If I could rate it zero stars I would. I dropped my sons atv off in June. It needed a carburetor put on it. I call every week and still no carburetor. They are blaming it on Covid. I order everything online and have received it in a timely manner. Their service is horrible. They cant even keep me informed on whats going on. Never again will I purchase from them or get anything fixed by them. They are full of💩

I agree with all the bad reviews. I took a TaoTao 4 wheeler there for not starting. I was given a run around for OVER 2 MONTHS. I was told they were waiting on parts that were never ordered. The guy up front was rude and had no clue. I spoke to the 1 tech in the back and he said it was up to Steve to order parts. He had it diagnosed and knew what to do. I tried several times to speak to Steve and he refused to return my calls or even speak to me when his employee supposedly had him on the phone. It was a waste of money and time. I will never recommend them to anyone.

Not the place to take your scooter. We took one there that we was donating to a homeless man and they took total advantage of us. Scooter has been back 3 times after they said they fixed everything. Still wont keep a change and the owner Steve just hides from us. Never let these moronic rip off have your merchandise. TOTAL RIP OFFS

I have been a customer here for several years. I have used them for repairs, parts, and I even bought a brand new scooter from them a few years ago. All of my experiences here have been great ones! They are very knowledgeable service professionals as well as honest and fair- which, unfortunately, is not very common in the automotive service industry. I agree with another customer. Worst Customer Service in the State. On top of it they do not do refunds but I was so dissatisfied with the service and they no longer wanted to deal with me. They wrote me a check to refund the deposit and it bounced. Although they were paid cash. The check that they issued to refund the money bounced. I called the office to let them know that the check bounced and I was told that they would write me another check. I did not want another check if the first one bounced. Anyway I went back into the office to get the check I was not greeted the young lady at the front leaves the front the desk the owner comes back and I say how are you he does not say anything back but just pulls out his checks and starts to write it out and he is still talking crazy. I would never in life go back here or recommend them to anyone.

Steve got me going with a nice icebear 50 cc. Hooked up some LEDs and made it nice. Unfortunately bike was stolen but I will definitely be purchasing another mid October. Fast service good folks!

Unfortunately this business knows nothing about business. Bought a scooter from them and still waiting for title over a month later. Then charged for a warranty that cant be used as we are still waiting for the title so we can plate it. Sad part is its for my granddaughters who lost her dad in Afghanistan as I explained to them at the time of purchase.kinda like giving the finger to those who serve, suffer, and sacrifice in my opinion. Next stop SOS.

It took em month to do a spark plug and oil change, and they still didn’t do it . I got tired of waiting and went to pick it up . Don’t waste your time at this place.

Bought a USED scooter here about 2-3 months ago w/200 miles on itWas told there wasnt anything wrong with the unit and that it had never been in any accidents.Yet you could see where parts of the nody had been superglued back together. Got it home and it worked fine,untill it didnt, not even 2 weeks after purchase the bike started literally falling apart. And what makes it worse is i had to go back to get an intake manifold from them and after telling the guy behind the counter what was wrong i just got a Yeah thats why we dont even sell used anymore,Like ok but could ya help me out with this POS ya sold me in the first place. DO NOT BUY SCOOTERS FROM HERE. (P.S. writing this on the side of castleton where my scooter died for the probably 90th time since purchase). At least the guy who sold me the part there seemed ever so slightly remorseful about the pos they sold me.

Closed for 2 weeks due to a flu

Came here looking to just get the wheel rim fixed, as it was bent from an accident and not repaired by the dealership I bought it from. I road it there and had Dustin show me one more thing that was wrong with it, which I have permission to have fixed. He also showed me upgrades that I could add to ensure maximum efficiency, which I agreed to. I was told repairs would take a while and would check in once a week like clockwork. Each week I was told they had more people in front of mine and were working in order. After 4 week they finally got to my moped and I went in to see it for myself. They had fixed the 2 parts that were origin agreed on but not any other upgrade. I didnt really care and said I would be back the next day to pick it up. Dustin asked if there was any concerns I had with its preformance and I mentioned that it sometimes took a while for the throttle to work and left. Suddenly the next day the piston rings are fuzed to the pistons and my moped is unable to be driven. Had my dad go talk to them and they tried to explain that I never driven it there, and that I had it dropped off by someone else. $15 dollars at Auto Zone and 30 minutes later, my moped runs better than ever

Bought new scooter for my son. Staff was informative and helpful.

They were very friendly people.I purchased a atv the lady I asked what weight limit was she said 235.My bf weighs 170.He has had total of 6 hours riding time on this we purchased March 17th.Havent had even 30 days an it started messing up.I got a 90 day warranty on it.Now they said I need to talk to Steve owner on fixing it.Cause sense they said he wasnt the right weight that they cant fix it.What good is the warranty its all in writing.But the young lady we purchased from said 235 an ask who would be riding it an I said him.An tried say we done other things to it.We never touched it,They steal have it up there an said they cant do nothing unless Steve overrides the warranty.I work to hard for my money to take 640 dollars down drain.What can I do can anyone help? They have a small selection of scooters. But they are honest and knowlegable.

Love this place, my dad just got me a vip scooter and I it drive daily. Love their scooters this is my 4th one from here never had a problem other then not wanting to get off the scooter for the day/night, So much fun to drive.

My son whom is 19 & was financially stable enough to buy his siblings a 4 wheeler for Christmas from these UNPROFESSIONAL TACK HEADS& come Christmas morning, the 4 wheeler DID NOTSTART ! My son was extremely upset, such a disappointment for him, thencome Tuesday we got a hold of the company & talked to a employee who was rude as hell& demeaning, had every excuse as to who was responsible for it not working!I talked to Steve whom is the owner& not only was he just as unprofessional as his employees but he made excuses as to why his product was faulty! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY,THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL& SELL BADPRODUCTS!! #CROOKS!

