Pike collision is a gem in the auto restorative industry. I recently had a side mirror replaced at their shop in Indianapolis. I was 100% satisfied with the quality of work and at a price I considered fair. The customer service from the junior owner was excellent too. Most importantly, I admired their contributions to the local community based on various accolades posted in the shop!

I am thoroughly impressed with Pike Collision and plan to return if I ever need work done on my vehicle again. My vehicle was beautifully restored, waxed, washed, and the interior cleaned! I received a detailed print out of all the negotiations that took place and all the work done. My questions were addressed and the staff was courteous! Pike was in contact with my rental services and extended the rental contract for me before I even asked about the next steps! I even called the rental company to verify and was amazed that I only had to sit back and wait until the vehicle was completely repaired! I cant praise them enough! Quality work, super patient and knowledgeable staff. I had my car keyed and vandalized across three panels and the hood. They took care of it and worked around my schedule. Their quoted price came in half that of a famous Indy chain and, based on the positive reviews here, I selected them for the repair to my car. They did an AMAZING job straightening out some seriously messed up sheet metal, and repainting to perfection. The stellar 5-star service? Giving my car a buffing to try to polish out various other scrapes and scratches, and even cleaned my interior and trunk to a spotless condition!!!! I cannot give them enough credit for service that went above and beyond!

I live in Nashville currently. I visited indy to go to a funeral on a Friday. I hit a pothole and the undercarriage part of my car fell completely off. I had to drive back to Nashville on Sunday. (keep in mind theyre not open on Saturday) It was cold and snowing as well.I called in and told the owner what happen and he told me to bring it by. I was in and out in less than 40mins and I wasnt charged an outrageous amount of money. I would definitely recommend their work.
