I was refused service at this store today for not using their hand sanitizer..(I can make my own choices) I was in one day last week and this didn’t seem to be an issue. Emily, the manager refused to let me buy the items I had already picked up and had in a bag...so what will they do with this product that my hands touched?! Doesn’t make sense. No more Lush for me. Seems Emily had a problem with me since I didn’t obey her commands. Maybe if she had conducted herself in a professional manner this wouldn’t have such an ordeal. But her ego was crushed since I simply said no thanks to her suggestion of sanitizer.

Very expensive need to be a little bit more reasonable but for the most part items and products are pretty good

This is the best Lush store ever. I work at Sheraton Keystone next door and always stopped by at this store whenever I ran out of my favorite Lush products. People here are so friendly and sweet. To Ms. Lauren James, thank you very much for the gift, hope to see you again soon! :D

Had never been to lush before. This store caught our noses while visiting the mall. Were from Ohio and have LUSH too. Shout out to the girl with all the cool buttons on her apron. She helped us out so much! Got a rose shower gift set for a friends birthday which she totally loved! This is my new favorite store and I cant wait to stock up on amazing body products for my house and friends!!

The selection here is large. They offer something for everyone. Im excited to try some new products Ive never heard of until today. The staff was friendly and helpful. They liked their jobs and you could tell by their service. Great experience!

Ive loved Lush for over a decade & they ever disappoint me. They have products for all skin types & needs. They have tons of products that are low on the carbon footprint scale & are people conscience on top. Clean well-organized store with great & helpful staff that are always friendly.

After the Fort Wayne LUSH had shut down. I had been in need of the beautiful customer service from the workers there. This need was fulfilled after stepping in the store! Great store store design, smells, and workers. The workers asked me if I needed any help and they were always willing to answer my questions for them.

Lush is always great the staff is helpful and they have a great selection of soaps and beauty products.

Love this place my daughter had a wonderful time. It was expensive but the products are wonderful and staff was amazing.

Very hygienic and nice staff, however they do have very strict mask and make you either wash your hands or sanitize at the door.

I absolutely LOVE this store and all the products that LUSH offers. Its like heaven for my senses. Things are a bit tighter with all the CoVID restrictions... like not being able to play with tester products by yourself or the staff giving demonstrations directly to your skin. But they try and make it interactive as much as possible. The staff is always crazy friendly and helpful--I never wander too far without someone acknowledging me. If youre on the fence about plant-based / vegan skincare... dont be!!!!!! Try some of their products, and youll not only become a believer (bc your skin just glows), but youll be hooked for life!

First time visiting. Loved that the staff was so helpful, and willing to teach me how to shop. And the product was great, too!

The staff is limiting the number of customers inside for social distancing, and theres plenty of room to look around and smell everything (through your mask!) without feeling overwhelmed by other people. This was literally the best shopping experience Ive ever had at this store.

Everything is amazing here and of high quality. Another big plus is the customer service. They truly do put the customer first and give me a great experience every time I come in. Everyone working here is very knowledgeable and eager to help and assist in any way possible, and whenever I’m not so sure about a product, they send me home with a sample and allow the product to speak for itself. I’ve absolutely fallen in love with their face masks and can’t wait to try all of them eventually. But from the several that I have gotten, I am beyond impressed and so I is my skin lol. Thank you, Lush!

As a lushie and past employee I can say this Lush is top notch! The staff are knowledgeable about all the products and able to discuss in detail what might be best for the customer. The store is kept fresh and clean at all times and the smell alone is worth a trip in! Lush products cant be beat since they are eco-friendly, use fresh ingredients, and support amazing campaigns that are making the world better. Go treat yourself to a bath bomb and soap!! Look i love the products, the employees are so sweet and helpful but as a person with social anxiety i like to shop ALONE. Stop forcing your employees to bother people. If i say i don’t need help stop having them approach me up to 3-4 times. It makes shopping here hell. But for the employees you’re doing great sweetie

Even through this pandemic, they have found ways to allow ways to look at new things. They are even giving samples to make it more convenient. I have always loved this place and its employees.

