My son was in a car accident last night and JC Towing was called by the Police department to come and tow the truck. Today at 2:30pm to go and get some personal items from my truck and the keys to my house. The man said that I could not get them unless I had made an appointment. I said that I’m here now and that I needed my keys to the house. He again said that I needed to make an appointment and have me a card with the phone number to call. He said that this was policy. I called the number right then and there and it immediately said that the voicemail had not been set up to try again later.I went back to knock on the door and found the man that I had talked to sitting down on a couch without a face mask . I asked him if the number he gave me was to this house and he said yes. I told him that no one is answering and he said to just keep trying but that I had to make an appointment. I had my drivers license, proof of insurance in order to prove it was me but this did not matter. He just said to keep trying. Eventually they’ll pick up.

Will not recommend this place!!!! Neighbor totaled his car and left home keys and wallet in car$120 dollar charge because it was 30min after they closed..WOW! I understand but when ur security is there and his family is gonna sleep in the car in this heat, its about being human...JC auto repair and towing u guys are heartless! A 3yr old😡 smh...

The tow driver Jesse was very professional and helpful during my accident. He was very polite and went the extra step to help me out. Best experience with a tow truck company I’ve ever had, thanks to Jesse!!

Our alternator went out on our drive back to Arizona and thankfully we pulled off the freeway right by this shop! Joe was wonderful and did a full assessment, got another battery and fit us into his very full schedule. We are still very thankful for his willingness to help us and get us home that day.

24 hrs??? Ive called twice on different occasions.. I was once told to call in the morning..i really need a tow rite now Its only 10:19 pm and no answer..

Drove the car in for a few things and had to tow it home! THEN come to find out this company STOLE the engine out of my car and swapped it with a piece of crap! I also had band new tires on my car and now the front tires are dangerously warn so they stole my tires too. I think the radiator was switched out too. Who knows what else they took! Ironically, it was my mother in law who took the car in and who they thought they were ripping off... SHE HAS CANCER! They would steal from an elderly woman with cancer. I know for a fact they did this because I see the changes with my own eyes. We called the dept of auto who sent out an investigator and the owner said we can go ahead and sue them because the most we would win is what we paid them!!! DO NOT USE THESE UNETHICAL THIEVES.

Honest mechanic. My car broke down late afternoon and JC Auto towed and fixed it for a reasonable price in a timely manner. They even discounted the tow since I had my car repaired with them. Great service, would recommend to anyone.

Worst experience ever. Day of my accident the tow driver kept trying to make a joke out of the incident like cmon bro i just got into an accident i aint tryna joke like that. Then as we get to the shop the owner himself JC offered me a beer, as well as the tow driver.. like ok im supposed to trust yall with my car ? What ever i called my mechanic he was set to pick it up the next day, i went signed some papers to release my car to my mechanic and that was that. I left my number incase of any problems. 5 o clock came around and they STILL hadn’t delivered the car. I called and the girl answer and told me she would speak to her manager, proceeded to hang up and ignore about 10 calls before the actually owner JC answered. I told him how i was supposed yo have my car moved and towed to my mechanic so we could speed up the process of being able to fix my car or declare it total loss because i have 2 jobs and cannot be with out a car. He completely ignored the fact tjat it was a mistake on there part, went ahead and accused me of trying to fool the insurance company and told me he could do nothing about it till monday.. then went on to tell me that if the insurance was paying for it why was i worried.. like you literally just accused me of trying to do that while you yourself are doing that. Kept my car over weekend, came out to almost 900$ all bc a mistake that they made. Over all worst experience with a tow truck service and shop. Do not recommend. Owner greedy and rude.

Called AAA....sent these guys out and the service was great. They even drove my family to a hotel after dropping are car off.

This place has had my family members vehicles since September 2017. This place under false information from Indio P.D confiscated them without question. They since have forged DMV documents and valued a 2015 Rav4 on the notice to sell for less than 4000.00. A two year old Toyota Rav4. They produced a fraudulent title in order to move forward with the sell. The fake value was signed by Val C.L Hernandez and submitted to Clear Choice Lien Services, LLC in San Diego. The paperwork has been obviously doctored based on before and after paperwork given to the owner. Indio P.D illegally removed said vehicle from Cathedral City by Plaza Towing and towed to Indio. Mind you their was nothing but the Indio P.D requesting them towed. They have yet to provide warrants, violations, or anything that would substantiate this illegal seizure. Do not use this company for anything but illegal activity.

If I could give ZERO stars I would, this place is your stereotypical crooked tow yard. The owner is a blatant thief. No costumer service training at all by anyone in this lot.
