If only the Customer Service was at least comparable to the merchandise but Sadly, it is Not. 98% of the staff Desperately is in need of diversity training. Jacob is a Sad example of the fact. It is Tragic to know and witness that going into 2022, there are still people who can Not rise to a level of customer service that does not reflect a positive image for the Company they are employed by. Either these people like Jacob and the bald head guy at the register, are incapable or they simply do not think they have to provide a pleasant shopping experience for the demographic that does not look like them. A Sad and Tragic representation for The Container Store.

The Container Store blew away all our expectations! We went in there to get a container for my jewelry and came out with an entire installed closet. Everything from the salesperson to the store pick up to the installer was so professional and easy to work with. Answered all our questions and the communication was great. Even after it was installed they wanted to make sure that we loved it! I would recommend The Container Store to everyone! They made us a customer for life!

Lynn at the container store is amazing! She helped me get one of my smaller closets organized and showed me all kinds of different options we could do for it. I will definitely be coming back in the future to get the rest of my closets organized.

EXTREMELY HELPFUL STAFF!!! They went above and beyond to assist me with what I was trying to find. They didnt have exactly what I was looking for but compromised with a similar item. They also pointed me in the right direction to find the item I needed. Highly recommend this store, thank you for all the help!

I did an online pickup order. The staff were all very nice and helpful. I ended up buying more than I ordered...lol

Nicely organized and laid out. Found exactly what I needed in seconds. Staff was charming and helpful and not pushy.

We were looking for Elfa custom closet design for a house remodeling job. We were met almost immediately by a design consultant when we entered the custom closet area in the store. She listened attentively to our needs and then invited us to shop while she completed the initial design. When she was done, she found us in the store and reviewed the design. We asked for a few revisions which she made while we watched. When we were satisfied, she asked us to wait a few minutes while she collected our order. She then accompanied us to the checkout, waited for us while we were in line, and then assisted the clerk with the checkout process. She then took our order outside and waited for us to get our truck - whereupon she loaded our order and asked if we needed anything else. The entire process took about 40 minutes - at the most! We were VERY satisfied with the experience. Were looking forward to getting the components installed in our closets after painting is completed this week.