Staff was not very friendly when highlighting their current COVID restrictions. Do not even attempt to smell or touch anything, they just want you to buy with a staff explanation describing the smell of each item.

Best place to get all your bathing soaps bath bombs and lotions and many more

We walked this place for years before our young son finally got us to go in (the fruit shaped bath bombs attracted him). This place smells so good and their products are amazing. I feel guilty when I spend $100 on bath bombs, but they are so awesome. The staff is very nice and helpful as well. I cant wait until they open again after Covid. Right now, they are doing curbside pick up.

Wife bought bath bombs

I had such a great experience here. Monica spent a lot of time with me helping me find the right products for my skin and hair. She was so knowledgable about the products and made good suggestions on which to test. I felt confident in the products I bought but not pressured to buy. And of course, everything feels and smells great!

Had a pleasant first experience here. Lots of great choices and at different price points. I also got a hair masque for myself and my hair has never been so soft in my life! Definitely going to be getting more

My wife and I along with our 4 year old son went to Lush yesterday. The staff were very kind, and helpful. Never had a bad experience here,,been multiple times over the years.

The products are great but what makes it a true 5 star experience is how nice the staff is. They go out of their way to talk to you and help you find what products you might like based on your preferences. I have never had a bad experience here and always look foreword to going back.

Drop the mask requirement to earn back customers.

I have never had a problem here until Christmas time. I am a faithful Lush enthusiast and spend more money than I should there. The employees have always been the most helpful until I ran into their one bad apple and ruined my Christmas spirit. Not only was she rude, but snappy and unsympathetic. Minus this one employee stuck in the back by face masks the store is to die for!

Always an awesome experience when I come here! I’m always greeted and employees love to help you out with honest opinions! I rarely shop at the fashion mall but will definitely stop by to go to lush.

The best bathbombs and natural products.

I came to buy my wife some goodies for valentines day, but Im pretty clueless when it comes to bath and skin products. The staff quickly saw me wandering aorund confused, and came to help. They asked questions about my wife in a manner I was able to answer, to narrow down what kind of products she would most enjoy. And they were spot on, and she was very pleased!

I was there tonight at a little before 7pm. Website says they are open until 9pm but the shop was locked and dark...no one there 😐

My wife introduced me to this store. Now, I pretty only buy lush soap to wash up with. I am a big fan of a few things such as, honey I washed the kids, sexy peel and respect your elders. I also get hair product from here as well. This by far the best place to get soap.

Great employees. Very helpful. Always a good selection of products. I go for the shower jellies mostly. I keep hoping they will bring back 93000 miles, but until then Whoosh is a good one.

They go a little overboard on Covid compliance. It is not a treat anymore to even go in the store.

Salespeople are WAY too pushy, and they dont pick up any of the leave me alone cues. Tip, LUSH workers: if someone says Im good, LEAVE THEM ALONE! I will NEVER be buying from LUSH again. I dont want to be harassed through the store.

I love going to LUSH KEYSTONE!!! The staff is all amazing and very helpful. They offer great suggestions and are willing to do samples if you just aren’t sure what you love!!!!! My personal store favorites are Sleepy shower gel and moisturizing lotion. I have very dry skin in the winter and this is by far the most moisturizing on the skin leaving it soft and smelling amazing. I also am obsessed with the Sleepy shower bomb!!! I don’t often take baths to need bath bombs but the shower bomb is fantastic and I usually get two uses from it. It is very exfoliating and great for those of you who love your spray tans to exfoliate with prior to getting one. I also love the Rentless perfume and if you’re like me and lean toward migraines and headaches from scent I recommend the solids in the fragrances rather than the sprays because they are less strong. My favorite solid is Lord of Misrule and I much prefer it over the spray. I like to layer the Rentless on top of the Sleep shower gel and Body cream!! It’s absolutely delicious and will leave people asking what you wear as you walk by.I highly recommend this location if you are in the Indianapolis area because the staff care about you and are eager to help you find what you love when you go in!! You won’t regret your shopping experience here.If you have really chapped or dry lips in the winter then I recommend using the Honey Lip scrub. It is very nice in scent and leaves your skin feeling very soft.I don’t purchase bath bombs anymore but my personal favorite for years is by far the Experimenter!! It leaves your skin feeling so soft, smells like the heavenly smell of the store when you walk in, and is fun to watch dissipate into the bath water.I could go on about this store, as I have enjoyed it and my experiences there for years. Hope you enjoy some of these amazing products I love there.