Worst customer service available in the state! They had the scooter for two months, could not figure out how to fix it, and gave it back to me running worse than when it was dropped off. I was told over and over for three weeks that the parts would be in tomorrow The guy at sly fox fixed the scooter in ten minutes!!! I highly recomend going somewhere else!

If I could give no stars I would. I was more then disappointed when I was treated so rude Id never ever visit this shop again, period! To start with I arrived at like 4:10pm and even tho the hrs online, on the door and I was giving over the phone were 5pm the door was already locked. I then called again only to be meet at the door by some young looking kid like ten-15mins later and explained they aint to busy so they just lock up early sometimes but he guessed since the effing boss said to come unlock door and let me in or else he best do it.I told aforementioned young guy what part I needed and as he walked away mumbling to himself about if he was me hed go with a much pricier carburetor then the one I asked for and quoted a price of $50-60 via phone yet this goofball instantly charged like $15-20 more then that and upon questioning him I was told lady not everybody knows as much as I do and I know the price ok! So I proceeded to inform him that not everybody will allow a customer service person to treat them like crap and I know thats exactly how he was treating me and I took my business elsewhere as I suggest anybody and everybody else does. I hate that I basically have order any and every part I need online and wait an extra day or two but its rather wait a week verses give my business to a piss poor establishment like that.

STAY AWAY!! I am speaking for my brother, who had bought a 150cc Jonway from these folks. I went with him to pick up his scoot, they had done regular service maintenance after break-in. It wouldnt idle right, but made it home 50 miles away, only to find out the next time it was ridden that they never replaced the oil in the crankcase during the oil change, which of course locked up the engine. Needless to say, after taking it back, and being a little upset was treated like a third-class citizen. Do Not Do Business with these people, or if you do, do it at your own risk, there are plenty of bad reviews to see a pattern.

DONT USE THIS PLACE. LIES, FAULTY WORKMANSHIP, everyone here acts like your an inconvenience and when you get frustrated with them telling you so many different stories of why they cant get the work done they say you are being Rude.... really? Two months and $330 later I still dont have my bike. They quoted $150, and ended up charging $330 in total. Had to take the bike back twice to fix something that should have been quality checked before leaving the shop, I drove 20 miles and bolts fell out and had a faulty spark plug wire, which is not what it was taken in there for... his response about the bolt Go buy this bolt bring back and I can have it on in twenty minutes, you need to put lock tite on 2 hours later no work had been done, had to leave my bike again! It will he ready on saturday nope! Called and has been put off to build New bikes for the showroom!! Really??All they want is your money, they dont care about any thing else after that.

Hey everyone!! Do not take anything here to get worked on!!! I took my Kymco 50cc super 8 in to to have a new wiring harness installed On December 4 it is now Jan . 5, 2016. He said it would take a week or a week and a half.I put a 150cc gy6 in it so everything was taken off. Pretty simple install. I called and left messages no return calls. I finally got ahold of him and he said his mechanic was out to lunch and he would call me back and this was last Thursday. He also said his mechanic was working on it. ( bullshit). I never got a call back. Called him today and now he said it would be done next Tuesday so caught him in another lie. Now Im going to go pick it up no work done a nd a month wasted. He also charged me $60.00 that I want BACK!!!! Lesson learned.In response about the parts he is talking about is oil for the engine, gear oil and a exhaust. Im not sure how that could have slowed you down with installing the wiring harness which I gave you when I first brought the scooter in. However, he did have some really cool custom Harley bikes that where really cool and to be honest if I were him I would ditch the scooter biz and focus 100% on the custom bike building. You could call it Midwest Custom

Customer service doesnt exist at this place. DONT GO HERE!! They watch tv on the job, and talk to their coworkers about personal issues before they talk to customers who have been standing there waiting. When they finally address the customers it takes them ten minutes just to find the paperwork. Then they said they would go get the scooter. Customers wait outside for 10 minutes. No scooter. Finally I asked them what was going on, they told me uhh somethin happened, itll be out in a sec...That sec was actually another 10 minutes plus what is somethin happened??? Total time at this place was 40 minutes. Not to mention it took them 3 weeks just to fix a minor problem.

I took my 150 cc moped for a full service tune up..priced at 75 dollars. I was told it would take about 45 mins.. I arrived from greenfield, which is 25 miles away, with no issues, at 11am I didnt get my scooter back till Wednesday afternoon the following week.. after my tuneup the scooter failed to start and they preceded repairs without my consent and broke a bolt off in the kick start trying to start it also sheered the bolts in started clutch and chipped teeth in secondary gear(the bike is less than 8 months new ive never once needed to use kick start...it ended up costing ovber $150 to get my scooter back...it died less than a mile from shop and I had it towed home.. I took scooter apart and found a cracked intake manifold, my battery was not re installed properly and they left metal spacers and a random piece of metal tube inside my gearbox where the fan and belt spin inside kickstart cover...it was almost completely chewed up.. the plastics were improperly assembled and broken and looks to have been laid down at speed..i brought scooter in on full tank got it back on empty.. and to top it all off the staff are completely rude and disrespectful.. they have a viewing window into the shop area and I was watching them work on my scooter and I was told to leave area and they blocked off window...NEVER EVER GO HERE

We have the Secretary of State and Attorney General involved to get the dealership number that they refused to give us so we can title our new scooter.
