I had an appt for an oil change at 3:30pm. At 5pm, went to the service desk to find out status to find my car sitting in the ready/done lane. I had to find someone to check me out as I needed to leave for work call. Pleased with the actual service my car received, but the customer service lacked a bit.

I took my Nissan to Tom Wood in Carmel because my vehicle is still under warranty and I want to make sure they inspect it for any issues that would be covered. Tom Wood is also only 3.5 miles from my house.My Pathfinder has only 15K miles. I was told I needed a wheel alignment. The tires are wearing evenly and I can let go of the wheel and it tracks perfectly straight. So no signs of a needed alignmentThey also did not give me a vehicle inspection reportSo, since I no longer trust them I am forced to drive to Avon instead of the 3.5 miles to Tom Wood

Very happy with my transition from Tom WOOD Ford to Tom Wood NISSAN. My Service Consultant, Adrian Owens, at TW Nissan was more than AMAZING. He helped me to understand the difference between a Synthetic oil change and the Blend. As well, he noted that I had 2 recalls for my ALTIMA, I had scheduled an appointment for recalls for a future date, he let me know that it could be done the same day (that day). EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE‼️‼️‼️. Had I been looking to buy a new car and he was the Sales Consultant, I would have purchased a new vehicle‼️ Well deserving of Acknowledgements, a raise and a promotion.

Local Service staff was great…. Website to do online scheduling of appointment was disappointing as well as calling number for service. Both have changed… schedule online is over a week out for just oil change. Phone number routes to call center rather than local with no call back

They had only 2 of the 3 items listed and told me that one of the 2 costs $80 more than was quoted the day prior. %30 more.Why did they only have 2/3?Why after asking to confirm the prices, when I show up the next morning its %30 higher cost?I just left, plan to call the manager & continue shopping around.

Came here because of how well rated this location was. As someone who works in a service job myself, I have pretty high standards when it comes to how to handle customers. I also know how little effort it takes to treat people well. 3 out of the 4 people I dealt with we’re not so pleasant. The first person I ran into guided me into a good spot to check in my truck for servicing, and he was a tad rude, and said very little. It takes as much effort to lift a finger as it does to say hello and speak full sentences when addressing someone. I checked in with Erin and she was great, no complaints there, but once I got into my shuttle, I gave my address to the driver, as one does when getting driven back home, he snaps on me and says he doesn’t have a clue where that is and doesn’t have GPS either. Which was a great first impression if you ask me. Also, I made the mistake of leaving my house key in my key fob so I asked the shuttle to turn around and let me grab them. Asking a service agent to get them for me once I got back to the dealership was as if I asked the world of her. With a huge sigh she drops what she’s doing and drags herself to go grab them. Don’t think I’ll come back for another service appointment.

The staff at Tow Wood Nissan was great. I talked to Todd Lloyd my salesman on the phone before i made the 45 minute drive down about what i needed and wanted out of my trade and what i needed in a payment. When i got to the dealership i expected the normal run around ( we cant give you what we thought for your trade and your payment is going to be higher and we need more down) but that was far from what happened. They held true to thier word. Everything we talked about on the phone they held up on thier end and then some. I would highly recommend this dealership and salesman Todd Lloyd to anyone. Just had our first free oil change at Tom Wood Nissan. Appointment time was kept, service was prompt. My husband asked if they had checked all the fluids and received an affirmative answer. The very next day the power steering was making a noise; the fluid well was almost empty. There is no leak. This was obviously not checked. Just because the service is “free” does not mean you are allowed to do a sub par job. Unacceptable.

The staff at Tom Wood was very friendly and informative. I already knew exactly what vehicle I wanted so I can’t speak to how well they might guide you on what vehicle to purchase. I can say that I felt they made every effort to explain the various add ons and which ones were really necessary as well as the breakdown of costs of everything contributing to your monthly payments. The only issue I had was with the financing which I believe was in part a function of timing. When I raised concerns they were quick to resolve the issue. I’m very happy with my purchase and the service at this establishment.

Purchased a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan in Feb 2021 after doing quite a bit of price shopping. It was a great price and the included lifetime power train warranty was a great added value. Just took it in for one of the free service appointments that were included. I was quite impressed by the availability of appointments. They were quick, did a great job, and even washed the van.The whole experience has been great. Low pressure, helpful sales and finance staff. Great followup service. Great vehicle.

