I have recently had to deal with the South Point Ohio store and the one at Pullman Square in Huntington WV and they both had great customer service and helped me with my issue. Would definitely recommend.

The new owner arranged the store nice, but he doesnt know where anything is located in the store even though he arranged it himself.They will not give you a good price at all if you try to sell them videogames, or consoles.Just sell them on ebay, Craigslist, or Facebook marketplace instead.

The kid behind the counter was busy with some work. He did ask if we needed help but seemed disinterested in actually helping with anything. The shelves seemed very bare in comparison to the past, and the story was pretty dark. At first, I thought the store was closed because it looked so dark from outside. Once you walk in the store, you could see its just VERY dim lighting.

Got charged 24.99 on a game that had 9.99 sticker on it and they didnt want to fix it. Im calling corporate.

I love game stop but the girl working was pretty rude and very unhelpful. Out of stock on several items with a sign saying ask associate on how to order. Asked to order and she says ugh I just told you we were out. This sign says I can order one, ugh...the system is down. Thanks for nothing.

Very nice customer service. Called in over the phone for a game they asked for my name and they put it on hold. Went in and they were very nice.

Great customer service! The staff is very knowledgeable and more than willing to help. A large variety of games and merch to select from and sometimes the games and merch are on large discounts but you have to catch them at the right time.

People that complain about the workers rudeness usually are the people who only come in once ever so often and act like they are video game masters.. I had same issue when I switched Gamestop I use but once they saw Im a actual gamer they became family.. they have always went above An beyond to make sure I get the absolute best deal possible Ive made great friends here but if your attitude is negative and you act ignorant about how much you receive on trade-ins like the employees have any control over what your offered then you will get treated with the same attitude you have given them plain and simple. Highly recommend the staff and store for your video game needs!

I beg to differ about the rudeness that Ive experienced at this location. I prefer Merritts Creek location, but this store is closer to my home. Not to mention any names but they need to offer tips on how to treat customers by starting with management..

They have a good selection of game console accessories. But dont buy an Xbox One X system from them. It will be faulty brand new straight out of the box.

So my friend wanted to trade some games but the guy said she had to have a valid ID. So she said ok but she had forgot hers and asked the cashier if I could trade them in for her and he told her NO. Why? We have no idea..my ID is valid and it wouldve been just fine but thats ok well take our business somewhere else

A long history of bad management, poor customer service, and just unprepared would be the best summary of this place. How can call in about selling a game, show up with the game, then they tell you that they don’t have the money for it? In less than ten minutes after calling? Sad. No wonder GameStop is dying to Amazon. Will be changing my home store first thing in the morning.

Always really rude workers threatening to call the police on you for no reason. One time I came in there with my card, my chip is currently broke and the man accused me of stealing my own debit card. Refused to sell me the game because he believed my card was stolen even though I have valid ID to prove its mine. This is completely ridiculous, the workers need an attitude check, some customer service classes or just shut the place down. Its the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Also made fun of my grandmother for playing wizard 101 and her buying cards, she wont ever walk in a game stop again because of this service. This needs stopped.

Theyre helpful and friendly. Turned in my old original PS4 into a brand new PS4 pro.

Called in the AM to inquire about a midnight release. Was told that as long as I had a pre-order all I needed was my power-up card and ID. Arrived that night only to discover that you had to pre-register to pick up your pre-order. No mention of this by the employee I spoke with earlier who was even working the event. Avoiding this location for future pre-orders from now on.
