First of all, let me start by saying that I visited Glendale Jeep and they were a disgrace. The salesperson had no idea what he was talking about and when he gave us a stupid price for a lease we said no thank you. The salesperson replied, okay have fun!Well, we did have fun, we came to this amazing dealership.We arrived fairly late, around 9pm I believe on Saturday night. We were politely greeted by Todd, one of the managers. We had explained the car we wanted, Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo in white. They had the car.Since Ive bought and leased 4 cars on my own, I decided to help my partner out. I was surprised to find that Todd and the general manager Eric, were extremely honest, did not hassle us at all, worked with our budget and made the car leasing experience very enjoyable.We got a great deal on our car and the experience was awesome.5 stars for professionalism and honesty.5 stars for the deal that we got on our car.5 stars for allowing us to come back and get a car wash and a refill of gas because they couldnt do it on that Saturday night. It was almost midnight!This dealership knows how to work with their customers budget and will definitely do whatever it takes to make you happy.

Have you ever heard of slim shady? Enough said. If I could give less than a one-star rating, I would. Theres an Asian lady who will use words like baby, sister, youre like my daughter..I doubt she has a daughter. She is slim shady all the way. She will tell you its a five year contract and its actually a 7 year contract. I thought it safe to do business with her because shes a female...WRONG!! It took 4 hours for them to deliver the car. To this day I swear its not the car I selected but it was after 1:00 in the morning and they kept telling me they want to make sure its all cleaned up for me. What the Hell. Its a new car; right. I arrived there a 4 pm! Something told me this was not good. I do not enjoy my car because every time I step into my vehicle it reminds me of how much I hated doing business with that woman and that dealership.I originally went in to buy a Hyundai and she.. Thus Asian lady kept steering me to Dodge. Then she told me my credit wasnt approved for a Hyundai. Hell will freeze over before I ever step foot into that place. I take my car all the way to Long Beach for service. Thats how much hate I have for crooks!

The Service Center was absolute trash!!!I had an issue with my vehicle and had to drop it off late in the evening after they had closed. I received a call the following morning from Ismael, who was overlooking the repairs on my car. He informed me that they had received my vehicle and that they were going to try to take a look at it that day. Later that evening I was told that they were unable to look at it because they had too much work to do that day, which was understandable. He then reassured me that they would take a look at the following day.The following day comes around and I try calling Ismael to follow up with him. I was unable to reach him so I left him a message to please call me back. Again, I called a few hours later and spoke to one of the ladies in the office and they informed me that he was not at his desk but they would pass along the message to call me back. I went in that night, right before they closed, to rent out one of their vehicles. While I was there, I asked about the progress of my vehicle, they informed me that it had not been looked at and because they were shutting everything down, it wouldnt be looked at until the following day. Again, I asked to speak with Ismael but he had left for the day. Remind you that he assured me it would be looked at by today (Friday).Saturday comes around, Service Center is open but I receive no call from Ismael. No work on Sunday. Monday comes around and I call him at least 5 times on this day. His people assure me he is there but is away from his desk. I leave several messages to have him call me back. Still havent heard a word from him in 4 Days and I do not know the status of my vehicle! I couldnt come into the office because I was working a 12 hour shift and by the time I got off the service department had closed.The following day, I am able to make it into the office in the morning and attempt to speak with Ismael. One of the gentleman there informed me that Ismael would be arriving later. I obviously didnt want to wait so I asked to speak with a manager. Manager meets with me and I explain the situation. He seems understanding and assures me that he would get to the bottom of it. Several minutes later, he comes back and informs me that the vehicle is being looked at as we speak. Coincidence!?Later that same day I receive a call that my vehicle is ready. Unfortunately, I was at work and was unable to pick it up. I got off another 12 hour shift and headed over to the service center that morning as they were opening up. Car is ready....but they dont have the paperwork. They have me wait 30 minutes before giving me the option to just pay and have the paperwork mailed to me. Of course I take that option I just want to leave!I finally get my car back and begin moving things into my vehicle when I notice an absurdly large amount of fur everywhere in the back seat. I dont own any pets! When i confront the guys at the service center about it and request they vacuum it. They give me some BS excuse about how they no longer have any vacuums available to them after they got rid of their car washing team when the economy went down. The guy helping me then shrugged his shoulders and said that their guys werent responsible for the mess. As Im about to leave, the same guys stops me and informs me that he just found out that the worker who moved my vehicle from the driveway into the dealership left my windows open and a cat had gotten in. The reason he knows this is because that gentleman working on my car was startled when the cat jumped out of my vehicle. The guy who is telling me this, informs me that they would get my vehicle vacuumed ASAP. (After he had just told me that they had no vacuums available!!!) Finally, Im able to drive off after wasting an hour trying to pick up my vehicle. As Im driving home, I realize everything inside from the radio to the door and center consoles are filled with dirt. But what do you expect after leaving my windows down for over 5 days.No wonder there are so many negative reviews on here. Complete Incompetence

