Rock guard needed to be reset. I arrived at 08:15 and was out the door with a repaired vehicle in less than thirty minutes.On the few occasions we have had to use them they have always been reasonable, quick and provided quality work. Id give more than 5 stars if I could.

Danny Brown’s is the place to take your vehicle for any and all body shop needs. The folks at Danny Brown’s are professional, friendly, courteous and most of all good at what they do. It was a bonus that they work hand in hand with our insurance carrier. The repairs were done right, looked great and delivered on time. We had some additional work preformed while our vehicle was there and the price was extremely reasonable!

Did some out of season deer hunting on highway 19..(wink),Dannys and Farmers took care of everything. Promised my repairs in 1-1/2 weeks got an unexpected call early my truck was ready.They even washed and cleaned the interior.Great job. Have a classic Ill be bringing in later this year.

Although customer service was friendly, repair of the car was not on time. I was told I would most likely have my car finished in a week after dropping it off. A week turned into two weeks. Two into three. And finally after a month my car was ready. Status updates were not given unless I called asking where my car was. I had to call several times over the month because my car kept getting delayed without anyone telling me. It seems that labor on the my car did not even start until the 4th week meaning that for 3 weeks it was just sitting there. I would have much rather kept my car until they were actually ready to begin labor. All I needed was a dent to be fixed/replaced so it was driveable the entire time. My car was repaired professionally but updates on the status of it and how it was nowhere near on time was not.

By far my best experience in Huntsville! I went to Danny’s in concern of the brightness of my headlights where every other shop I went to told me they didn’t know.When I went,!Russel Keys came out and not only was resilient behind finding out a solution, he ended up fixing my bulb & voluntarily buffing the headlights. And when I offered pay he refused it.Before leaving, Russel noticed the plastic beneath my car that protects the engine from water getting to it, was hanging down. He asked me about it and I told him it’s been like that for a while and he proceeded to explain to me what caused it to melt and how important it was that I kept it on there.I told him I’d definitely be back (because of how great their customer service was), and in return he said “I can’t let you leave like that” and took it upon himself to get it screwed back on for me.Overall, this is a very genuine small town shop! There was patience and genuine concern for anything they could do to help me. I went in there with only concerns about my headlight and left with more than expected. He went above and beyond to make sure my experience was great and that I left safe. I really do appreciate their services and care. They are a “for the people” shop, I definitely recommend them!

Danny Browns team did a excellent job on my pickup. My truck was cleaned up when I picked it up. I recieved text messages and phone calls on status and estimated completion date and time! I rate them 4.8 stars. Missed one small ding. I called to let them know, it was taken care of ASAP! Well done!

When I originally saw them about my car I was given an estimate of about 3 days. 3 days turned into a week. Which turned into 2 weeks. Which turned into 2 and a half weeks. I understand that with the pandemic it would take a little longer but over 2 weeks is ridiculous. To replace a back axle should not take that long. The entire time this was going on I was having to pay for a rental car out of pocket and they were aware of this. Dont go here.

When someone brings a car, and you, as a company, break it, Id expect you to either fix or reimburse 1000$ of a repair bill. They ruined the clutch and transmission of a car that just had them replaced recently. To refuse after you broke it is unprofessional and illegal. Court here we go~

Let me tell you! Great Staff Ms.Wendy, Robert Ortiz are such a great help. I needed a new Wheel due to certain situations it was ordered and here the next day. I was out in less than 30 minutes. On top of that I didn’t get his name unfortunately all I remember was a orange bandana and blue plaid shirt on a Caucasian male with sun glasses! I was missing a tire wheel cap so happened he overheard and found one and placed it on my wheel and sent me on my way. If you need anything I recommend This establishment.

They did a terrific job. They did a better job repairing my car than the actual dealership Id bought it from. They may take a little longer, mostly just waiting on parts, but their quality was excellent.

My vehicle was hit and I needed my fender, bumper, and door repaired. I got a quote from Danny Browns repair shop, they took pictures and sent them to the insurance adjuster, and got the process started. When they got everything approved and got my parts in (about a week), I took my car to the shop. Enterprise was supposed to pick me up but they wouldnt answer the phone after holding for over 20 minutes so the receptionist took me herself!I had the rental for close to a week and Danny Browns called twice during that time to update me on the status of my car before the last call to let me know it was time to be picked up. The whole process was quick, easy, and the customer service was above and beyond from everyone involved. They even detailed my car before returning it to me! I dont think Ill use anyone else again.

VERY honest and standup people here! You will NOT find people here trying to take advantage of you. Took my wifes 2011 explorer in because the trunk would not open. One of the gentlemen working took a look at it with me and the latch mechanism needed to be replaced. I ordered it on my own online and when it came in they cut the old one out and installed the new one. works like a champ now any they only charged me for a half hour of labor.Really impressed with the service and atmosphere here.and the drag challenger in the workshop was freaking awesome!

Very nice employees to, but they left a piece of of my car and had to take it to a dealership to get it or on. They did not vacuum out the back seat of my car. Went to pick you my car and they did not have all the paint off my tire Wells so had to point that out and a few other things I had to point out

I was directed to this place to try to find a part of my husbands truck that broke off coming in from Mississippi. I dont know the mans name, he works within the office. He helped us so much. He found the part, gave us the part numbers and found them on sale online and printed all of this information out for us to use to find what we needed elsewhere because they couldnt provide the part (we didnt know what they did or who they were, we just got sent to them by another garage to try to see if they could help us). This man spend a solid 45 minutes with us knowing he wasnt going to make a dollar. I recommend them for this service which is hard to find!!! I dont have experience with any of their work but to invest in each and every customer that came through that door is amazing to me. I thank them so much!!!

Great service and professionalism

I came here for a fender bender repair, under AAA insurance. The job was OK, the color matching is slightly not that accurate (white) but, barely noticeable. I also found some spray paint residue on some areas of the car, I drove back to this place to have them removed. They should had took an effort of locating the paint residue before they ordered it for release. The repair took almost a week (of working days).

They were given my daughters car to fix. They said a few days maximum but they had it for over a month! They called her to tell her it was ready and when we got there, not only was it not ready but all the repairs were not done and the ones that were, were damaged!

Great service and very nice staff and well organized ready to get the job done well trained staff, this shop uses the best PPG products and top of the line collision repair materials and tools, i personally know because i delivered supplies to them daily.

Tried to get car fixed after minor accident. Never got a call back when told I’d get one. No customer service or follow through. Don’t waste your time.
