I was so glad that the employees at CPR were able to fix my laptop keyboard. I was also even impressed that they said theyd get a new keyboard for it within a week and its been a week and today, I took it in to get the keyboard replaced. I was also even more surprised that when I took it in today, they said theyd fix it within two hours and Im just so glad that I chose this shop to take my laptop in for repairs. The price for repairs was a bit steep, but it was completely worth it. Now, my laptop has a new keyboard and Im so grateful for their excellent, imppecable and quick services. I highly, highly recommend this store to anyone who needs their laptops or any other piece of technology repaired.

Obtained a privacy screen protector here 1 month ago and they stated it had a lifetime warranty. It managed to begin curling at the edges in 1 week until it was almost unusable today. I tried to use the warranty; however, they were out of the specific screen protector. Therefore, they replaced it with a different type but surprise-charged me with a 10+ dollar fee as a correction to their defective product. Id probably recommend going to Best Buy or your local cell phone carrier as the screen protector I had from my original cell phone carrier lasted me 3 years.

This place is amazing! First, they fixed my phonefor free. (It had lint packed in the charge port)! I was able to by this power station thing there that can charge my phones and my computer at the same time and I can jump a car with it. Then, they will be able to get me a new battery for my computer and install it. I could go on for pages. Oh! And they have a first responder discount! Also, they have this insurance plan for electronics in the home. This place is just amazing!

The Guys Were Great, Brought My Phone Back To Life!

My ASUS ROG laptop had one of its hinges break. I brought in the laptop, the employees helped me find a replacement bundle online that came with all the parts needed. After the parts came in they were quick with the repairs and the computer looks better than brand new and works great. Everyone was very helpful and professional, can’t recommend them enough.

Took an iphone to be repaired and was given honest, solid advice. The guy didn’t try to sell me anything, even though my old phone is junk, offered to fix the home button but was honest about it being just a place saver and wouldn’t function. He even offered to just disconnect the button to prevent the phone from getting hot. Very professional, fast service, honest opinions. Will definitely be going back next time something breaks!

I had my Moto z droid repaired as it had a cracked screen. I had to wait for the replacement part but it took less than a week to pick it back up. It looked great when I picked it up.. until I turned it on. Just days later the the adhesive is failing and my screen is lifting off! I suppose the heat from my phone is too much for scotch tape. I took it back to see if something could be done but was told the screen is thin so the best they could do was apply heat and see if it seals. I pick it up and can see as the phone is turned on and the device gets warm the adhesive starts to lift again. Now its so badly lifted the whole right side is visibly open and it catches on things in my pocket. It was the same cost to send it back to Motorola but at least they wouldnt have used parts and adhesive from wish.com. Save your money and call the manufacturer before wasting time and money just to be disappointed in the end. Odd thing is, I got a response that said I should bring it back in for repair yet if read it clearly said I did and the rep told me the best they could do was apply heat then told me nothing else could be done if that didnt work because the screen is so thin.... If there was a problem with the device itself, and being a phone repair center, one would think they could diagnose the issue and let the owner know. Instead after going back, I got a slap on the back and told sorry about your luck... So in response to the response, I did...

Called to quote an iPhone 6 plus battery replacement. Polite and professional named josh had everything including taces quoted. Dropped it off same day and had it back in 2 short days. They had to order a battery because the older model. The final cost ended up being 2 dollars more but within a margin of error that Im okay with.TL:DR - Fast, professional, and speedy service. Really happy with the final result.

This place was so helpful my PS4 has been down for a month now because of a broken hdmi port but Kevin was able to fix it quick and easy. Such a great atmosphere in the Huntington Store!

Josh at Huntington location reset my iPad Pro back to factory settings due to a weird thing where it wouldn’t allow me to delete the Facebook app that had used almost half of my 64GB and when I signed back into my Apple ID it somehow kept all my photos and my FB app but restored 54+ GB back. I’m happy girl now. Thanks for prompt on the spot service.

Update: I received a call from Kevin, the manager, requested that I bring my other two iPads back in and give them a chance to fix them. He also offered to fix the Broken LCD free of charge. I am giving them a second chance. We all make mistakes sometimes. I will update again after the services have been concluded and what my over all review is.Initial review:I brought in multiple iPads to be repaired with different issues. Two of them only needed the digitizer replace, but the LCD and everything else worked fine. The man who checked them in looked over them and seen that it was fine. One of the others needed both the digitizer and the LCD replaced and he quoted that one at $170. When I came back in to pick up the iPads not only were they not ready, but the LCD on one of them was damaged and he wanted to charge me an extra $100 to fix it. How can they tell me it would be $170 for both when I dropped them off, but the next day it went up to $240. I called around and similar businesses are charging $20 less for the digitizer repair then they are. The manager tried to say the LCD was already damaged, but when it was dropped off it wasn’t. He also blamed his own staff for not being more thorough when checking it. Which is not only unprofessional but also not my fault. His staff checked it and it was fine. I come back to get it and it’s damaged. All my son wanted for Christmas was his iPad’s glass fixed. He was still able to use it and watch movies on it. Now there is a black part bigger than a quarter on it and I will not pay them to fix something they damaged.