I love love love lush. But then again what woman doesn’t. So many beauty/skin products. They have everything from amazing bath bombs to fresh relaxing face mask and tons of cool soaps!

When I first stumbled upon lush with my girlfriend and thought I was going to be in some bath bomb environmentally conscious store, I was so shocked by how incredibly right on the money I was, but in the best of ways of such manner. The customer service represetive that was explaining and giving a brief rundown with what lush was about clearly made that clear how fully committed they are with the environment.

Ginna was funny, and very helpful. She helped me pick out products that transformed my skin for the better! 10/10 would definitely recommend!! :)

I absolutely love this Lush. I come here about every weekend and the friendly atmosphere makes my experience so much better. I really think there should be some sort of rewards card, I would definitely use it.

I just wanted to give a shoutout to the girl (I think her name was Courtney) who helped me at this Lush location the last time I was in. She was super helpful with choosing products for me that worked well with my skin and made me feel like I actually knew what I was doing. I ended up getting just about everything she showed me and have been using the products for a little over a week now. My skin has already showed a crazy amount of improvement and is SO SOFT. Im not kidding. This stuff is great. And the employees will make sure you get exactly what you need by taking the time to see what works best for you. LOVE LUSH.

Amazing customer service and employee attitude. I bought some items and left them in the food court and my bag was taken. I explained my situation to an employee and she was very understanding and nice - she gave me the same items again for free.

Traveled 2 hours and wasn’t disappointed!!!!!!! The only place in that mall and also the Castleton Mall that helped me out without thinking I could t afford something...... Great women that work there.... Wish we had one closer is the only down fall!!!!!

They were very busy with holiday shoppers, but they had bunches of employees staffed and ready to help. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there. The associate who assisted me seemed very knowledgeable about the product she recommended.

I purchased a shampoo bar, a conditioner bar, and body wash. I am very happy with everything I bought. Not only is it eco friendly but the soap is the best Ive ever used!

LUSH has an amazing array of scrubs and soaps and hair products. They even give you demos for what you might want to try and let you take samples home. Staff are constantly present to help you.

I really like and appreciate lush for all their healthy body care options but the only problem is that their prices are way too high when some of the stuff there can be made at home very easily, I understand u gotta make money but some of the prices are just way too much

The scents are great, but they still use sulfates in their products! Guys, come on already!And Id actually prefer if they were less friendly. Six (six!) sales associates approached me in the first four minutes I was in the store... I cant SHOP if you guys wont let me! And they always seem to interrupt when Im in the middle of reading an ingredient label. :/

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, I felt a little lost with so many products around but the staff was friends and patient to explain them to me. The products itself are high quality and organic (with less shelf life) . I bought the dark angle scrub and it is awesome.

This place can do no wrong.

I had bad chemical burns from a very well known brand (totally not neutrogena, ya know?) after never being sensitive to skin products. I always thought LUSH was a little fake and over marketed for their clean products. I was desperate to save my face and skin and I went into the store with an open mind. I was treated SO KINDLY and every single associate listened to my problem and experience and I was given a specific face wash... I cant explain how much it not only helped my poor burned skin, but has helped my cystic acne as well. LUSH is the only brand i will buy for skin care now. My face wash even helps my back and chest as well!

I could spend hours in this store. Everything is so much fun, the staff members are always so friendly and helpful, and its such a great environment hands down.
