Completely unprofessional, part for sun roof as “ordered” 6 wks ago.No communication between Ashley/ Travis. They both were completely unapologetic about the delays. Never called about up dates, horrible.NEVER USE THEM. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!

Coming from a former IndyCar backgrounds I must say that I am a bit picky. Travis and his team are second to none! Last year they did some major repairs on my WRX, The paint job was flawless and I am more than happy with the results. One year later I noticed a small defect that was no one‘s fault, I brought it to Travis‘s attention and without question he took care of it. Good body shops are hard to come bye but I strongly recommend travis and his team at Falcone hands-down.

This is the ONLY place VW and Subaru drivers should take their cars when they need any kind of body work. They are not only wonderful and caring people, but their work is perfect. I was hit by a Semi back in February and was extremely nervous about the work being done to my 2017 Outback. The manager, Travis, kept me updated along the way and when I got my car back, it looked better than new.

Definitely a great experience at the Falcone Collision Center.Service was prompt and professional at both the former location and the new collision center. The new location is very convenient to access and the waiting area is a big upgrade from before.There was a slight mishap with my insurance claim charges and the staff had everything sorted out ASAP. Honest mistakes happen so a big Thank You! to everyone. The finished repairs are top notch and their reputation is well deserved.Highly recommended.

The crew at Falcone Collision Center was absolutely wonderful. They were able (for my unique situation) to pre-order parts for my body work to minimize the time my car had to be in the shop. They provided me timely updates and were incredibly kind. I certainly hope I will not be back anytime soon, but Im glad to know theres a great place to take my Subaru for repair here in downtown Indy!

First off the work they did was amazing. Looks absolutely brand new. I have had my car and my wifes forester worked on and both were professionally done.On the other hand it took a couple of days longer than told and I had to call myself to get status updates. I think they were a little short handed and packed at the time so its not a big deal. Either way I would recommend anybody take there car there.

I was in a minor accident a couple weeks ago. I called Falcone Collision (I purchased my car from Falcone as well) the next morning. They were amazing and so helpful throughout the whole process. They prepared my quote quickly, worked with my insurance company, and were able to repair the damage and get my car back to me in no time!! It looks like new! The customer service there is always the best. I highly recommend Falcone to anyone and everyone!! Thank you!!!

Theyve had my car for 5 days going on 6 and havent touched it yet. They told me they were going to take it over to the service center 2 days ago and have the engine looked at before they did any body work. I called back yesterday to find out that they never did that. I was told by a receptionist tonight that the worker was out of the office but would be back before they closed, so i left a message on his phone (as i was instructed to do) and was told he would call me as soon as he was back. Well theyve been closed for an hour and I still havent gotten a call. I am on vacation and trusted them with my car based on other reviews but they have made it extremely hard to enjoy my vacation when it feels like I have to babysit them. UPDATE: Now that they are working on it. They are very nice and are doing everything to get the price as low as possible. Most mechanics/shops wont do that. Because of that Im changing my rating all the way up to 4 stars, just because of how rare that is and how much i appreciate it.

After owning my Subaru (purchased at Falcone Subaru...) for less than 3 months I was was hit and left with body damage on my new car. I knew immediately this is where I wanted to take my vehicle and was not disappointing. The team got me in right away, worked with my insurance, and did an outstanding job. Shes as good as new.
