Earlier in the week, Great service and was able to get right In when I had a puncture on one tire. Staff enjoy jokes with other workers trying to make other jump from how loud my horn is on my car 🤣

I came in for a flat tire repair. They was honest and told me Id have to replace the tire because the tread on the tire was pretty much none existing. I was fine with that, then he said he would give me two tires for a discount. They said my fronts was good but the backs both needed the replacement so I agreed. Well I waited and my car was finally done and when they brought it up they accidentally put the tires on the front and left the bad tired on the back . Well they fixed the mistake and I have four new tires now and I want to say thank you for your time and patience and effort. Ill be back you earned my business thats for sure

Great service and friendly/helpful staff. I was visiting Kansas City and got a flat tire. The team got me in and new ties on in less than an hour. They did not pressure me to buy more than was needed and I felt like they knew what they were talking about.

We had a flat on a tire covered by road hazard. We called DT mid afternoon and couldnt get there til 5. They said Just get here and well take care of the rest. We were on and our in 30 mins. Great service and real customer service.

Always a great experience. Theyre willing to help, show you all of your options and they dont pressure you to get work done immediately, but let you work at your own pace. Theyre also very prompt and professional.

I received an email about a tire pressure check and 2 days later my tire pressure light comes on pulled right up to the Orange cones and they checked me out my front driver tire was low they aired me up and I was on my way. I must say the young men were nice and courteous and I plan to buy my next set of tires from them.

Went to get my tires rotated for free... was told to balance them for $60. Costco does balance and rotation for $30. Then walked to my car to check the tires, was told I needed to replace at least 2 tires, even 4 and it wasnt safe to drive... the tires have 36000 miles on them, not time to change them, surely safe to drive. Went to Costco and they told me they were fine and just needed to be rotated. They got me in the door with a free service and lied to upset me, not good business practices at all!!

Went to Discount Tire on 23rd Street in Independence. I purchased four wheels and two tires. I was initially helped by Josh and then by Brandan, I didnt catch the individuals name who checked me out but each of these people were very friendly and respectful and asked if there was anything else they could do beyond what they had already provided. I didnt feel taken advantage of even being a lady. I highly recommend Discount Tire.

Discount sold me tires a few months ago. Went flat with steel visibly hanging out. Sole me MORE tires in June, I had no idea steel meant faulty alignment. 10 weeks later my tire is fat, showing steel and they want to charge me Another 400 tires. Thieves.

Wow!! I called today to make an appointment to fix my tire. They were able to schedule my appointment in 3 hours from the call and fixed it in 30 minutes or maybe less. The part that shocked me was when I offered payment they said NO CHARGE. I didnt even purchase my tires there. Apparently it is just what they do. They will plug your tire at no charge. Thank you so much!!

Definitely out to get your money. Went in to get a flat fixed because I had a nail in it and they were trying to charge me for a whole new tire. Said they weren’t gonna touch it because it wasn’t fixable. Took my tire to Midas and they said it was an easy fix. Discount tires is money hungry!

The workers are friendly and even though they were super busy I only had to wait an hour and twenty minutes for them to put on four brand new tires. I didn’t think that was too bad given the amount of people that was there.

Tires are need not a want. But I have been using Discount Tires for years and have referred many people there over the years. The customer service is superior. I have never been oversold or left feeling like my needs werent met. And the warranty on tires is more than worth the cost. Because you will run over a nail at some point!

Fantastic business with GREAT customer service. They go out of their way to assist customers with all their tire needs. I went in to get a tire repaired and they reminded me of my road hazard warranty and replace the tire for less than 10% of the cost of a new tire. They are my go to place whenever I have tire issues and that will continue.

I was skeptical at first. I thought they were used tires but I purchsed 4 brand new tires and the price beat 2 of their competitors. They were friendly and quick. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I got the tire coverage for $12 a tire and recently got a flat. They replaced my tire at no cost. Highly recommend.

