Terry Ackerman was my salesman. He was fabulous! I love my new floors! I did my whole house with LVP and carpet. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I would highly recommend. Also, the installers were fabulous too. They did a great job and its beautiful!

Nice showroom, but that does no good when no one offers to help when you go in. We walked around for a while with no greeting from the many salespeople we passed.

Great service. Great prices. Great installation. Malik Ferguson was my salesperson. Very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had been to several places before stopping in at ICC Floors in Castleton. I went in about a hour before closing. Was helped within 15 minutes, which gave me time to look around. I told him what I was looking for and my price range. He took me right to the choices I had and gave me samples. Paperwork was easy. Installers showed up about 15 minutes early, and finished in 1 day. I changed out 3 rooms and a hallway. They removed the old flooring, moved my furniture for me (which included 2 heavy fish tanks), installed the new, and cleaned everything up. I have 3 more bedrooms to change out. I will definitely call Malik and be a repeat customer. I highly recommend ICC Floors.

Not on time. Workers who come to the house are disrespectful. Need to watch what they are doing. Will put defective pieces in. Moving furniture back…will scratch your floor. We have had the floor replaced 3 times and waiting on the forth time. It’s the day before and no confirmation call to let us know if they are coming tomorrow.

Great install team and super happy with the product!But had 3 instances where the installers never showed on the appt and never got a call from the team at ICC. I brought this to the attention of senior management and they showed concern, apologized only to have it happen again on the next appt. today.This is not a installer issue per the Customer service person. Cant say enough good things about the installers. FAST Cleaned up and quality work!Updated review moving from 3 to 1 star. Installer showed up today to finish and fix 1 small blemish . Didnt have the final pierce of material(bull nose) to finish and didnt know he was supposed to install it. Once again horrible customer service from Josh and the ICC flooring team. We started this project in OCT . zero project management systems in place for this company.Tried to transfer to owner Cam .. mailbox is full and then disconnected me. Stay away...

Ask for Josh Lothamer! Josh is the most patient and kind person I have ever worked with. He understands that a lot goes into picking out the perfect tile, carpet or backsplash and that it’s not a decision to be rushed. I never once felt pressured to make a decision and he devoted his full attention, time and expertise to me. I won’t shop anywhere else...big shout out to Josh! Thanks!

Lack of integrity, Beware of Bait and Switch. I was directed to this company as an option for selecting flooring. My wife made the appointment with the sales agent Josh and we spent a good deal of time working through selections for wood flooring, shower tile and even counter top options. We were excited to come home with samples and eager to get the final prices after the builder discount. Long story short the biggest item on our list (pictured) came in a full $1.43 OVER the retail price on the sample. When I presented this to the manager he refused would not honor the price advertised or make any accommodations and when I asked to speak to the owner his reply was that he had no intention of honoring the advertised price.

I have been waiting since April for them to repair my shower floor. The house is brand new so after we closed I saw a crack on the floor and told them. I was told the warranty would take care of it. It’s 7 months later and the grout is coming up and the floor looks like it’s coming up. WHo knows if there is water damage to the subfloor by now. I’m still waiting to get this fixed! I’m appalled.

I visited ICC floors in Castleton today at about 4pm to shop for hardwood flooring for a whole house remodel.I called ahead and was advised I could just visit and look around. I was never offered an appointment nor did the person ask if they could assist me in anyway.When I arrived I was never greeted and found the wood flooring section on my own. There was a female salesperson assisting a customer but she never acknowledged me or said she would be with me soon or offered to get someone else to assist me. I continued to shop on my own but need information on pricing and selection.I was seen by 2 employees in the tile floor area and 2 people sitting at desks but they never asked if needed help.Even after the female salesperson was finished with her customer she walked right in front of me said nothing and went to the bathroom area.Finally the receptionist came by and I basically stood in her path and she asked if I needed help.I said yes and told her I have been waiting around for 20 or more minutes and no one has helped me.She apologized and said she would get someone. I waited another five minutes and noticed she was now on the phone ( maybe trying to get me some help? )I decided to just leave and search for wood flooring somewhere else.Very disappointing experience as we are in immediate need to pick out flooring for a home that is currently being remodeled.

