Im not happy because I drove all the way from Kearney to purchase a aluminum cargo carrier bcuz they were suppose to be the only store that hadm in, not! I needed one to carry my wifes mobility scooter for our trip on the 29th oppose to ordering online bcuz of time, drove all the way from Kearney only to find it was a 🤥, they didnt have any! Its called up date people, do that to your systems please! OMG!

I went in the store to purchase an aluminum cargo hitch rack. After finding the one I want I took the TAKE THIS CARD TO THE REGISTER card to the cashier. After standing in line and finally getting my turn the cashier said sorry we are out of stock I really needed this for our upcoming trip so I said I will just purchase the demo model. She said no you cant! I ask her why I cant have that one. She said because we need it to show other customers so they know what we have. I said you DO NOT HAVE IT! She said, WELL WE WILL GET MORE!! To which another employee (WHICH I BELIEVE WAS THE MANAGER) walks by and spouted off WELCOME TO COVID SIR I WAS SHOCKED THATA: I WASNT EVEN TAKING TO YOUB: COVID HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE FACT THAT THIS STORE IS DISPLAYING SOMETHING THEY DO NOT HAVE TO SELL AND REFUSING SELL ME WHAT THEY HAVE!

If you are a new home owner or just want to start building up your tool collection, this is the place. They have a tools that are in the same group but they are categorized as; good, better and best. So you pay for what you get. You want to go with the lowest priced drill or the higher end one? I go for the cheapest but its not cheaply made. Thats my opinion, but I also dont need to use a heating gun and an electric sander everyday. If you sign up with them you can get mailers with really good coupons - sometimes free stuff (mini flashlights, magnetic ashtray thingy, etc.)

Great deals if you know what to look for. Some tools are basically single use, but some items are top notch. The Daytona Jacks, US General toolboxes, the Bauer and Hercules lines are great quality. The hand tools are great for a home DIYer on a budget.

Cheap tools gets one or two jobs done. Anything more than that is all good luck.

They said they stock 365 root beer and it was not on the shelve. And the designer root beeshelves had was at least $2 more what I could buy at a regular store.

This place always has sales and awesome coupons, pretty good selection of items sometimes the quality is so so compared to name brand stuff, but they are constantly improving their products with better stuff and warranties, Ive shopped here alot, the only thing I wish is they sold more shop tools(tire machines, balancers ), even online would be ok. But over all its a great value for the money and i will continue to keep going back .

Doesnt carry items that are on sale according to the emails they send out. They tell you to come back on Thursday because thats when we get our truck in. Then you show up and they say we are unloading the truck now can you come back tomorrow and see if we got it in stock then or Saturday. Mind you they may only receive 1 or none of the item.How messed up is that management team

Ive been shopping at Harbor Freight for over 20 years. The store is clean and well organized. Staff is friendly and helpful. They sell lots of cool items I havent found anywhere else, especially not at these prices, and all their hand tools are lifetime guaranteed. I would give them 5 stars except they have discontinued many of my favorite tools.

Normally the service at this location is fairly good but today that wasnt the case. Today I went into the store and found the first few item on my shopping list without a problem.I started looking for an aluminum D-Ring.I walked all over that store and seen several employees stocking merchandise and even stopped and scanned the aisles looking for those D-Rings and not one employee asked me if I needed help. I finally asked the cashier and she asked another employee and she told me they were either on aisle 4 or on the back wall. I did not find them back there in either of those places or a empty spot where they might have been. I gave up looking and headed for the cashier and while waiting in line there they were on the display area around the check stand. My complaint might sound petty to some and they are entitled to feel that way. I have a bum leg and I experience a certain amount of discomfort when I have done excessive walking. It is very obvious Im handicapped because I wear a leg brace on the outside of my clothing and I have a very distinctive limp when I walk. Next time I will shop at another location.

Great place to buy cheap tools. All hand tools can be exchanged If they break. Coupons are easy to find and you can get something free with purchases with coupon. Staff is usually pretty nice.

Its a great store with prices that cant be beat. Only reason I give it 4 stars and not 5, is because I think it needs to offer a few common services, such as propane sales and refilling for the larger tanks, and key making/duplication.

They have raised prices and still carry the same brands. Everything bought at Harbor Freight is disposable after a couple of uses. They used to carry rotary tool attachments for (Dremel type) tools, not anymore

Listen, this place is what it is - I go here when I don’t need the best tool and when I don’t need handholding.When I just need a good tool that’s going to do the job at a reasonable price or even low cost rate- I go here.I know what they have, and I don’t go there for what they don’t have - I go there for what I want that they have – good enough is good enough.That said, to keep their low prices, the staff isn’t the best, again, they’re good enough, and they don’t keep the lines low, that’s not their goal, their goal is to get you what you need at a reasonably low price – which means, they don’t spend a lot of money on staff.You need to decide what you want, do you want to spend a lot of money for an overpriced tool, or do you want to get what you need and get out and go get the job done – it’s up to you.

Nice place. They dont require masks, (I wear one everywhere anyway). But theyre big on 6 feet, which is nice, even the floor is marked.

Great spot for those tools you’re gonna use one time. Stuff doesn’t last as long or have the quality of the high dollar American made tools but it’s a good place to get tools cheap. Or if you want a set of tools to keep in the car or at your moms, it has the perfect cheap sets.

9 a.m. open time on Sunday....... 9 a.m...... at 9 a.m. on Sunday Ive been up for 3 and 1/2 hours. People have stuff to do. Did I mention they open at 9 a.m.?..... On Sunday, you know, the day that people do stuff around the house.
