I have been trying for over 6 months to get into a vehicle. I don’t have the best credit. I was being offered interest rates as high as 25% at some dealerships. Then, I came to UnicarsHonda. Gabriel is an amazing salesperson who was able to take my needs, my moms desires for what kind of car I’d be driving, and my budget and make something work. And I didn’t even leave in a beater! The manager and the salesman worked extra hard and made me feel super taken care of. I ended up in a 2015 Honda CR-V with around average industry mileage. And under the Kelley blue book value, too! Seriously, these guys don’t just want to make a sale, they want to make a sale that you are happy with! And I am happy. 5 stars all around, thank you guys so much I love my new baby!

Went to Unicars to just look and see what they had on their lot. Carlos and Genaro took excellent care of me! I left with a brand new 2021 Accord and a lower interest rate! I had my 7 year old son and 1 month old with me and they made it quick in easy so that I wasn’t there so long with my kids! Excellent Sales Rep - We had been calling and visiting other dealership but to no avail. We came to Unicars Honda initially just to see if they have the car we were looking for and to test drive one. They have CRVs in the lot and the test drive ended us driving a brand new 2021 Honda CR-V (FHEV) because Brian our Sales person was Superb!!! He was very helpful and attentive to our specific needs. His product knowledge of this car was impressive. The whole team was amazingly pleasant to work with. We enjoyed our night at this dealership and will certainly recommend to our peers. Oh boy. Where do I begin?So first of all,Complaint #1This Honda dealership has not gotten with the times and set up an online interface to schedule maintenance appointments online. Other modern Honda dealerships have them....this one doesnt. This leads to complaint number 2.Complaint #2So that means you have to call the dealership, press 2 for service department and make an appointment with a person. Sure. Okay not that bad. Well no. I was informed that the only appointments they had open were for Saturday 09/04/21 so I schedule it for 9AM. Just a routine oil change and tire rotation......ha.Complaint #3I arrive at the dealership and theres a line of cars leading up to the front all waiting to service their cars. I get up finally to the front and tell them I had an appointment.....did I? NO. APPERENTLY the individual I had spoken to did not bother to input it in the computer....so it showed I DIDNT have an appointment and would have to wait with 12 people ahead of me. Dear lord....Complaint #4So I finally checked in my car and I sit down to wait in the crowded waiting area (Not COVID friendly btw) and I watch videos to pass time.....and pass time.....and pass time......before I knew it, it was 1PM! Also the water in the fridge isnt cold. Was it even plugged in? WHAT THE HECK MAN.Complaint#4So I finally get the keys to the car to my car, walk outside and guess what? Its not even washed. You know that cheap ol car wash they put cars through? Nope. Mine wasnt lucky enough. Then I get inside and find all this junk inside of it!!!!! (in the pictures) This car here isnt even MY car its someone elses! Mines a Honda Civic hahahahaWhats going on here? Giving me other peoples info now? hahaSo ANY WHO.Complaint #5So the bottom panel of my 17 Civic had to be replaced due to damage, so I bought the part (at Unicars) and had it put on. Well guess what, the fools that did that stripped the socket so now if you put a bolt, it just falls off. Okay, easy fix they say, well just zip tie it and itll be good. Sure go ahead and do it.WELL THIS TIME AROUND THEY DID NOT!!!So now every time I go over any time bump or dip the bottom plastic panel scrapes the pavement. HOW THE HELL DID YALL SCREW UP SO BAD MAN?! What kind of donkey show circus are you guys running over here?! No wonder people who live outside the Coachella Valley refer to the Desert area as rural. With service like this dammmmmIf I could leave 0 stars I would.Just watch, Honda gonna reply with a generic please give us a call reply to this. Just watch.

Benjamin Sanchez was my service advisor. He went above and beyond to ensure all of my questions were answered and I was comfortable during my stay while receiving my car maintenance. He looked up to see when my next car butler service was due and explained when they would call me. I’m a long time Honda owner (this is my 5th Honda) and people like Ben are one of the main reasons why keep coming back. When you see him, rest assured, you and your Honda will receive the very best care.

I called today at 9:30 to make sure a Civic on the website was still in stock. Lilly said it was and set an appointment for two hours later. I let her know I am an hours drive away.I arrived early for my appointment and Lilly said another salesperson would have to help me. The new guy said the car had sold already and wanted to know if Id be interested in an SUV instead.I wasted two hours driving for this bait and switch attempt. If it sold after I called they could have let me know with a call or text to save me the trip.

Customer Service is exceptional. The only disappointment I had was when the car was returned the driver seat was as low as it went and it was all the way back. I did not expect this and when I sat down i was surprised.Other then that simple fix, Great Dealership!

I wouldnt recommend purchasing from this salesman... he is very rude and has no professionalism or customer service. He speaks to people as if he is talking down to a child, also he doesnt give detailed information on the car of interest. He was calculating prices from a different vehicle on his computer (a much higher priced vehicle) and when I asked him what is the total amount of the vehicle that he was calculating a $600.00 payment for he snapped at me and said WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? I JUST SHOWED YOU! He refused to show us any numbers, the breakdown of everything which includes MSRP, vehicle amount, dmv fees, added fees for upgrades and whatever else may have been added. I than told him that we would be going to a different dealership and he said Have a good day than and by the way nobody is going to sell you a car anywhere! So we left the dealership and purchased a vehicle elsewhere.

