Cvs is the best store in immokalee 😍🤘

Very nasty, rude, and no compassion. Unwillingness to listen. Had I not insisted I would have been turned away. The first day I tried to get a prescription refilled on behalf of a colleague, it was the Dr offices fault for not renewing prescription. Day two I returned to inform them that the prescription was refillable. They did not want to hear me out but after insisting they determined it was and told me to return in a couple hours. I returned 3 hours and 15 minutes later only told that the prescription wasn’t refilled yet. And it would be 20 minutes. After 20 minutes I returned only to find it still wasn’t refilled and that they actually only had 28 of 90 tablets in stock. Xenia and Olga were their names.Mind you this is blood pressure and cholesterol medication for a 67 year old man that had been without for 5 days prior to this due to being displaced by work an hour or more from any pharmacy.

Amazing service Angelica at the pharmacy is always so nice and very professional she also speaks Spanish and English ! Thank you CVS pharmacy!

Its rare that I go to this store in town. But sometimes they have good deals.

This pharmacy has by FAR the worst workers. They are rude, unhelpful & unprofessional. I was trying to purchase my prescription with my insurance card I use ALL the time & they refuse to give me my medication. Mind you i just moved here from New Jersey & havent set up anything because i was told i didnt need to yet. So they told me Unless you want to pay $500. So here I am, off my meds soon to be going through withdrawals, crying at the counter & they begin to close the window gates WHILE IM STILL STANDING THERE ASKING FOR HELP, which the refused to do. Went back today, same lady, same issue. Had to pay $75 for a WEEKS worth of meds, that im still not sure ill be able to get. Also, i had the manager get involved. He was very sweet & understanding other then that, my opinion.. change pharmacys.

Never go to this stupid store. The employees are freaking rude. I was in the store, they normally close at 10; The rude ass lady told me and my friend to get the out of the store. It was 9:52!!!

Pharmacist was very confrontational and lacked understanding of reason for my urgency with needing refill for seizure medication. Dawn informed me I should have called medication in earlier. I have been waiting on this medication because pharmacy was waiting on order. Very unprofessional.

The pharmacy staff is so rude in person and by phone

This CVS is terrible. It always looks like a mess and the customer service is awful. The cashiers are more concerned with talking to each other than giving actual customer service.
