Thor the end of the week the lines are always congested and really inconvenient. However theres a lady there named Pam who makes everything Pleasant. If it had not been for her I probably would not be a patron of this store

I live in the neighborhood so I decided to try to shop local by going here. HUGE mistake. Everything is behind glass so you have to tell them what you want from a menu type thing. The girl working was incredibly rude because I didn’t know what I wanted due to the fact that over half of what’s advertised is unavailable. She was rude enough to make me walk out without buying anything and she made me cry. Not to mention the plethora of drunk homeless people hanging around outside at all hours of the day and night asking for money and throwing garbage everywhere. I would not go here again, even if it was the last liquor store in the city. Wish I could give zero stars.

I just went to the Community Spirit on 38th St. because it was the closest liquor store to my place. The security guard informed me that the only two cashiers working were both on their smoke break now I’ll have to wait. After about 15 minutes I left without being served.

Average. Not a huge selection, but they have all of the basics with decent prices. Obviously not the best around, but great in a pinch if youre nearby.

Average liquor store, they always have what you want, but there is ALWAYS people begging for change outside. I used to see security there maybe thats only on the weekends though because sometimes the beggers get to close and you have to address them accordingly.