Hooman Chrysler has a great selection, I spent a bit of time going through the lot and finally fell in love with new 2015 Chrysler Town and Country Touring edition!!! Black on Black, with a TV screen in the back. This is the third car I got from Hooman Chrysler because the sales guys are very easy going and make the car buying experience clean and easy. Highly recommend Hooman Chrysler.

I was told to come by here for their Jeeps, so I ended up finding the one I liked. I traded in my old Jeep Wrangler and got pretty good money for it. They work really well with bad credit and have good realtionships with the bank so chances of getting approved is a lot better. My credit wasnt the greatest, but thankfully I got approved for the jeep Rubicon, love the way it drives and its great for road trips!

Their service department was newly remodeled and advisors were professional and polite. I needed an oil change on my Jeep Wrangler so I stopped by and they got my car in n out within 30 minutes including a wash. Fast service and great follow up. I would however recommend to make an appointment because mornings can get pretty busy!

I have called this dealership so much that I know Elizabeth answers the phone and thats it. She told me that a Service Manager was in but couldnt say if hell come to the phone or not. He didnt. I held on for over 20 minutes before hanging up. I have tried to schedule an appointment for three days for a recall on my vehicle, and the the man who answers the phone in the service department wants me to check the parts department for every item I need. I have never done this before. I bring my car in and you let me know what I need and if you have it. The guy in parts keeps asking me to be more specific. I have a recall - if you cant tell me by the code Im giving you, I surely cant. I dont work for Dodge or Hooman. This dealer is 5 minutes from my house, but I have to schedule with a Dodge dealer in Glendale because they actually wanted my business.

You cant give these people stars. First when you bring in a vehicle for repair or service there should be a line of command. When you drop your car off, they are oh so sweet and promise to be in touch before the end of the day. However, that is not the reality. They never call you. When you call them you are sent from voicemail, to voicemail. It takes about 20 minutes before you can get a human being to answer your call and get you answers. THEN, they say oh we havent even looked at your car (24 hours have passed) and we dont know whats wrong with it. Well you think a customer on a lease would be offered a loaner at least for a week until they figure out what is going on. This is the reason for the lease. NO they want to charge you for the loaner until the car is looked at and they identify why the transmission (for the 2nd time) has malfunctioned the car. This is the worse place ever. DO NOT GO THERE.

I actually had a good experience here when it came to purchasing my car. I bought a new Jeep Rubicon and was looking for the Sierra version. The dealerships I had checked in the past had unfortunately ran out so stopped here and luckily they had two in stock. They were very friendly and considerate, helped me with all questions and made sure I drove away happy, two thumbs up.

I purchased a car here about three months ago and it already had to have transmission work and it took them about 20 days to fix it!!!!! I drove it for a week and same problems as it was giving me before ....... making a service at this place is a pain in the ass the customer service sucks so bad ...... so I came in to have them fix the wrong I want out of this car I already invested money on it and they tell me theres nothing I can do ...... I havent had much experience with dealers but this dealer was terrible and Im stuck in a nightmare paying for a car I no longer want its caused me so many headaches so I guess Ill be driving to the mechanic a lot ....... beware of the short Asian lady shes a crook she pushes you to buy and when you tell her what you want shell take you another direction and show you what she thinks you should drive ..... she gives off bad vibes and just makes you feel uncomfortable and pressured

I was having an extremely difficult last month and was out of town when my car decided to not start while my boyfriend was driving (my key was not connecting with the engine, which was a very tiny problem, but it made my car not start).I had to get my car towed to the dealership. This would not seem like a big deal but the tow company totally screwed up my car when loading it onto the tow truck- something with the alignment.Tony agreed that the cars problem was not something that I had created myself seeing as the tow truck had an extremely difficult time getting it off of the truck.He was so nice and attentive the entire time I was out of town. He called me every couple of days with updates. He even coordinated with the tow truck company and made sure I was not liable for the damage.Wanted to write this review to say THANK YOU to Tony and recognize the great work he is doing at Hooman Chrysler Dodge Ram.