We worked with Alicia and Jason to coordinate flooring for our WHOLE home. After a very botched start with a big box store, ICC Floors did not disappoint, and Alicia and Jason made this process so easy. First of all, their selection was mind boggling. That was the only hard part. And, we had initially gone into the process thinking we were going to have engineered hardwood put on our first level. Im really glad Jason talked us out of it. We have two rambunctious kids, so we went with a very tough Luxury Vinyl Plank. I cant even tell that its not wood and its absolutely more beautiful than the original engineered hardwood that wed picked out from the big box store. All in all, the installation process was painless and easy, all done in 3 days, and were absolutely in love with our new floors. I would recommend ICC Floors to ANYONE! Thanks Alicia and Jason! Recently had ICC Floors replace my kitchen and bathroom flooring. After having a bad experience with a big box store I was somewhat worried about going through the process again. But my experience with ICC was great. From the consultant, Aaron, to the installers. Brandon and his assistant, everything went smoothly. All were courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. Love, Love, Love my floors and will have ICC replace other flooring in the future.

Great experience with working with Dave Hoffman and ICC Floors. We had all of the floors in our home replaced and I cannot say enough about what a great job they did with both hard floor and carpet.It was easy and stress-free for such a large undertaking, and our home feels almost like brand new. Everything was timely, professional, and exactly as advertised. Will definitely be recommending them to family and friends.

Steve Clark and Ryan Helms have been excellent-to-date with providing customer service to correct a few minors issues that were overlooked/occured during initial installation of carpet and hardwood flooring in our newly constructed home. As far as we know, there are only a couple of additional items that need to be completed/fixed to properly finish everything. I have a call into Steve and will probably hear back from him next week to schedule these final items. Assuming you dont see an update from me here after next week, everything went great once again.

After some confusion about sending the estimate and confirming the appointment, they did excellent work on a unique hardwood project on my stairs. The workers were very courteous and professional and they did an excellent job with cleanup. I already had the wood so they only charged for labor and the price was very competitive. I would recommend ICC Floors.

We were apprehensive about getting floors installed as it was pretty much the whole house; living room, dining room, TV room, kitchen, and hallway. There are a lot of horror stories about these installations. To our complete delight it was a great experience from the beginning. Paul Howcott is a true professional and did an excellent job in setting up the project. His demeanor put our whole family at ease. We were told the installers would show up between 8:30 and 10:00 AM. They arrived at 8:45 AM and got right to work. When they finished on Monday I asked what time to expect them on Tuesday. I was told 8:30 AM. They arrived at exactly 8:30 AM. The lead installer was very pleasant and easy to work with. The project was completed when he said it would be. After they left I found 2 minor things needing correcting. I contacted Paul about this and these items were corrected the next day. I would recommend Paul and ICC with no reservations.Jim Gleason

Well after two additional visits and multiple phone calls they NEVER got back in touch with us to schedule an appointment to measure our house. We wanted to give them our business! This is not a away to run a business - poor customer service. If the job is too small then tell prospective clients upfront. Go spend your money where they will treat you like a customer should be treated - we want to earn your business because we are professionals that can provide a high quality service and we care about our reputation as a business.

My new carpet is BEAUTIFUL! Terry Ackerman is wonderful. He came over, measured and kept in touch throughout. He met me at the store and helped pick out samples to take home. The installers were pros and had it all done in one day. They took all the stress out of everything. I could not be happier with the entire process and the end result.

