I placed an order on December 14th and it arrived on December 26th. However, the shoes are absolutely perfect. Also, Crusoe & Sons provided a good customer service and answered all my emails and calls. I will definitely order again keeping in mind the shipping/arrival period.

Very upset, bought a very expensive pair of shoes and the package has been sitting and I dont even know for sure if its been mailed out since December 1st and I cant find out anything about it!! If something changes I will gladly change my review but as of now, very disappointed!! I bought the shoes on the 28th and they were supposedly dropped off to be delivered to me but the post office cant find any information about the package except pending acceptance??

The response from the owner on Paulina Varelas review is FALSE. They have not contacted her or had a discussion earlier, and Cruse&Sons has not even sent a tracking number to follow the order.. I will change this review until a tracking number and shipment email has been received.

Worst experience ever.First confirmation of my purchase was never send.After i called couple times, emailed I decided open claim with Paypal and they contacted me saying package haa been sent but they liying USPS told me A label was created they still waiting for these ppl to bring the item.I will call Paypal again to put a clam again.