The service here was very pleasant, I needed an oil change and new tires so dropped my car off in the morning and picked it up two hours later. It was so easy, they gave me a loaner car to use to run errands while my car was getting fixed, nice staff and clean facility!

I live in the area. Absolutely terrible service. Brought my truck in with an engine light on. Service advisers do not call back ever. I was told multiple times they would do so & I had to call every single time to ask for status updates & to see if my truck was ready. It sat in the lot for three days READY FOR PICK UP. I was not notified when the part came in to bring my truck back to have it finished. I used to get a email asking me how my service was & when I left my input on how my service was, one of the ladies from the service department called me on behalf of Sammy D to have me go through a new email & have me click five stars & Best ratings for a free oil change. Are you kidding me??? I even saw a costume come in with a complaint with the service advisors & after she walked out all the ladies in the service office had a good laugh about how NO ONE WILL CARE FOR HER COMPLAINT. In front for me. I found that extremely disrespectful & unprofessional. Also when i picked my truck up i had fresh new scratches on my back bumper from them that they had to buff out or paint what they had damaged. On top of everything I have experienced firsthand & have seen after I was cleared to go, no service advisor met with me to go over what they worked on. This dealership does not follow through or handle any of their customers professionally. I say again, absolutely terrible service. Kirk M. Sammy D. & all of the ladies in the office are terrible. Nothing was handled professionally & they damage my vehicle. I will never return & continue to pass along this information.

This is absolutely the worst place to purchase a vehicle. Their customer service is the worst customer service Ive ever received in any purchase! Dont let them sucker you into adding that VIP package as its a bunch of BS. VIP package includes car washes when ever youd like them. Well not anymore! According to them due to water usage you can no longer get a free car wash when ever youd like. You must take your car in to get some kind of service if you want that. This whole dealer is full of a bunch of liars. From obviously the salesmen and trickling down to the operators. Just try them out to see what I mean. Believe me, stay away from this dealer and go elsewhere where you will be treated with respect and like a customer.

The WORST experience with this dealership... they are full of false promises and bad service. Starting from management, all the way down to the operators. Management is never available, specially not over the phone as you will always go to VM and will never get your call returned!! Then followed by the operators at the service department who are quick to lie to you to cover their bosses back. Their VIP package is false advertisement, they denied me a loaner vehicle even when I needed to leave my Challenger there for check engine light and AC/heater issues for 3 days (VIP states Loaner available with service of 4 hrs or more)!! They also denied me multiple car washes, even while in for service or repairs! I spoke to Angeline, who stated If you purchased your vehicle prior to 2015, you still qualify for car washes ...my car was purchased Nov. 2014, still no car wash. When picking up my vehicle after the 3 days, the AC/heater issue was not fixed on their mistake...they finally ordered the part on the day of and I am to bring my vehicle back (I dont have time for this!!). I also spoke to the service department manager, Sam, and he simply blew me off and said your issues with the car are not between you and us but between you and Dodge, all while having a smirk on his face. He also said they arent responsible for the VIP package as that is a Sales department thing (same business entity, here!) and was not able to explain the lack of service to me.Be advised!!! DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THEM, LOOK ELSEWHERE...IT WILL SAVE YOU HEADACHES!!! These people do not stand behind the product they sale and could care less about good customer service....and Melissa P, I dont need your generic message...save your fake grief for someone else, PLEASE.

I just called for an Audi A5 convertible. The conversation started by asking to spell my name 3 times! Then she said the car was gray, which I replied that it was brown. Then I asked if there was a back up camera, the woman replied that its not permitted by law to have a backup camera on a convertible! I told her that it was not true, that I drove some Audi A5 that had a backup camera, to which she replied: not from 2011. I mean if the conversation starts like this, I cannot even imagine the rest of the transaction! So I hung up on her face!

The Asian lady in the dealership was rude and was too forceful trying to sell a car to us and all we wanted to do was test drive first and then buy. She ruined the experience and kept trying to make us buy a car. Absolutely terrible service, did not feel welcomed, ended up leaving within five minutes.