We had a great experience leasing a new Rogue at Tom Wood. We weren’t sure what to buy as I had been having difficulty getting out of a sedan. Our sales person was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with. He pointed out features in the Rogue that would be very helpful for us and answered all our questions. 70k miles later I still love my Nissan Leaf S Plus. As a full-time driver I save $1000 a month in fuel over my last vehicle. 225 range battery costs me $5 a day to charge on my home electric bill. Silent power, these are so fun to drive and cost pennys compared to dollars per gallon. Charging stations are all over and some are even complimentary or free.

Unfortunately, I have to change my opinion of this place. I give two stars only for those who greeted me and invited me in to have a seat. Took way too long and then got an estimate of work to be done that was not needed!! Estimate of almost &2000!! Told they couldn’t reset a light that was set off by the alarm inadvertently. Took vehicle to another certified AES mechanic and car was checked 4 times with nothing wrong. As I told Nissan, the light just needed to be reset! It’s fine. What a rip off this would have been! Never again!

We worked with Jason here, who was very helpful. When we first arrived, it was a bit of a shot in the dark because it happened to be nearby and we werent having much luck at other dealerships. Had to turn them down at first because the only vehicle they had in my budget at the time was a stick shift that I dont know how to drive. Whoops. Bad luck, because it was a good car too! Gave Jason my contact info and he said hed keep his eye out for stuff in my budget range. He called me maybe an hour later saying that they just got a trade-in that sounded like a good option for me and they could adjust the price to just meet my budget. 2008 Camry, very good condition. We went back, did a test drive, and honestly they hadnt even gotten to detail the car yet but it looked and drove great. I was super upfront about what I could do when they asked what I was looking for, and they only asked me once or twice if I was sure about cars that were over my budget and financing and such without trying to actually pressure me lol. Overall a good experience!

Scheduled my appointment for 8:30, June 7, 2021 for a recall from Nissan on the ABS actuator. At 1:50 I called the service advisor to get an update because the online status check still said check-in completed. The service advisor told me he would check with the foreman and call me back. He also stated that they dont start working on cars until about 10:00 tbe day of because they have to finish up the cars from the day before. No call and it was 5:00 when I got a text stating the recall work was now complete even though Nissan said I didnt need an ABS actuator because everything checked out fine. Great. The list of items that they said needed immediate attention came to about $6500. Of course this is what dealerships do...... OVERCHARGE! I declined ALL and will be taking the list to my mechanic for a second opinion.To try and make things right the service manager said he would give me a free oil change. My response to him was I will never come back to Tom Wood. I read the reviews, although mixed, I am of the impression they just dont have what it takes to ever get me to use them EVER again.BTW, the person who scheduled my appointment needs to get a job that doesnt involve talking to people!Nuff said.

So helpful. Erin Powell (no relation) is the best!!! She explained the projected timeline upfront so I wouldnt be surprised at length of time to get my issue fixed. She also explained how warranty procedure would work. No surprises other than it taking less time to fix and also how much less it cost. Prior to this, I took my car to Midas (big mistake) and felt completely taken advantage of because I dont understand cars. With Erin and Tom Wood, I did not feel that way at all. 10/10 highly recommend.

Very attentive service advisor and service manager. Listened to us about what was going on with our 2014 Altima that was “repaired” @ Belle Tire! Also, rode around in car to hear what was actually going on! Found out our brake pads were put in upside down and never checked why the heat shield was rattling. Dropped off my vehicle 6-14-2021 picked it up 7-13-2021. There was a hail storm the evening of 6-18-2021 into the morning of 6-19-2021. My vehicle was damaged in said hail storm. I understand that they cant control the weather however in the 24 days after said storm I should have been notified. I wasnt even told until after I paid $1015.41. Horrible communication with customers and hard to get in contact with them.

I scheduled my service online at a time that was convenient for me. They picked up my car at my home to take it for service. They texted me when they were working on it, and I was able to pay for my service online very quickly and easily. They returned my car to my house when it was finished with a full service report. It was FANTASTIC. I loved the service and that I didn’t have to go to the the shop and wait around. I was able to run other errands while my car was getting worked. This service visit was a far cry from the previous one. To give you a little background. I purchased a new truck drove it for a couple of days and the tires were out of balance. Brought it back for rebalanced at the service department. They sent me to the service manager. He proceeded to yell and be very disrespectful for me asking to have the tires rebalanced. I went in this time to have the alternator looked at after four years. The young lady was accommodating got my truck taken care of. It will still take a couple more visits before Im comfortable dealing with Tom Wood service department.
