Sorry but what I have read and has experienced for the work he had done for me. IT was no where near what I would expect thats even if you can locate him just to retrieve your equipment. I feel bad for the next person stops at that location 😕

Great little shop here on the East Side of Indy. The staff is knowledgeable about their product line and apps. I got a complete desktop system from them a few months back for the everyday low price of about one hundred dollars. To date, I havent had any problems with it.Youve got to try Tenth Street Computers if youre in the market for a good used desktop or laptop at a fair price and comes with a warranty.

I really love this store! My family has purchased 4 computers from here and everyone of them are still running great. Hands down the best deal on a sold machine; believe me I spent some time looking. Every computers I got came with windows 7 installed and the best web browser and video player.

The boss and his employees at this place are some good people. Just bought a used laptop from them a few minutes ago and while I was there making my selection, there was a gentleman in there for a warranty issue. He was taken care of in just a few minutes and on his way. The owner seems to be a very hard working man. Best of all, theyve got some incredible deals on their used laptops.If you need to get a laptop and dont want to spend premium prices, you need to check these guys out at 10th Street Computers.

First and foremost they have terrible service I drops off at A previous location that they had and one got repair they told me to come back in two weeks because they where waiting on a part to fix my second one I came back they where no longer at the 10th shadlande location . Never once reached out to me to pick my laptop up . that laptop was very sentimental to me and my family . They never cared to reach out to me probably sold my stuff . You guys are horrible and I hope no one else has to go through what I went through .

I spoke to the people who worked there briefly. But they were very knowledgeable and polite. And i will go back.

Have bought several laptops, desktops, and components from 10th Street. The guys are great, and the service is excellent.I had one warranty issue on a laptop and they exchanged without so much as a fuss.I myself am a computer professional as well, and they have become my go to guys for local parts and systems.

I liked the service there. I purchased one computer and had another one repaired they did a good job on both.

I called to see if I needed to make an appointment to bring in my laptop to sell it. The person on the phone told me no, that I could bring it in at any time. I went to the store, and I was told that the manager/owner, TONY was not in the store to give me an estimate for my laptop. I was told to call the Tony and that he would get back with me. After several calls he finally picked up and said he would call me back in 25 minutes and never did. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THEM.

Repaired my laptop.It was 2 years ago.It still works fine.

I love buying computers from slim. Iur company has bought over 100 computers from them. They always back their warranty and we very seldom have problems with bad equipment. Thanks Guys

I am on my way to drop off my HP g72 laptop for a screen repair. I accidentally broke the screen and I called the first computer repair person I found on craigslist and they said it would be $225. I cried. Being a single mom I cant afford $225 when I just paid $250 for the laptop itself. I called my mom who directed me to 10th street computer repair who said it would be $100 or $125. Thank goodness!

If I could give this place a HALF star I would be generous.The windows in the photo are the cleanest thing about this place. You walk in and are immediately drawn aback by the JUNK on the floor. If I didnt know better I would have sworn I had walked into a crime scene.For this being a computer store I would have to argue that fact. FOUR 3 year old laptop computers priced at nearly $200 each would not constitiute a computer store.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME driving to this establishment.

I had them replace a cracked screen (which started popping out slightly only days later), and somehow moved all my files around? They found them, fortunately nothing was erased but it was very annoying and they had no explanation for how it had happened. They also kept referring to me as a girl which was especially rude considering the fact that Im not and had corrected them.found out myself the problem with the files had been a corrupted account, which i fixed myself. both by only googling it. what kind of professionals are these if they cant even figure something out i did in less than 5 minutes?

Very Homely like. I asked everything I wanted to ask and get off my chest about my cons on refurbished laptops and they listened. I had to visit this store twice to see that they have great offers that can be compared on Craigslist,Walmart, & BestBuy. I loved it, I walked out with an HP ready to start my my music. :D

They did a great job! Fixed my computer & next day I picked it up!

Horrible service. Had my ipad for 3 weeks and came back and looks worse.. Was quoted one price and it had doubled because of the hole.. NEVER go there
