“The counters are beautiful. The service was awesome. The scheduling during this pandemic was professional, timely, always focused on safety. I truly appreciated the communication from the company. Unlike other businesses you stayed in touch with me. I never had to question where we were or what was happenings on the process. Thank you for an amazing experience.”

We had our counter tops done a few years ago, and we still love them! We chose the white glass counter tops and everything from the consultation to the install was easy. We only ran into one problem with the gentleman that came out to measure our counter tops. He was late and not very friendly. With that said, our experiences with everyone else in the company was wonderful. The installers were great! They were friendly and quick and efficient. Thanks Granite Transformations!

As a the bread winner in my home and the person who makes all financial decisions I was surprised to hear that I would not be given the experience that was explained to me. Jennifer in the Indy office shared that the show room would be brought to me and I could pick out and see my options and get a quote during my consultation. Upon arrival the agent explained she would only be taking measurements and I would need to make a trip to a showroom to get a accurate quote. When I questioned the process she told me I dont understand the process and that she didnt have time to make an extra trip to go over the process when the finical decision maker was available. When I persisted and asked for a quote she quoted me $6500 for counter tops and $3500 for back splash. Clearly, over quoted. I asked for a copy of the quote and measurements and she told me to measure it myself and that she could not give me a copy of the quote. I was looking forward to a kitchen transformation. Sadly, I will be taking my business to a company that values the customers experience as much as they value their bottom line.

So let me start by saying, I had countertops installed. Minus a couple things, - 1. they didn’t measure the counter top correctly and had to insert a small piece that is noticeable. 2. They didn’t seal under the countertop on the island, like they did the others (which I’ll admit I didn’t notice until they had left) - the countertops look okay. The main problem here is the sales people and chain of command. When the sales person, who also claimed she is the Regional Manager, came out to do an estimate, I was told that I would need a new sink. She said the company would throw in the sink and faucet for free, and she even collected details from me, such as, if I’d like to keep the same type of sink, if I’d like my faucet to have a separate sprayer or attached sprayer, etc. I was also told that the contractor would remove my sink (since it was fused to the countertop), I would just be responsible for unhooking the plumbing before they arrived. No problem.A few days before installation, I received an email from the O/S Director, with a checklist of things I needed to have done before the installation. One of those things was that I needed to have my sink removed. This was not what was discussed with me and the RM, so I emailed him back for clarification. I got no response so ended up calling. When I talked to the Safety Director, he stated that they do not remove sinks, as it is against company policy. I informed him that the RM AND the contractor that came in to do the template a couple weeks earlier, both stated they would remove the sink. He said, and I quote “well if that’s what they told you, I’ll just act like I didn’t hear that”.So I call the RM back and tell her the situation. (At this point, I’m a little bothered and panicking, because I have less then 24 hours to find someone to remove a sink, when I was told I didn’t have to worry about it.) She says typically they don’t do that, but that she will call and see what’s going on. She calls me back and says “Sorry for the misunderstanding, we are going to remove your sink”. She doesn’t explain anything further, I’m just happy my sink is being removed, as promised.Fast-forward to the day of installation, and now there is no faucet. The contractor asked if I would be supplying my old faucet or using my old one. Of course he had no record of them supplying a faucet as I was promised by the RM. I again contact the RM, and she tells me that she does not remember telling me they would supply the faucet and that one was not selected in my contract. I said well do you think this could have been a miscommunication, similar to the one involving the sink? She gets upset and says, their was no miscommunication with the sink, I talked to the contractor and asked him to remove it for you as a “favor”. She then says that if they were going to supply me with a faucet, that I would have had to look through their catalog and pick one. Whose fault is that??! How would I know that I would need to look through a catalog??? I didn’t have to look through a catalog for the sink! The RM was shady and had just been making promises she could not keep, just to make the sale. I asked her if she had a supervisor I could speak too, and she said that she is a “Regional Manager, so she does not answer to anyone”. Her exact words.I call a corporate number I was able to find online, and spoke to a very nice gentleman about my concerns. He seemed very concerned, said I had called the right place, and that someone would be calling or emailing back soon. Do you think I heard back from anyone? You bet your buns I didn’t.I originally planned to get my cabinets refaced by this company as well, but I’d be crazy to give these people anymore money. Just shady business practices (on the part of the “General Manger” at least). Once they’ve gotten the sale (and your money) don’t think they care too much about their customers beyond that.(The “owners” passive aggressive and condescending response below pretty much proves my point. Do business with better people.)

Im giving it one star and barely that. Dont waste your money on this and get the real thing cheaper. I have had nothing but problems and told to cover it up with a sharpie, I kid you not. (I got a black counter top.) I followed template and all instructions to the T but they did not. The SS sink they threw in as a bonus scratched from day one and continues to do so - their solution: a wire rack. Accused me of using it for heavy pots and pans when I havent even unpacked my kitchen from the remodel. I have a sink set up that is ridiculous now, foam stuff hanging down between the old counter and the faux granite, and now a crack starting and growing at a corner. I so regret that I convinced my contractor that this was the better way to go. Fool me once. . . at a high price. Installed in April, 2016, by one man who hurried at the end.No, I did NOT say I loved them because I have never thought that way about them. Other people have come in and complimented the color with the backsplash, which I picked out. If I loved them, I wouldnt have given the product and results this bad review. I was only waiting to write a review until I was reimbursed for the damage Mike did to my laptop the day of the installation. Your condescending attitude when you were here matches your inferior product.

Our counters certainly look nice for the most part. The install actually came more than 2 full months after the sale due to an installer having injured himself and they needed to train another one. No kidding, our new installer (Chris) was great. However he could not have installed all of this if I had not been home to help him. The pieces were too large for one person and it was an invitation for another injury. The part that came to us was cut badly and was unacceptable but I was surprised at how easy it was to get it replaced. The customer service after the sale was above average and we ended up being satisfied. The installer even had a helper when he came back. Overall, these are good looking countertops and worth the money.

In September 2014, Granite Transformations installed a kitchen backsplash and new countertops that were gorgeous. The guys that came out to do the work were courteous, efficient, and did a fantastic job. A few months later we had a crack in our countertop. Without hesitation they came out, assessed it and fixed it to our satisfaction. Fast forward to present day, we purchased a new dishwasher that unfortunately with our newly tiled floors is not going to fit. We contacted Granite Transformations to see if they could trim our countertop for us. Again, without hesitation they sent their guys out to do the job. And what a job they did! Each time they have entered our home, they have gone above and beyond the call of duty. We are so pleased with the level of customer service that this company provides. They stand behind their name and that is rare in this day and age. We will continue to promote this company as they do phenomenal work. We cannot say enough about the guys that came out each time to do the job. They have employees that genuinely care about the job they do and making sure the customer is happy.
