I purchased a 2008 Lexus Ls 250. The process was great but I end up taking the car to the Lexus dealership when they inform me that I needed to have the studs and lugs nuts replaced. So when I let this dealership know what Lexus told me, they made it seem like they didnt sell me the car like that. Even though I just took it to Lexus and I only had the car for a week at this time. The Service Manager was trying to charge me a $200.00 deductible fee which is crazy to me. Now that I have a issue with this vehicle they are trying they best to ignore me. Please go elsewhere to buy a vehicle. Once they have your money they pretty much done with you. I also have a warranty on the vehicle where I had to take my car elsewhere to have fixed. Will not recommend and I hope they took my pic off of Facebook after this review.

Head and shoulders above other used car dealers on the same street. They got me financed when my score was low 500s in 2015. I have since paid the vehicle off and the loan helped elevate my score to the mid 700s. I am still driving the vehicle today.There was something major wrong with the vehicle but I really don’t think they knew that. They put new control arms on it and a couple other things that were not cheap before they sold it to me so I think they really made an effort to fix everything they could to sell a good car.I would buy another vehicle here in a heartbeat. They are also good about getting cool cars other dealers don’t want to mess with. Rovers, Mercedes, BMW. Selling these kinds of vehicles to the kind of people that come here to buy vehicles is a recipe for unhappy customers but they do it anyway and I am glad. I drove two hours because they were the only people who had the specific vehicle I wanted. THANKS!

Only thing good is they are fast at getting you in and out, other than that, I would pass on them, I bought a lexus from there, the tires were bald and the wheel studs are stripped and cross threaded, they want to charge me for it when Ive had the car 2 weeks. And drove maybe 200 miles on it, I had to get it serviced by lexus just to be told the oil was bad, the pcv valve is bad and I had to pay it all out of pocket. No I wont be going back there for anything. They rush you there in and out and then ignore you or make you wait for days or come up there multiple times for a simple issue. Save your money and look elsewhere.

I talked to the owner Mr. Sam today he Expressed his deepest apologies about what happened on March 30 please dont stop from buying vehicles from Indy Motors because of one bad apple that worked there. I dont usually write reviews, however the customer service I received from Indy Motors staff was outstanding. I am an 18 year old college student and was in the market to make my first car purchase by myself. I worked with Tanner and he did an incredible job working with my nonexistent credit history and low income. I test drove a 2014 Jeep Cherokee, which is a vehicle I had my heart set on getting. It was awesome, a really enjoyable ride! When I came in I was under time constraints to get to work on time. Tanner got my paperwork sent out quickly and I was out of the dealership driving home in my new car in no time. I can not thank Tanner enough for all his help. He had an extremely kind and honest demeanor and was eager and willing to help me with any and all concerns I had as a first time car buyer. Tanner and Indy Motors gave me an amazing car buying experience and I could not image going anywhere else!

All I can say I am so happy with my new car

Terrible customer service, if I could have given them zero stars I would have! Emailed and confirmed the availability of a truck yesterday and received emails from Tanner yesterday and day of appointment. Drove for an hour and arrived for scheduled appointment only to be met by a different sales person stating that the vehicle I was there to test drive had been sold the day before I confirmed its availability. Not very efficient way to run a business. We, the customers, value our time, and to bad the business could not have been charged for gas and 2 hours of wages for wasting my time. Buyers beware!