Absolutely atrocious. When test driving the vehicle I saw the gas gauge was below empty. Told the sales guy about it and he ignored it we do this all the time, it will be fine. The car literally ran out of gas when driving and we had to wait on the side of the road.Still interested in the vehicle. The sales manager came out after we finally returned to the dealership. He wrote 2 numbers on a piece of paper and said this is what you will pay cash because we listed the car at the wrong price but will honor it. He then walked away from us and didnt do anything. No negotiation, no hello, nothing. The demeanor was abrasive and confrontational. The price of the car that was listed on the lot was somewhat high, the price they intended was unreasonable. The car was on the lot for over 2-3 months and will likely sit there much longer.If the price of the car was lower I wouldnt buy it because the dealership was so terrible. I was so put off by the attitude of the sales manager and the poor organization of the dealership to ever trust them or purchase anything from them. Who lets a car run out of gas on the side of the road in a dangerous neighborhood at night?Found a nearly identical vehicle listed 4000 dollars cheaper elsewhere. Do not buy a car here. It has low ratings for a reason.

DONT EVER COME HERE VIEWERSWorst maintenance service experience ever.Why?- Dropped car off at 8:00am told me it was done at 7:00pm (closing time) and this was for a transmission fluid change which should they logged as a 1 hour service job.- Found out fluid was leaking when I got home- Took it in the next day and it took 8:00am to 5pm this time to fix it.- They dont help you with pickups from your location only drop offs.- And when I got home they left their tools where my windshield wipers were.Conclusion:- Very poor job done- Extremely lazy- incredibly time inefficient- extremely uncourteous with your time- DONT EVER COME HERE VIEWERS!

High prices, ridiculous mark ups and they almost seem bothered when you try to negotiate. Sales person was dismissive and seemed like he rather be doing something else than make a deal. Save your time and gas and go somewhere else. They have lots of bad reviews for a reason. I only went because I live close but it was a waste of time.

Overall I am not satisfied with the customer relations at Hooman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. They were very reluctant to make a deal with me despite my family being prior customers with them. I was promised the VIP services, a 350.00 value, the first and second time I came to look at the car; but was told when signing the documents it would not be included. Also, the picture promoting the vehicle online showed certified 10 year 100,000 mile warranty; but also told that this would not be included. It seems like bad faith advertising to promote these 2 things when in fact they are not available or included. I have reached out to the general sales manager, the vice president of Hooman, and the director of customer relations through letters and numerous emails and have had no response from them. This is a poor way of doing business with misleading advertising and not following up on customer concerns. People should avoid this dealership.

Got me a Jeep Sahara and its great! The high tech gadgets on this car are out of this world but dont take it from me, bring the kids and take a test drive! Come down for the coffee and donuts, stay for the Jeep Sahara. Its so comfy I could take a nap in the backseat while off roading in the desert! Overall, the Sahara is a great vehicle for the summer suns andndoubtedly be freezing in the cold Los Angeles Winter ;)

I have a 2015 Jeep Cherokee which I recently leased (few months ago), Chrysler has reached out to me about a safety update that needs to be made to the on board computers which handle the transmission/shifting, so a pretty important update. Hooman is the closest Chrysler dealer to me so I reached out to them to schedule an appointment to get this update applied. When I called, I received an answering machine for their service department, so I went ahead and left a message. I week goes by and no call back. I call back, finally get a hold of somebody, explain the situation, they take down my VIN and contact info, in order to check on parts and get back to me....a week later still no call back.Next Chrysler calls me again to check to see if I have gotten this important safety update applied to which I explain I have been trying for weeks but no luck with Hooman Chrysler dealership. So they call and at first get a message service then finally speak with somebody, pass my information along, get the same run around and still NO CALL BACK.If this wasnt an important safety update that must be done at a dealership I would of course take it ANYWHERE else.Long story short I am scheduling an appointment at another dealership which is farther away but understands how to run a business.I would be extremely cautious when doing business with either the sales or especially the service departments of this dealership.

WARNING....DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE!!!!!!!! This place is awful!!!!!!! I was sold a Chrysler 200....I brought the car back seven times within the first month stating that something was wrong with the brakes. I kept being told by Kirk that the brakes needed to be worn in and that the car was fine and was always sent away without them even looking at the brakes! I am a single mom who bought a new car to not have to worry about being stranded...... My children and I were taking a trip to Santa Barbara and the night before we were to leave the brakes went out and the car almost rammed through the back of the garage! I towed the car into Hooman and was given a loaner. After Hooman having my car for almost a month, I called and told them I didnt want the car anymore and that I was calling all of the newspapers, consumer affairs and the news and anybody else who would listen! I got a call from the owner Ryan. I was told by Ryan to come in and look at another car like he was going to compensate me for my inconvenience and selling me a lemon....NOT! When I went in Ryan up sold me to another car with a higher car note. I was promised free loaners and free car washes in my contract which the dealership has renegged on!!!!!! The higher priced car has been at Hooman 15 times for service and is currently there now. Hooman hasnt even looked at the car and I am paying for a rental and my car note!!!!I keep calling Hooman and asking the status and of course Hooman doesnt know they will get to it when they get to it....Im a single mother and I dont have money to pay for a rental car for a new car!!!The customer service at this place sucks!!!!!WARNING....DO NOT.... BUY A CAR FROM HERE......YOU WILL REGRET YOUR PURCHASE!!!!!

