols and professionalism exhibited by other staff. While I was waiting for my vehicle, staff members were walking around freely without masks on, or with their masks hanging beneath their nose or on their chin. One staff member stood within six feet of me with his mask off eating snacks. I heard two staff members arguing with one another. There was a disgruntled customer. I saw one staff member talking to the disgruntled customer, who was wearing a mask. The staff member sat across the desk from the customer, only a foot distance, and was not wearing a mask. Another staff member was wearing a plastic mouth shield mask, intended for medical professionals to wear over their surgical masks. I heard this staff member openly say “If I didn’t have to wear a mask, I wouldn’t.” I felt very unsafe while waiting for my vehicle, and like they weren’t taking COVID very seriously. Next time I will not wait for my vehicle inside the lobby.

TL/DR: called requesting update of car computer system on new Mazda. Did not do service requested and instead pushed multiple additional service upsells complete with video. Had to sit and wait for update to be completed after discovering it wasn’t done despite having my car overnight.Called regarding my Apple car play dropping off intermittently and the nav/computer system freezing and crashing in our new Mazda and requested they update the operating system on our vehicle as I had already tried all other suggested fixes I could find. Only came to the dealer because our car is still covered under manufacture warranty. The individual helping me was dismissive of my request from the start and spent more time trying to upsell me on tire alignment rather than address the issue. They kept my car overnight giving me a loaner without any window scraper, which was definitely needed since we happened to have a snowstorm overnight.. I got the call they finished my car the next day but couldn’t recreate the issue, so sorry! Nothing we can do, but again tried to upsell me on additional services complete with a video to go with it!When I arrived to pick it up, turns out they never even looked at the operating system. It was still 4+ versions out of date. A different employee offered to update it while I waited, since that’s what I requested to start with. Turns out, that fixed our problem! No more intermittent dropping of Apple car play and random restarts of the car nav/computer system!I’m giving 3 stars because ultimately my problem did get fixed, though I had to be my own advocate and make sure what I requested was actually done, and because it was convenient to be given a rental since I had an appointment.Cons at this place were heavily pushing additional services, dismissive of my initial request, didn’t actually do what I made an appointment for, and no ice scraper in your rental in the middle of a MN winter (!?!?).