Discount Tires is always there for me. I am an Uber Driver and Im always running over nails and screws. They always fill my air. Recently I bought 4 new Michelins. My favorite tire. Ran over a screw within a week. No, not their fulfill but they patched it for free. I love their $15 dollar lifetime warranty. Cant remember the employee that helped me but he used to work at the Belton location a few years ago.

I bought tires online and put my wife’s name to be the one coming to have themPut on. So my wife goes to have her tires put on and Ryan told her they had to see the card that I paid for the tires. Well I used my card so I leave work witch is the hole reason I bought the tires online so I didn’t have to miss work. Go to check my wife’s car in for her they don’t even ask to see my credit card. They treat women different then men. I have bought several tires from hear. So what ever has changed management probably I would fix it.

Called for a friend quoted $48 over the phone when we arrived they quoted us $188. After we drove thirty minutes there.Not only that but they had an entire car on hydraulic jacks. One jack wasnt even touching the car and the car was teetering on three jacks disaster just waiting to happen. Wouldnt trust them with my car.

Went there because I purchased my tires there and thought it was time for a rotation and balance which I think they do for free if you buy from there. No matter because the clerk told me it wasnt time and came out to my vehicle to make sure. Thanks

I blew a tire on my Jeep Renegade, I have been a customer of Discount Tire before, the tires on the Renegade werent purchased there (to my knowledge, the dealership put them on). Since they were so new the AMAZING young lady at the counter gave me the best deal I think I could ever imagine. I will never go anywhere else for my tire business, they and especially she won me over.

I bought a new set of cooper HTP Tires a month ago. My tire keeps losing air. I brought it in to be looked at. They told me if it isleaking around around the tire bead on the rim. Theres nothing they can do to fix a leak around the tire bead. They no longer use sealant around the tire bead to stop it from leaking. Since when does a tire shop.cant fix a simple bead leak around a tire? Buyer Beware

We have good previous experiences at this location but unfortunately not the most recent. During a recent wheel installation, the lugs were over tightened which led to a great deal of damage when the lug bolts all sheared off. Discount Tire has refused to honor their warranty and are refusing to correct the error in any way.

I went in for tire repair due to a nail in my passenger side front tire. I had the great experience of working with Josh when I got there for my appointment. His customer service was spot on! After looking at the tire he actually took the time to explain the position of the nail could possibly be an issue. There is a display that shows the working of a tire from the inside out and he showed what could possibly happen. He also explained the back up plan if the tire was not repairable, which would be to replace the tire. The tires were purchased at this location as was road hazzard coverage. He explained that the tire would be covered 100% by Discount Tire and I would only have to pay the small fee for the road hazzard coverage on the new tire. He stated they would know more once they took the tire off. Luck was with me and the tire was repairable. Josh let me know the great news and the car was done within 20 minutes! As i waited I had the opportunity to watch and listen as every customer was greeted with such genuine concern and knowledge of the issue at hand. It is so easy to find fault and complain. We sometimes forget to say thank you and job well done! I want to let Josh and the whole crew at Discount Tire know how much it meant to this consumer to be treated with such professionalism and compassion, and whats more important is that EVERYONE that walked through your door was treated the same. You make a dynamite team and we will be customers for a very long time to come! I highly recommend anyone in need of good, quality tires at a fair price with a team of knowledgeable professionals, this Discount Tire location is the place to go!! Bought tires on Saturday, Discount tires actually had some studs on the tires break off. Had to leave and have it fixed before they could put the tire on. Afraid the others would break off and i would have to have a tow.The following Saturday I show up to have the tires out on. Notice that they are hanging around my car. Come to find out they busted All the studs except one on the other side and I would now have to pay for a tow.Get a tow truck and have it sent to get fixed. They guy working on my car and the tow truck driver said the guy putting on the tires had the torque going the wrong way and snapped them off. When I called discount tires and told them they offered to pay for the tow but will not give me the $180 dollars it cost me to have to it fixed. On top of this while they were trying to put a tire on the car so we could drive it on to the tow truck, A few of the employees kept walking by and laughing at the studs being broke off. I did not find this funny at all. I was without my car for at least a day each time. My family and I go there with our cars and buy at least 1 set every couple of months. I will return because they do not fix what they break and lie to me. The manager told me they broke off and made it seem like they were bad. He then later admitted they did it. But will not give the money back to repair because I did not use there guy to fix it. I could not go days without a car. That is why I was getting new tires. I found no humor in what happened. So discount tires you got the last $700.00 from this family. Until this is fixed we will not go to any of your locations. You do not fix what you break.