WOW!!! REALLY!!! Bought vehicle in may of 2015. it is new years eve and i get a flat but thats not what im shocked about. i am disgusted with the fact that they sold me a vehicle without a spare tire..that right. NO SPARE TIRE!!! i didnt know cutting cost meant that. THERE WILL BE HELL TO PAY!!! I guess i should be lucky that it came with a steering wheel. being a uber driver is tough enough but when income is lost on the busiest day(NEW YEARS EVE) due to negligence is not acceptable

Worst experience Ive ever had with a dealership. This place is staffed with crooked and rude staff.The service dept would tell me a recall fix would take under an hour and then keep the car over night saying they got backed up - happened twice.The sales team are terrible rude and never call back AFTER youve signed a lease. You just keep getting transferred from one persons voicemail to the next. How does Jeep allow these crooks to represent their brand?!?The head sales manager even told me they wouldnt take back my Jeep when the lease was ending because they were moving soon. Chrysler had to get involved and force them to follow through on the lease rules that they have no issue trying to weasel out of.Go to Jeep Santa Monica or anyone else or you will be sorry. Check their horrible Yelp reviews as well.

I called for two days to get in touch with someone in the service department so I can have my car repaired. Not one time has any of these embiciles returned my call. I was put on hold and swithed all over the creation. I believe these people are only interested in sales without service.Also, reading all the other disappointing and disturbing comments, Im not going to get tied up with these people. Ive sued people like this before and Im not interested in this nonsense. Seems like the manager has the same old lame excuses.Just give people what they want. Refund their monies, win their trust and stop the foolishness!! You are part of the problem.

I normally dont write reviews, but if I can save at least 1 person from the pain that Hooman puts you through, it will be worth it. I bought a Chrysler 200s from them about 2 months. I absolutely LOVE the car. Aside from the hacker recall, I have had no major issues with the car. The major problem is the staff at Hooman.Let me start with the Due Bill. When I bought the car, there were some door dings and scratches because they park the cars so close together. We worked it out with the sales person that they would be fixed. She estimated that it would take about 2 weeks to put the due bill through. It didnt. After 3 weeks of not hearing from them, I called. They told me that they had no idea what I was talking about. My sales rep was out of reach, so I called back the next week. I got a hold of my salesperson and she told me that it had not been put through yet and she didnt know why. She told me she would set something up. She didnt. Finally 5 weeks after buying the car, they put it through. So 6 weeks after the car was bought, I finally got it fixed.At some point, the GPS in my car went out. When I went in to get the scratches fixed, they ordered me a part to fix it and told me it would be there in two days. He said if I had not heard from him in 4 that I should call him. I gave him a little extra time and called back 6 days later. He did not answer. I left a message. I called back 2 days after that and no answer. Left a message. Called back another 2 days after that (10 days after it should have been there) and still no answer.The biggest concern for me is that to this day, I have not received my registration or a bill for my car. As much as I dont mind getting the car for free, I am concerned that it will get repossessed, and that would really suck, so they should just bill me already.The worst part of this bad customer service is that in the few days after buying the car, they called me almost daily asking me to fill out a review. My sales person literally told me to fill it out with all 5 stars so that she could get extra money. I am not kidding. SHE TOLD ME HOW TO ANSWER. I wish I could have known what I know now, because someone who cares more about themselves than their customers deserves all ZEROs.Save yourself the frustration and buy a car elsewhere.