The ICC Floors showroom is HUGE, with so many carpet options my wife an I were overwhelmed on where to even start. But, our salesman was very helpful, and after a short conversation we narrowed down a selection that fit our budget and style. The installation guys were on time, courteous, and frankly a joy to chat with. We only did one room of carpet initially, but Im now measuring for the rest of the house, and maybe even some hardwood. I called ICC for the first time ever. Spoke with a Mike in sales to request an estimate on a 1,500 sq ft hardwood floor project. I mentioned having two other flooring companies estimating the job. I would like to get quotes and meet the companies to determine who I trust giving $20,000 for a quality job. He rudely replied they dont get into bidding wars and not interested. Unfortunately his uneducated hot temper quick trigger had no idea I am not looking for the lowest bidder. I am a normal person looking to interview the companies prior to letting them in my home and spending thousands with. Plus, this project was just the start. I have two more larger flooring projects to be completed later this year. I am a business owner myself and cannot believe how this was handled. I ended the call once I quickly realized this is not a company or person I want to give my money to. I raise warning flags to others about this company most particular this Mike sales person.

We had a home built in2016. Builders used this company. We have had nothing but problems with their lament flooring. They cut some boards to short and they keep moving away from the walls. I have had them out three times for the same issue. They just tell me it’s because I don’t have a humidifier. Funny, my floor isn’t doing this any where else. The third time they came out, the technician took a rubber mallet to floor and put the boards back in place. The problem is, the boards came out from the wall 3 days later. I was told this would be a courtesy call. I then received a bill 147.00 a month later. I called them, they had me talk to Steve. He said it would be taken care of. I just received another bill. They lie, they don’t back they’re products. Several of my neighbors are having problems with their floors as well. Buyers be ware, they maybe nice in the showroom but after you buy and have problems, they don’t want to deal with you

Had appointment set up for measurements. No call. No show. Had to call them. Now have to wait for another week.

I talked to the man that came to measure the floors 2 weeks after he measured and he could not set a date for a further 2 weeks to do the job. We set a time of 9-10:30 am two weeks out for the work to be done. I called them back on the day of the install at 10:45 to see what was going on and they could not even locate the worker that was supposed to do the install. so it took 2 weeks to hear back, 2 weeks before they could come out and now they are over an hour late with no idea where the installer is even at or what he is doing. How did they make it right. They said sorry. I would save my money or spend it else where.

Sean was wonderful to work with and helped me find the perfect carpet for my new house. They did a wonderful job installing it and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Happy with the plank flooring. Not happy with the two days to lay it or the 2 weeks to get the transition pieces install. The 1/4 round wasn’t installed with enough nails to hold it down properly. The overall experience was frustrating to say the least.

Our builder uses this company for flooring. First they were going to install the wrong color but my husband caught it. They didn’t have the carpet we originally chose so we were told we were getting an ‘upgrade’. (We had already done a 2 step upgrade when choosing with the builder.)Within the first month of being in our new home the carpet was coming up at the transition. The technician scheduled was a no call no show the first time. Finally get him out & he stretches the carpet to correct the issue. A few months later the carpet starts coming up in a different spot. Someone came out & fixed it. Shortly after it was up again. A nice technician came out to fix it again..he said the condition of the carpet was terrible, that it looked like it had been shampooed a couple times (we hadn’t shampooed it even once, we had only been in our home for 11 months) and that it could absolutely not be stretched any further after he got done. He said it looked like it was 3-5 year carpet.After he left my husband ran the vacuum and the carpet came up!!! I immediately called the next business day. When a builder rep came he noticed you could see a seam in the carpet, which we had complained about but figured we were the only ones that cared. The vinyl plank flooring has good size gaps in several places as well.A different technician came out again. Said the best option was to pull up & love the transition hoping that would stop the carpet from coming up. But now from all the stretching, it is coming away from the wall in a different area. It has been almost 3 weeks now & no one has called to schedule to fix our carpet & flooring. Would not recommend.

The staff member we worked with was courteous but must have had limited knowledge of the products I was inquiring about. I asked questions regarding durability, wear, staining, care instructions. I was ASSURED this product would meet the standards I was asking about. The staff member commented several times he even had the same product in his home. Within weeks after installation we started having problems that I asked about during the process of selecting the correct product for our home and lifestyle. Either the staff member has NO knowledge of the product he is selling or he is flat out lying to get commissions. I do not recommend this store. I have visited ProSource on the south side and was told of the limitations of the products I chose. The staffer at ICC was very misleading. I will NEVER shop at ICC again.

