DeYarman Ford wanted this review. They know I was unhappy with my service visit, but here goes. I dropped off my F150 for Quick Lube service. The technician didn’t take my name she just asked if I had been there before. I said yes and she directed me to the waiting room. After an hour and a half, I finally asked how long it would be. She asked me what vehicle. I looked out at the spot where I dropped off my F150 and it was still there. She had forgotten about me. I said that I was leaving. I didn’t have more time to waste. The General Manager gave me a free service. The only reason I went back to DeYarman Ford was the convenient location of the dealership. The free service was OK, but it is impossible to give me back the hour and a half of my wasted time.

Not just any run of the mill sales experience. This team dug deep to discover my wants and needs in a vehicle and together we picked out what was best suited for me. No rush. No pressure.

I bought a used vehicle here for my son to take to across country for college. The car had a lot of issues the first few months, mostly maintenance but some things still didnt seem to work properly on it so I brought it back in to be serviced before we left town on a 1500 mile trip; they said it all looked good. Unfortunately, the car had quite a few issues making it to its destination. When I took the car to the nearest dealership they said nothing was covered under the extended warranty we purchased at DeYarman, which was frustrating after all the prior issues. The service manager, James, at DeYarman specifically said if there were ANY issues at all to call him and theyd take care of it. After some phone issues connecting with back to DeYarman, I did receive a call from a manager who was very helpful in assisting us with the newer concerns on the car. He listened to all our issues from the beginning weve had and was very sympathetic to our struggles getting my son to college with all the car trouble and called the dealership where the car was being serviced. DeYarman offered to pay for its repairs due to all out troubles so far, which was extremely helpful for my son.

The body shop did a great job fixing my truck. They even detailed my truck before they gave it back to me. I would very definitely recommend the body shop.

We loved the entire process of buying a car here, they were very accomodating and helpful. We did however buy the vehicle without seeing it first and after it was delivered we have been finding many things wrong. We should not have paid what we paid for this vehicle. I feel like some information was left out of our buying process- and we still have not received the paperwork from the purchase.

When I told James what I wasn’t comfortable with he said “no worries, let’s work on this”.