Worst experience ever!! Im in the military and integrity is one of the values that I live by. Honestly, do not stop by this dealership, turn around and go to a difference one that values their costumers. On March 26, my wife and I were looking for a Jeep Wrangler so we decided to stop by this dealership since we were around that area. Now, the sales person Mr. Ralph Corey was kind, professional and a very stand up guy, unfortunately i cant say the same for the rest of his team, especially the floor manager that pretty much told me, to get out and go across the street (Car-max).We walked in with a 32k approved loan from my bank. Mr Corey showed us few used Jeeps but there were not what we were looking for . After going back and forth with pricing and inventory one of the managers came out and offer us a brand new Jeep for a very good price, only if we agreed to finance with them so we accepted. The ran my credit, no issues, Mr Corey went and got the Jeep ready so we decided to grab a bite while they got everything ready before going to the finance office and complete the purchase. Upon our return, the manager sat us down and informed us that they were not going to honor the deal because we didnt qualify and asked us for more money, remember 45 min earlier they did say we qualified. I said, no problem Im already qualified with my bank Ill have them transfer you the money. To which they said no again and asked me for more money, one more time, to which I responded, no problem fully understand, have a nice day. But before we left the building, the floor manager, or big boss, came down to close (sales term to close the deal) but since they changed the terms I told him, thanks again but we are no longer interested. This person actually told me whatever!! go ahead and buy a car in car max turned around and left.Professionalism and customer service skills are much needed to this sales team. I really feel sorry for the internet manager, after reading all this reviews, she continuously has apologize on and on. I believe the owner should invest in his company and get all sales personnel and managers some training in sales tactics, customer service, overcome an obstacle, sales ethics, people skills and anything dealing with their operations. I dont work in the automotive industry but I do have 15 years of experience in sales and marketing and Ive worked different managerial positions that helped me to make this assessment. I advice everyone, to skip this one and visit a different dealership if you are looking for a Jeep, Chrysler or Hyundai; go somewhere else!! Also what ever dealership you go, if they offer you anything, tell them to put that deal on a buyers order signed by the manager as a learned today that honesty is not their priority!

We had a problem with our power locks (when opening it suddenly would open windows and wed struggle closing the doors often finding them re-opened for some reason when returning to the car). Firstly we went in without appointment and after a few days picked up the car again because nobody had even looked at it (we could have been advised an appointment was needed from the outset). Then we brought it back a few days later with appointment. Even though we had purchased comprehensive 4 year / 48000 miles coverage purchased from this dealership when we bought this car we were advised - of course - that this problem wasnt covered and wed have to pay. Then - after a few more days - we were contacted that they didnt figure put what was the problem but that they had changed the batteries in the fob and maybe that would help.....(which of course it didnt, a lock smith had already tested this for us). Youd be hopeful that when you spend over $20K at a dealership for a car, buy their coverage for $2400, that theyd actually help you resolve the first time you bring them a small problem after 18 months. Very disappointing.

Worst experience ever. Drove in and a sales rep immediately met us we told her what we wanted and what we needed. We went on a test drive and everything was going well but when we went inside to look at numbers and I told her I had a 2014 Camaro as a trade in that was it. She wasnt interested in the car instead she wanted a ridiculous down payment. So I said thank you for your time and walked out. Would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

I never been sooo please with the service that I have received here at this dealership. I came from a Lexus to a Chrysler 300 and I have to be honest when k say I love my car. This is the first time I went to a dealership where I felt like a human and not just a commission. When I came on here I expected a bunch of 5 Star reviews because the guys there are just so cool respectful and professional. I believe that the reviews written here are influenced by something or someone. However, I have to say I even got to meet the owner of the dealership, how cool is that. I have never met the owner of the owner of my Audi or Lexus dealership. The owner sat down and hung out with me and drank coffee with me for about 30-45 mins. I know he is really busy but just that touch of care made me want to get my car here. I will be coming back and I will bring all my friends and family. Thank you to the owner Rayan, he is a true gentleman and a class act.

