Much like every other business, Mattress Firm was understaffed. They only had 1 sales rep on a weekday evening. There were 3 customers in the store, so not everyone was attended to a great deal. However, Tyler did a great job balancing that and making sure everyone was taken care of.

Terrible experience! Bought a serta i series hybrid 3000 on clearance. Sales rep did not tell me I could possibly be buying a broken bed and worse they didnt add my warranty at time of purchase to protect me if bed is defective! Which was! Told me Im stuck with the bed and been told the past 3 weeks was going to be contacted by the district manager. Have not heard anything and have been following up every 2 days for the past 3 weeks. Terrible customer service all around and what a waste of money! I will be telling all my friend and family to watch out for this store! They will screw you over thousands of dollars and not do anything to remedy the problem.

I bought a queen size mattress from an unnamed very funny, mildly sarcastic man, who also conned me into adopting the cutest teddy bear for a small donation - I loved it. He gave me an amazing deal and I really needed it. I looked all over my receipt for his name and was unable to find it. I have recommended this store to others and will continue to do so. Richie worked with me to give me the best product in my budget and also worked to find me discounts where he could. I chose to go inexpensive with my sons bed, so I returned this week to upgrade. Richie remembered my son and I, treated us both like family, and continued to work to get us exactly what we wanted at a good price. They sold me a floor model (Todd) and told me they all come with 120 days warranty, the mattress started sagging after one week, called the store three times, they didnt want to help, kept telling me to go online and file a claim or call the 800 number, 800 number says go online because of the pandemic, 800 number says to call the store, this is a joke, if yo cant operate under the pandemic, then dont sell either, and dont scam customers.They ask you to give them a review while still there (probably thinking most people won’t go back to edit their review)

I bought a mattress on sale and it was a great deal! However it was about two weeks late and then after FedEx took over the order they lost it. I did however get ahold of a rep by the name of Josh( sorry unknown last name) he did a wonderful job helping me and figuring out exactly what had gone wrong! Very helpful, very responsive and very amazing people! I’ve got my new mattress ordered for my new home and it’s entirely thanks to him!!! He’s wonderful!!!!Edit-We never got the mattress. It was a month later and it never came- we had to cancel and order one from wayfair because it was cheaper and nicer than theirs oh and it came in a week. Free delivery too. Do not use them- they are over priced.

We went to Mattress Firm to see the purple mattress in person. While there we tried several other mattresses. In the end we decided on the TempurPedic instead. Richie was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. He does a little dealing when possible and overall was a pleasure to deal with. We ended up spending a lot of money but I suspect well be happy for years to come. If not well take advantage of their 120 day return policy.