Never got the quote over a month after the salesman came out to measure. I followed up with him and he said I have it by the end of the week that was last Friday I called tonight and I found out he was on vacation I’m moving on to another store.

Terrible, HORRIBLE Customer Service. Would give ZERO stars, were that an option. The best description of ICC is “Profit over People”. ICC cares about one thing only; cutting corners to pad their bottom line. They were quite a bit better a few years ago when we used them, but whatever happened there around 2017 or so has caused this company to become desperate, cut even MORE corners, and then try to blame everyone but themselves for their shortcomings. Save yourself the money and trouble. Run far, Run FAST from this sinking ship.

The showroom was excellent. I cant express how nice it is to view large samples, and then to have the option to check them out for a weekend. It makes all the difference viewing them in the lighting of your own home next to your other existing flooring and furnishings.

Promises were made that werent kept, installers were also told false information, was charged for things that werent completed and given no compensation. This was supposed to be a quick install was told that flooring was local then found out it was states away and took a week just to get material. Will never use again and will never recommend to anyone.

We called over two weeks ago and the gentleman was suppose to check if they could obtain the flooring we wanted . He never got back to us. Based upon our experience and others here, how does this place stay in business?

The salesman were around if I needed questions answered. I just wish if I stated I didn’t want this “such and such” in my floors that they were more direct with me in reminding me about such things when I picked out my floor. The floor I picked out is nice, but I only had small sample to look at and it had 2 of the no no’s on my list! And the wrong floor color was ordered, so had to wait an additional week and a half to start having my floors put down and it took longer than estimated.

The backsplash installer Dan was awesome. He did a great job. Very respectful and personable. My wife and I are extremely happy with our kitchen backsplash.

ICC Floors was the flooring subcontractor on our 2 year old Pulte home. The quality of the work from their subs was substandard and has required multiple warranty claims (some of which remain unresolved still).We have had multiple issues with laborers not showing at the correct times, not completing work, not having the necessary materials to complete the work and rushing through jobs.We have several areas of carpet that still do not match the dimensions of the room. We have asked ICC Floors (Steve) to visit our home muitple times to see for himself how poorly the work was done. He has refused.

I am a new homeowner and we wanted to redo our counter tops! Alicia Buford is seriously the most amazing person to work with! We had a small hiccup and she was on it immediately and was extremely attentive to every small detail. She was timely and has excellent communication! Working in the service industry it’s hard to impress me but this girl goes above and beyond!! I would 100% recommend her to all my family and friends! She’s a huge asset to icc floors and I couldn’t be more grateful to her for everything.

Horrible customer service! Salesperson Candace should be fired! Promises made and not kept. Complained to management regarding salesperson with no results. Floors came in several weeks after promised. Hard to place an order. Owners absent and uncaring. Too many floor stores out there to deal with this nightmare. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. We will next time.

We built a new house and had to work with ICC per our builder. 85% of the tile in the house had to be replaced 3 times. First they installed the wrong tiles pretty much everywhere. Then the workmanship was so bad they all had to be ripped up again. Some tiles were touching others while had quarter inch gaps. On our backsplash, the tiles were all sagging going at angles.To add insult to injury, our contact at ICC would never respond to emails and even when I went to their showroom she was never there and when I would leave a message with someone else no one would ever get back to me.We finally got everything fixed after months, but it took the owner of ICC coming to our house to make sure his crew did a good job.I would not recommend giving your business to ICC, not only do they put a bad product out there, but no one but the owner cares to fix it or help when thinks go wrong.

The entire staff at ICC Floors is great to work with. We had a tight turnaround to work with before the holidays and they exceeded expectations.

Very nice facility, however the individual we dealt with, a woman named Candice, was quite unprofessional and discourteous, and was also more interested in flirting with and talking to my boyfriend than in helping us with our needs. I would recommend ICC Floors, just not that particular employee.