He was so honest and helpful that we both ended up getting new phones AND cases. We are old locals who have since moved to Florida, even with the distance the customer service cannot be beat! You are welcome to come back to him and can expect the most efficient and wallet-safe help. His warranty is unmatched and I would highly recommend his shop! We are so happy and cannot thank Rob enough!

Edit; in response to yours-I understand it was busy, but if I was there first I should’ve been waited on first. He should’ve told the other customers that he was helping me and would wait on them when he was finished with me, not make me sit there and wait (over an hour) while he waiting on someone who was connecting a phone, and also selling other customers cell phone cases.Initially I was happy with my service. They repaired my screen. Pick it up and realize my camera is also broke, another $150. So I’m in for nearly $300 at this point. Still cheaper than a new iPhone. So after a few more days the screen becomes distorted so I call and they tell me to bring it back in, under warranty, great! I take it in and there’s no one else there. Samuel, the only guy working there, says “ quick fix. I can do it in 15 minutes”. So I’m waiting and a woman comes in to ask about purchasing a phone, he spends the next 45 minutes waiting on this woman and then two other people while I’m waiting on my 15 minutes fix. I guess if you have people purchasing things it’s a higher priority than other customers who were there first waiting on warranty work. I was there way over an hour for a “15 minute job”. I would’ve recommended them to begin with but not now. Poor customer service!

Do not recommend this place. My dad went in with a home button that didn’t work and his mic made his voice sound very muffled. They charged him $139 and whatever they tried to do did NOTHING. So now he’s off to buy a new phone, $139 in the hole (:Response to your response:I’m sure my dad was grateful when he left bc he thought everything was fixed but he called as soon as he left and was still muffled; also he never had a charging issue, his actual charger was just fried and would no longer charge his phone. I asked if he could replace a head phone jack in my phone which wasnt working. He said before I do that let me try something else. He got it working and didnt charge me since he did not have to replace the jack. This is a very honest business with wonderful customer service. I bought my phone off of swappa thinking I got a good deal for the latest Samsung phone and I spent days at a time connected to a charger, very annoying! Took in iPhone 6s with severely cracked screen. Rob Adkins repaired the phone completely in about 2 hours. The warranty and additional products offered (without being pushy) appear much more valuable than the carrier insurance option that I have been paying. Nice thing about using CPR is almost immediate turnaround and no need to back up all the data, lose contact info, etc., as happens with carrier insurance replacement policy when you send your phone in. Thanks Rob. Great service.

I came into the store I spoke to Charles and Josh. They are amazing men they was very helpful and completed what I needed was fast with it they are just amazing men. They did a fine job replacing my battery on my S9+. But they wasted 3 business days ordering the part because they wouldnt take my credit card info over the phone and dont have an option to pay over the internet. When I brought it in and brought it up with the IT guy at the counter he gave me an excuse about not having the insurance to cover a credit card machine. But Im sure the Chinese take out spot down the block has amazing insurance...Its almost 2020. You guys work in tech and dont take CC info over the phone or online. Ridiculous.

Great experience. The guys there did an outstanding job with my fiancés Note 8. Honest too. They had a mishap with the finger print scanner on her phone when repairing it and will have to repair when they receive the part. I brought my iPhone to the CPR Huntington, WV to simply change a broken screen. After the technicians “fixed” it, the phone began to die rapidly. I brought in the phone again and they recommended replacing the battery. After they “fixed” it for a second time, the phone is now a brick; it doesn’t even turn on!Now, they are holding my iPhone hostage for almost 2 weeks and trying to charge me $150.00 even though they are the ones who broke my phone! I was told that the manager will contact me, but there is still no update or feedback from them. Please either fix the iPhone, provide a new phone or compensation for damaging my property. This is unacceptable professionalism and customer service.

If you need to get your phone fixed that is any phone, or maybe buying a new one. From phones to tablets to otterbox and screen covers they got you covered, if your phone can be fixed that day it only takes an hour and a half if the part is in stock, great customer service and are very easy to work with, I would definitely recommend this shop .

The people working really seemed to know what they were doing but the issue was that I didnt receive any feedback by email about my phone as requested on several occasion. it took much more time than expected and I had the feeling that if I didnt walk to the store almost every day, the phone would stay in standby. on the other hand, my phone was so problematic that I cant put all the blame on them.Bottom line is that i would recommend them to anyone.

I went in because my MacBook Pro hard drive failed. Instead of just taking it and doing the work on it, they gave me a website to go to and get a completely new computer for only $100 more than it would take to fix in the shop, meaning they get nothing. I gained a lot of respect for them. They’ll be the people I always go to if I have a problem in the future. They really want to help you.

When I go in I get greeted by a friendly staff. I have known Terry for a few years and would gladly let him work on my electronics. This is saying alot, since I typically only do my own work. There are times that I do not have time to do the repair myself or do not want to mess with it. When that time comes I trust Fanelli Boys with my gadgets.