Hoomans Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is one of the greatest dealerships Ive dealt with. I would certainly take my Jeep back again. From start to finish, I was in connection with my customer service rep (Jose Guillen) receiving direct updates on my car. My Jeep had to replace a special part that had been way to recent technology. that they said would take 2 weeks. Jose and his team got it done in a week and a half - and looking at the text updates - to expediate, he literally drove to the nearest dealership to retrieve the part. Solid customer service. Look, for those who actually understand cars, this team gets the job done right the first time.Additionally, the reception team treated me as one of there own. I dropped my 2007 Chrysler 300 Touring off to be serviced for a Safety Recall on the Driver Airbag @ 9:52am (appt was @ 10am). Was told it would take a few hours. I got a missed call from Jose Guillen about 3:30ish and we actually spoke around 4:30pm, he stated car was ready and in response I said ok, let me take my son his car and I will be there, call ended. I got there right at 7pm and the service dept was already tented in and locked up. However, my car was parked at the door of the actual dealership lobby. I spoke to an employee (African American Man) & he stated they closed early for the holiday and they normally leave the keys with the receptionist. Lord behold, the receptionist had also left early for the holiday and they were ALL on there way out the door. He was very apologetic and told me Id have to come back Friday morning, which means I HAVE NO VEHICLE FOR THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY.. What a saddddd day, that I should be Thankful onnn.. I should have been giving a courtesy call if there working hours changed, based on it was a day b4 a Legal Holiday or if they were leaving my keys to someone else or another dept. It took at least 10 days b4 I could get an appt on this darn Recall situation. HOOMAN CHRYSLER/HYUNDAI DEARLERSHIP IN INGLEWOOD, CA IS FULL OF BS.. I got a letter of a buy back program so I call and spoked to Tim the sales manager and tell me to take my car for inspection I told him the car had a problem it was shaking after 45mph than he told me I will diagnose the car for free and that he had a crysler 300 with the crazy rebate so I could trade my car for it if I was upside down what I am. So I took the on sat 10/22 than I meet with Tim told me it would take like 30 min to diagnose than had the lady to test drive car who really doesnt know to talk to people and respect her employees thank time comes with a proposal my pay off is 23k of the car and value 17 and plus the repairs than he tells me that I should buy the Chrysler is better car for you I was how much for repairs than he goes like 5k I was like are you serious so I ask whats wrong? He goes transmission after 4th gear shakes than the shocks were bad and something with the breaks so he showed me the proposal he was gonna put the 5k of repairs tours the new car and plus negative I was this guy is crazy, than I ask for the diagnose report than he tells me only dealership can you look at it.. That tells how the screw people over.I bought the car with certified pre-own warranty til 2020. Still has the power train and the shock had a recall.So this people were trying to charge me with crazy amount of money trying to get their end of the month bonus with me. Took car at the dealer close by my house did a full inspection replaced the shocks for free and tune up transmission telling me theres no problem with the transmission and nothing wrong with the breaks and the shake problem was the driveshaft and only cost me 328 to get it fixed.Hooman waisted my day and gas because I came from mission Viejo.PLEASE PEOPLE DONT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP DEFINELLY WILL TRY TO SCREW OVER THEY THOUGH I DIDNT KNOW ABOUT CAR AND I DO ALOT BUT NOT EVERYONE DOES. Hooman Automotive is the worst customer experience I have ever been a part of. The Finance Representative Tony Tate of Hooman Nissan blatantly lied to me regarding my payment without add-ons of Gap Insurance Policy, Anti-theft device and Vehicle Service Contract to make them appear more attractive by making them seem less costly they were. Then strong arm tactics were directed to me when trying to cancel these policies from Multiple finance agents including Tony Tate as well as Ariel Ortiz such tactics included refusal to provide a written cancellation notice of the cancelled add-ons, which I then had to cancel with Zurich North America directly. Lastly they have blatantly violated the law by not transferring title to me on a car I have owned for 35 days (CA law requires this occur in 10 days). I am in the process of contacting my District Attorney, the CA Attorney General, CA DMV investigative office, the finance company that financed my note, my State Representatives, Federal Representatives, The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, The Better Business Bureau, and the Long Beach Police Department. Stay away from this family of dealerships at all costs. Should they have wronged you as well; I believe the list of agencies above will be very useful in putting their deceptive and unlawful practices to a stop. Do not go near the Hooman group of Companies They are A Den of Snakes on A Plane YO.

I purchased my Tucson here on 9/6/15 and paid extra to have the alarm installed and was told someone would be calling me back to set up an appointment within a week.Not only did i not receive a follow up call from my sales person, Jazmil, she didnt give me my second key to my NEW car, she said she would be leaving it at the front desk for me, only to get there and be told she didnt leave a key with them!The week came and went, no one called. I ended up calling several times and everyone I was transferred to was not available or not there and got their voice mail. Its been over a month I called back again last week and the sales manager, sounds upset that IM calling, said that he would look in to this and would be calling me back the next day. He never called me back. Im disappointed with this dealership and regret purchasing my new car there.Update 11/19/15Never did get a call back from 👇her or anyone from the dealer. Im currently sitting in the waiting area for my sales rep. So far its been about 20 minutes. Ive tried calling but I get nothing but voicemails.