Efficiency accompanied by courtesy is a rare combination in today’s work world. The courtesy extended to me by your representative, Benjamin during my visit to the Honda dealership for a recall on my Honda, was very impressive.After leaving the dealership I began to have trouble with the car. I called Benjamin to let him know I was bringing the car back and was very worried and didn’t know what was going on with the car. With a reassuring voice, Benjamin stayed on the phone with me until I could get back to the dealership. Recently bought a 2015 Tacoma TRD Sport, only a few issues such as missing antenna, switch caps missing, car wasnt detailed, thermal heat shield under the hood. But what can you expect from a used truck with high mileage with 1 owner. One thing that did stick out was after purchasing the truck the passenger airbag and seatbelt light would go on a beep when a it was buckled (a common bug) and needed an oil change after a few hundred miles. Even though they didnt need to fix the seatbelt registration issue they did at Unicars expense. Very customer friendly and io recommend them. General manger is a well spoken and firm individual and you can tell he cares...

Such quick and personable customer service. I used the complimentary shuttle service and (I believe her name was Lissette) it made the whole experience so easy to wait at home until my car was ready. My service technician Raul finished my car in an hour! And then the shuttle came back to pick me up and called me when they were outside.

I was taking excellent care of and I was given a loaner which was very much appreciate it. Josh spent a bunch of time trying to figure out the Honda link to my iPhone. He really got into it and solve the problem that nobody else could for years.I only have one complaint, and this is from everybody from the service manager down to the service writers down to the sales people etc.I HATE BEING CALLED “BOSS !!” You can call been by my name, sir, anything that you want but “BOSS !” I hate that and find that disrespectful completely. And it is every single employee in that place. And as I said it starts from the service manager and down. You may not realize it other people may not care but I hate it. Do you want my honest opinion or you got it. Do you sell quality cars and you provide quality service, but you talk down to people when you call them “BOSS !”

This was my first time bringing my Ridgeline to Unicars Honda. I did not make an appointment but was told to come on in. I had an oil change and tire rotation. The price was reasonable. I was told it would be 90 minutes. I had a zoom call I needed to me on in about an hour and 45 minutes, which I told the technician. He said we should be fine. At 90 minutes the work was not complete. The technician apologized, talked with the people in the shop and they got it to me in about 10 more minutes. The staff were polite, pleasant and responsive. I will be back.

I had a vehicle where the clutch burnt out and right away I called Unicars. Right off the bat they were like bring it in today before we close and we’ll take care of you. So I did and before you know it, they sure kept their word. Took care of me right on the spot with no hesitation. The care they showed me for any individual who walks in with problems is unbelievable. This dealership has the WORST communication between departments. And even within the same departments. I had to return my car because one salesperson gave the wrong VIN to finance and I didn’t find out until signing. Then sales lied on my finance application and said my income was higher than it was, so I drove off the lot with my car and had to come back and return it a week later when the finance company said I didn’t have the proof of income. And so far they’ve taken THREE WEEKS to give me back my down payment. I’ve talked to so many people for the last FOUR DAYS about it and they all say they’ll “get back to me” and “give me a call back”. Unless you’re an active sale, be prepared to be tossed around on the phones and never hear from them.

I’ve had terrible experience at this Honda location alongside the I-10 freeway. I make an appointment to go in and get a simple oil change and change out some break lights. First, I go in and am ignored upon entry, second the guy at the front of service desk goes in to check my mileage and locks himself out of my car, leaving to to wait for the service staff to find a way to get my key from inside the car while I wait 20-30 minutes just to get signed in. Then I get an estimate of what time to come back to pickup my car. Estimate says 1:30pm and I don’t get a call to pickup my car until 3:30pm. And lastly I finally go to pickup my car and they give me my keys and send me on my way without. I get home and notice they didn’t even change out the break lights like I asked and payed for. I get a call from them two days later saying the break lights just came in, which they never told me about when I went to pickup my car. I like going to Honda for maintenance on my vehicle and have never had any issues until now, and something needs to be done to make up for this lack of accountability and attention to detail at this location.

I always get good customer service but not today. I waited 3 hours for my car just to get oil change. Very unsatisfied with RAUL at Unicars Honda. I was waiting on the lobby for my car and I received a phone call from Mario that my car was ready and I have been at Honda waiting. RAUL wrote on my receipt to call my cellphone at 2pm. Why? I dont know!When he knew and saw me that i was there waiting because he was going in person to tell other customers that their car was ready.In the other hand Mario Torres very appoligatic and very professional did an excellent job after what happened. I was initially satisfied with sales and the manager, but today, 42 days after I purchased a 2019 CRV with only 9750 miles on it, my battery randomly died in a Walmart parking lot. Upon testing, my AAA rep told me the battery was shot. I called in to inquire about the battery with my salesperson, who simply insisted he did a battery check, but I’m fairly certain that didn’t happen because the vehicle I purchased wasn’t even on their stock list yet the day I got it. It didn’t have an As-Is sticker, any pricing, anything. Just white chalk on the windshield, which says to me the vehicle likely had recently arrived from an auction purchase, and was not looked at, nor was the battery tested. I’m not even upset about the fact that the battery died, I’m upset that I called to inquire about potentially getting a discount on a new one since I’d only had the car 42 days and was initially met with indifference, told I’d be called back, and then my call was not returned. It’s a 30,000 dollar car loan, and it blows my mind that something as simple as a battery issue isn’t something these guys are willing to help rectify. It’s quite disappointing.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation on 02/01/21 and was helped by Benjamin Sanchez. He answered the questions I had and told me there was a manufacturer recall that they would fix for me. I had no idea the recall existed. Afterwards he explained the condition of every aspect of the vehicle and what might need fixing soon. It was a great experience and service in my opinion.

Buying a new car is not like it used to, at least at Unicar. I never felt pressured. Oh, they still want you to buy, but on my terms. I really enjoyed not being arm twisted by closers I worked only with a sales rep and finance guy. All in all it was an easy buy and I got a great new Honda Hybrid.
