I have had a great experience with Century Volvo. They reacted to all my concerns for my vehicle immediately. The sales and service department went out of their way to assist me and provided me with one on one service for any issue I had. I have dealt with a lot of different vehicles in my lifetime but the service I received from them is by far the best I have had in a long time. Oren, the sales manager was great. My salesperson John was very professional and understanding when it came to my vehicle choices.

Great people, quality work done and they are reasonably priced. Had a 2012 XC 60 they service and purchased my favorite car to date there also a 2021 S60. Everyone has been exceptionally nice every time I’ve been in there.

I was impressed by my first annual service visit at the Century Volvo dealership. Not only did they get me through quickly because I drove two hours to get there, but they were so thorough from the video inspection to analyze each part of the car to the seamless checkout process. You can count on them to take care of you and not make you feel like just another customer.

Great service! They’ll pick up your car and drop it off, or give you a loaner. You’ll receive a video walk through from the tech showing you and telling you everything done to you vehicle. And they never do anything without checking with you!

A few minor things found on the car I just bought when I got it home. Amazingly friendly and quick work to get them fixed. A new loaner was provided and a mechanic sent video showing the repair was done along with a couple of quick tips about getting more out of my car. Very happy!

Huge thanks to Tighe and Oren for our new S60 T6 AWD. Very honest, caring and respecting team. This is our second Volvo in past 4 years and both times the professionalism of the sales team and amazing services team won us over Audi. And I dont even speak about the quality of their cars! Scandinavian design, the most innovative technology in one luxury package. They managed to squeeze 330bhp out if 2.0l engine! Now thats what I call a performance luxary sedan!

I had my Volvo serviced and could not have gone any better. I made my appointment online & asked for a loaner vehicle while mine was being serviced. I checked in quickly & was on my way. They text & called me when mine was ready. Very easy & friendly to deal with.

We are out of towners and a service light came on. The Huntsville Volvo dealership got me scheduled within a week. The service checkup was quick and they took care of a few other issues they noticed, total they had us there for 90 minutes! Inside waiting area was nice!

I took my 2015 Volvo XC60 in for a check engine light. Michele was very pleasant to work with scheduling my appointment, selecting what repairs to complete, and working with my schedule for vehicle pick up after the work was done. They had a technician scheduled to work on my car at my appointment time. I received a video from the technician explaining the issue on my car and the recommended fix. I dropped my car off, however the showroom was very clean and well appointed with various couches and chairs if you decide to wait.

Fast efficient service as usual and a great price on my auto repair

We havent done service there but our 2006 xc90 radiator reservoir crapped out (only issues weve had at 200k miles, go Volvo!) and we called all the big box stores for the part with no luck (some couldnt even order) and finally tried the dealership. To my surprise they had it in stock and for the same price as the other stores. The parts department had excellent customer service, John was really helpful. Shows Volvo really cares about their clients (even the 15 yr old ancient ones), our next Volvo will be from that dealership. Thanks Century Volvo!

Century Volvo’s Service Dept is top notch! I had a 90K maintenance appt today. They picked up my dirty car, completed the maintenance, attended to a recall issue without me having to even ask, and delivered my car back to me nice and clean. Added bonuses—they kept me abreast of the pick-up and drop-off drivers’ status and location, texted a detailed invoice as soon as they were done, called me to follow up, and I was able to pay online. They made it so easy. I would buy another Volvo just based on their A+ work and customer service!

As always, century gave me great service on my Volvo XC 60. They gave me a loaner, which I needed for a couple of days, and kept me updated on the service progress of my car. This is my 4th Volvo, and it won’t be my last.

After sitting in my driveway for a few days I noticed an oil spot. I had to remove the under shield to find the oil pan plug slightly leaking. Tighten the bolt and it stopped. I hope.Seems like for the amount I was charged I would not have had this oversight.

Do not shop here. Terrible customer service from service/maintenance department. 5 hours for oil change and still wasnt completed. No communication no professionalism. Each time Ive visited; HORRIBLE! VISIT Nashville Birmingham or Atlanta. No need in spending good money for poor service. Disgusting, and unprofessional, an absolute horror show in service department. Commission based failures with no clue of higher end customer service. Century volvo does not live up to volvos standards. Will never visit nor purchase there again. Total failure in customer service and retention.