I am a disabled veteran. On Veterans Day I got in my car and the “low tires” light came on. I remember seeing a tire center next to my grocery store. I immediately drove there and I was treated like royalty. They moved me to the front of the line and repaired my tire without charge! I encourage all Vetrans to patronize the Discount Tire Centers for the excellent service and Veteran respect we all deserve for defending our country against communism.

Went in with appointment made for tire rotation and was told to stand by my vehicle after 20 minutes was told my tires were in good shape and to rotate them now would not get the benefits so come back in 1500 more miles......I have a big issue...only time I had available and will have for next three months....I also told the gentleman I was having to put air in them and wanted check for nails..again toId me to come back... I am knowledgeable and no that his system would show last visit for rotation was about 9,000 miles ago. This is just thinking I was a female so I would just go with it...

I contacted Bobby and he had 2 Better tires in stock and had them installed at my original on-line order purchase price. I just sat in my car while he took care of the whole matter. I just went there to get estimate for tires .Ryan, the rep. who helped me was nice . Place is clean, not much on seating if you have to wait .Hy-vee is close if you need to do some shopping while you wait .

I had a brand new set of rims and tires put on a truck that looked so good they were stolen off the truck within just a few hours after having it dropped off at another repair shop. We worked together safely at a distance. I ordered my tires online and within a few days they called to let me know they were in store and to schedule an appointment for install. I had the option to pay in store after install. I worked with Nathaniel and he explained the certificates for tires and they are reasonably priced for peace of mind if I run over a nail or screw etc. I had fast and friendly service. Would definitely use them again and I recommend them.

Brought in my 07 subaru impreza for a balance was told all rims are bent lol! After picking up vehicle there was awful noises coming from rear of vehicle. After returning to store was informed its my wheels although literally never made the noise prior and thatd itd be an additional and couldnt even tell me how long. Been to discount tire twice now and will never return. Took vehicle to another shop got balanced and noise taken care of no problem

Arrogant senior assistant manager brandon brewer at discount tires. Showed up here at 330....he told me he couldnt get me in until 5...fine. Show up at 450 and he doesnt bring car in until 535, taking 2 others before me. I asked when I got tires to check wheel for damage. Have gone to get alignment 2 days ago and now back. Wheel is bent. Cmon man can you eliminate the labor charge since this should have been identified 2 weeks ago....I have been vibrating down the road and had an alignment. He says if it is going to break the bank....I will give you veterans discount even though you arent a veteran.....thanks you pompous princess

I just left discount tires because. They didnt have in stock. Twice earlier today I called and they said yes we have them in stock. Made a appointment get there and they didnt have them in stock. They had my phone number they could have told me before I went out. Will not do business with him .

Took our vehicle here to have new tires put on our trims. A rim was damaged, Blake said hed order a new one & have it on Monday. Monday came with no phone call, so when we called them, they forgot. By the time they finally attempted to order it, they were no longer able to find one. We found new rims, made an appointment with Blake. Ive been sitting here for an hour & they still havent begun. Its turned into a waste of my money and my time. UPDATE! After yet another trip, with provided wheels, all wheels are mounted & installed on my car. After 1 trip on the highway, my cars handling is horrible. So, ANOTHER, visit back to Discount tire & it turns out they will not inform you if your wheel is bent when the mount a tire onto it, then install it on your vehicle. This place basically stole my hard earned money & limited time with their lack of knowledge, skill, or simply lack of honesty.

Even tho Im guilty of not buying tires from them yet. They have been very helpful on multiple occasions. They are usually busy it seems cause the service is wonderful. They have fixed 3 car tires 2 mower tires and almost got a buggy tire fixed.. fault was the tires not the service .
