Took my truck to have the top repaired from a self-inflicted and sizeable dent that had started to rust out. Brian and Jordan were absolutely great to do with from start to finish. Truck looks good as new! I am not someone who writes reviews on a regular basis. However, my experience with Collision Specialties definitely warrants this review. I needed a repair on my 2019 Audi RS3 (rear quarter panel). My insurance company gave me the names of a couple collision companies in town that were in their preferred network. After doing some research I decided to go with Collision Specialties instead of the other guys. Not only did they do an excellent job repairing my car without having to completely replace my quarter panel. They completed the repair (including paint) in less then 4 days!! I needed some work done from a minor collision and I paid out of pocket.I went to 3 different collision shops. This was the only shop that recommended an alternative option that saved me over $1000. They acknowledged that it was in their best interest that I choose the more expensive slightly more thorough approach but they couldn’t in good faith recommended it and said they’d rather have a customer return to them and recommend them to others instead of making an extra few hundred dollars today.They did a great job on the repair and are honest.

I was recommended to Collision Specialties from a coworker and was impressed with their work, and will highly recommend their services. Mark and Brian are very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process including dealing with the insurance paperwork. I was in an accident in my Jeep due to another vehicle pulling in front of me at the last moment. It was during this time where Mark, who is a Jeep expert, showed me some options I could do if I so choose, and there were no selling pressures. I decided to go with some after market upgrades instead of the factory parts. My Jeeps frame alignment was fixed and any mechanical and drive-ability issues were resolved. They are reasonably priced, thank you so much for getting my ride back on the road with the new upgrades.

My daughters brand new car was involved in an accident that was not her fault. I took her car here based off the reviews and proximity to our home. The insurance company of the driver at fault was out of state and extremely difficult to work with. They stayed on top of the insurance company and made sure the car was fixed with top quality parts to ensure you could not tell it had been in an accident without knowing. The work they did was amazing! They also guarantee their work for as long as we onw the car so that gives us peace of mind, especially since her car was new.

What can I say about Collision Specialties besides you need to take your car there if you are in need of body work! I had a piece of shrapnel bounce up and put in a dent in the hood of my car on the interstate. This shrapnel ruined the paint job as well! Took the automobile to Collision Specialties and after getting a large estimate from the luxury dealer body shop, Collision fixed it for 60% less than what the luxury body shop was charging. The work they did is impeccable and the paint matching is exemplary! I would truly recommend them moving forward! This work was done on a 2019 LEXUS ES350 !

Just got my 2011 C350 back from them today after getting into an accident that luckily wasn’t my fault last month (both parties walked away fine). Saw nothing but rave reviews on Collision Specialties so I knew I had to give them a shot. Mark and Brian have a great operation and always keep you up to date on how your repairs are going, they won’t let the insurance company walk over you or your vehicle. They only use OEM parts for repairs and won’t let your vehicle leave until it looks the same, if not better than it rolled of the lot. I’ve also never had or heard of a body shop that wet sand and polishes your vehicle after whatever body work was done to follow through on the previous statement. My car looks amazing and I will for sure give Collison Specialties my future business and recommend all of my friends in the Charlotte area who need a great place for their vehicles body work needs!

Great place to go. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and honest. We had someone back into the door of our Prius and it needed to be replaced and painted. We shopped around and they were on par with other estimates even a few dollars less. The job they did looks fantastic. They even touched up a scratch not related to the incident for free. I scratched my brand new Honda Odyssey and messed up my bumper and headlight and was sick to my stomach at what I’d done. I called Mark and he asked me to bring it by for him to see the damages if I was in the area. Mark was super nice and knowledgeable about what it would take to make it new again. We took my van to him and they said it would be done in 4 days. On the fourth day they weren’t sure they would have it ready and it ended up not being ready because they didn’t want to rush anything and they wanted to make sure it was done perfect which I very much appreciated. I was in an accident and picked this shop simply based on the stellar reviews and they followed through spectacularly! You simply cant find a better shop to work on your car. My M3 was hit on the back right side and you wouldnt even be able to tell it was ever in an accident. It looks flawless!! Mark is super responsive and will ensure your car looks back to normal like it was his own. This is the kind of customer service you dont find anymore and I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who has any doubts.

Somebody backed up into my passenger door. These folks did a perfect job of fixing it and blending the paint, no one would ever be able to tell anything happened, great job and Bryan was a pleasure to work with!

After my insurance company told me I could choose my repair shop, I decided on Collision Specialist due to the extensive positive reviews. Now, I wholehartedly agreed with the great reviews. From the appointment with Brian for the estimate, to the date my repair would be completed, Brian was on point. My Toyota Camry hybrid bumper and trunk look like new after the damage was repaired. Although they were very busy Mark took the time out to get me a chair while I waited for the rental. Such good guys. I highly recommend.

Mark and his guys did a great job replacing the quarter panel on my 2012 BMW. The paint was perfectly blended, and to the eye it is impossible to tell any work was done. They had a rental car for me on site when I dropped off my car. When I picked it up, it was fully detailed and looked better than new! I would recommend these guys to anyone in a heartbeat!

Fantastic! Collision Specialties repaired my brand new red minivan after an accident and repainted my door after the repairs. My car looked absolutely brand new, and the color red matched my car perfectly. You couldnt tell they did work on my car if you tried. Great experience!