My first experience with Century Volvo was when I bought an S60 from Andrew Driver. From the test drive to the financing, everything with that purchase went very well, and I knew I would definitely be a repeat customer. This was reaffirmed when I saw the level of commitment when various situations found me in the Service Department. I quickly learned that whether I have a preowned vehicle or the current model year, the Service staff, especially Tykeya Jones and Austin Bier, would always be available to assist me with anything from routine maintenance and providing loaner vehicles, to answering what I am sure were (and will continue to be) my countless operator error questions. Although there is a Volvo dealership here in Birmingham, Century’s outstanding employees and customer service standards are why I gladly choose to travel two hours to Huntsville.When I recently decided an SUV better suited my needs, I returned to Century because from the moment I walked into the dealership to purchase this vehicle to when I return in the future for regular service appointments, I could and can expect to be treated exceptionally well. Once again Andrew was absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable and everyone I interacted with ensured the process went smoothly, quickly, and painlessly (to me, that is an impressive feat when buying a car). I could go on and on about how terrific I find every aspect of Century Volvo to be (Damont Hewlett made signing the seemingly endless paperwork a pleasure, Andrew was gracious and spent far more time with me than was necessary to explain the SUV’s features, and Tykeya and Austin both took the time to come over and congratulate me on my new purchase), but if a picture is worth a 1,000 words and since I rarely, if ever, like to have my picture taken, I believe this photo is a testament to the fantastic customer service I have received from everyone in Sales, Finance/Business, and Service since day 1.

Always a great experience when I go in for service.

The loaner car was given to me dirty. Mud and dog hair that I cleaned up - the porter went me to the car and said the lady that turned in the car had a 6 month on dog in it. The car should have been cleaned inside before loaning it to a customer. However, the service advisor did try to make it right as they brought my car to me once the work was completed.

Very disappointed with the poor attitude of the General Sales manager. Makes promises that he refuses to keep. Century is the worst dealership I have ever been a customer of. What a mistake. They still owe refunds, sadly because of my reviews they refuse to pay.

I recently purchased the XC90 top of the line SUV for my wife to drive and she’s in LOVEEE with it!!! I’m not a Volvo guy but I must say that it’s growing on me every day. The moment we stepped in the door we were greeted by Mr. Larry and he has made this process very easy. Can’t recommend this place for service or buying a car. High pressure tactics and managers that don’t care about anything but charging you as much as possible. If you really want a Volvo go to a different dealership and save some money.

I had the worst experience here! I would not recommend to anyone and will not be going back! The service people had extremely POOR customer service. They tried to blame me for the reason my tires (that lasted under a year) were worn, when they weren’t aligned right! Then not four hours after I got my car back from getting new tires, my check engine light came on. I took it the next morning and Austin Bier (?) the service manager, was very rude. I cannot believe what I had to deal with but thank God I’m dating a mechanic or else I would have been ripped off! I will be selling my Volvo because of all the issues that have just been overlooked by them and the absolutely terrible customer service.

The manager and his staff were extraordinary. After a week I was still talking about the experience. Ended up buying a XC90 from them and was treated better than I have ever been treated at a dealership. No haggling at all and they went above and beyond to take care if every detail even to this day. They answered all our questions patiently and took the time to show us all the features the XC90 had. We spent hours there and they did not make us feel like we were taking up their time. Volvo has superior customer service and I will purchase all my future cars from them.***Update***Continously providing excellent customer service. Mitchell and Mike have been great to work with as they ensure my vehicles maintenance is in top shape. Expeditious and precise!

Im not sure where to begin. I bought a Volvo XC60 from this dealership in December 2018. Before I could drive it off the lot, a pump in the sunroof stopped working and the sunroof wouldnt close. Over the course of 8 weeks, the DC-DC convertor stopped working, the door locks stopped working, the USB port stopped working, the parking sensors stopped working, the display on the dash got ridiculously slow, and the ABS and the Alarm System both failed. There were also numerous software updates that had to be done, and a popping sound everytime I turned the steering wheel. Long story short, this vehicle was a complete piece of junk. Mike in service and Andrew the sales associate started acting very rude to me like somehow I wanted to bring my vehicle to them every week and wait for it to get fixed. They made it seem like it was my fault that they sold me a lemon. I honestly couldnt believe how they started treating me. I ask the sales manager, Oren, several different times for a buyback option, and never once received it. I last spoke with Oren, Andrew and Mike all in February expressing my concerns once again about this vehicle. I never heard another word back from them. I ended up trading it in at a different dealership for a different vehicle and havent had one single issue. I will never again go back to this dealership, and I advise others not to also.

Good communication from the service team, and they were able to fit in my repair under short notice, which was critical for me because I was traveling from Alabama back home to Texas.

Overpriced, unresponsive, RFCU warranty was useless here and I am still trying to get my car repaired 2 weeks later. Love Volvo but wont be buying anymore of them from this place. Fool me once ....