We bought a 2013 Ford Fusion 4 months ago from this dealership and paid in full only to have them cease communication after payment and documents were signed. When transport arrived to pick up the vehicle they could not locate it 4 weeks ago and since then have received no further contact from any manager at the dealership. These people took my money after documents were signed failed to send me the car or refund my money. This is a scam dealership. Even after I called online customer service none from the dealership has helped me. I had a lot of buddys tell me the jeep sahara was great for offroading so they told me to check out hooman chrysler dodge jeep. I loved the car the minute I laid my eyes on it! My salesman was very friendly and didnt push me one bit to buy the car. We took it for a 15 minute test run, loved the way it ran, very comfy and great for trips with the boys! I ended up purchasing the car that day and what was also great was they give you lifetime car washes and oil changes when you purchase a car from many of their locations, that saves me a lot annually on maintenance fees! Love my Sahara :)

Absolutely the worst customer service of any dealership Ive ever felt with. Paid 20k cash for a certified pre owned jeep and was told by the salesman to come back for a second key. When I came back only day off work was told they had no second key ....btw keys are around $250.00. And they dont give 2 keys if the previous owner didnt give them one. I dont now about you. But for 20k I expect 2 keys. Then 5 weeks after I bought the jeep, I get a phone call from Hooman and they tell me I need to come in and have the vehicle smog ed because they cant find the smog certificate and did not send it to DMV. So, it took two months to get it registered. Lies Lies and more Lies . DO NOT BUY HERE. Go to the dealerships in Redondo or Valley and do yourself a favor...and in response to the dealer feedback on this post...its is your responsibility to contact me and make this right. THIS IS LIP SERVICE I have already spent too much of my time getting the run around from Hooman and will continue to tell anyone who asks not to buy at Hooman. Your customer service is deplorable.

Bought a used 2010 dodge challenger my sales person was very hard to understand very short and really quite rude the only reason i bought the car was because i had driven a few hours out of town to see it. i have since traded the challenger in and cancelled my gap contract the gap company cut my refund on the 29th of December i have tried multiple times to get a hold of someone in finance or the sales manager but i cant get a single person in that dealer ship to call me back i have left at least five voicemails if i dont receive a call tomorrow like the receptionist says i will next call i want the gm or the owner this is absolutely ridiculoussincerely,one disgruntled customershae haskins

I am editing this review for a 3rd time and giving Hooman back the 5 star review that they have proven is well deserved. After a roller coaster of events that involved me purchasing a car from Hooman, being upset with certain aspects of the deal that were not how they had been communicated, trading in my car to another dealership, canceling my warrenty from the Hooman car and having the cancellation of that Warranty be mishandled by the business department, I am now a truly thankful and happy customer with Hooman. The owner, Rayan Nissani, spoke with me in person about my concerns as a customer and pledged to help me in any way he can. He had my warranty and gap coverage cancelations expedited with the help of dealership manager Alex Patti when they found out that they had not been canceled yet. Even though i do not own a hooman vehicle any longer, I still reccomend them as a dealership that has high ranking employees who truly care about making their customer happy. I would recommend my friends to check out this dealership when looking for a vehicle and I praise both Rayan and Alex highly for striving to make their dealership a place where you can feel confident doing business with them. I was eyeing the Jeep Wrangler compass sport. A few friends of mine already had the car and offroading sundays was always a blast. But I really wanted my own so I can enjoy my time on my watch not begging the guys. I started searching on the web and Spoke to Tim over at Hooman. Even though my down payment wasnt so great he worked out a great deal for me on a 36 month lease and luckily they had the exact color combination I was looking for. i really didnt think it would be that easy. He has the paperwork ready when i got there. I test drove and he explained some of the perks and how to take care of the car well if I gather up enough to be able to purchase it in 3 years. I am a happy man. First sunday I took my girlfriend for the first time offroading and she really enjoyed it.

Worst Dealer Experience I ever had. Had my car for a whole week for repair and they never even looked at it but said they did. Was given the run around everyday. Various employees had no clue of the status. No one ever called me with an update. I always had to call them. Given misinformation that changed from day to day including information from general manager. Eventually had to take my car back.Missed 5 days of work because of them. One other customer had similar issue except they had his car for 3 weeks and they had put a big dent in it. Said nothing to him but gave him his car as if he would not notice it.General manager did absolutely nothing to earn or keep my business. He did nothing to expedite or resolve the issue.I do not and could not recommend this place.

The service department is dishonest, aggressive, and rude. They actually damaged the interior of my Jeep while they were working on it and they denied it...even though I was literally pointing at it!! Go check out their Yelp reviews as well.
