I bought my first ever vehicle in a dealer ship from Moses in Huntington. They were absolutely amazing from Robby, the sales man who showed me the car, to Colton the finance guy and Cleat the GM, they all contributed to making my purchase experience wonderful. They gave me an amazing deal on the vehicle, and I would refer them to anyone over and over again! Robby found me exactly what I was looking for, for a great price, and it was done all over the phone sending car pics via text message! They made it very enjoyable and pretty easy. I would definitely recommend them and their staff to future customers. Again, thank you so much for making my first experience so enjoyable!

I just wanna say how amazing it was working with Kevin Knapp. He was honest and didn’t try to get me to commit to something I didn’t want. Before I came in yesterday I had been to four different car lots trying to find the perfect vehicle. When I was about to give up I stopped here and Kevin helped me with everything I needed. I knew right of the bat he was honest and genuine. I will definitely be coming here in the future for any other vehicle needs. I am truly blown away with the honesty, professionalism and customer service I experienced at Moses Honda.

I had an excellent experience at Moses Honda. I called in with an inquiry about trading my car in for a Pilot. Client/Internet Sales department was great in doing initial intake and I quickly got a call from Everardo, who was prompt and knowledgeable about the entire process. The team knew I lived about 1.5 hours from the lot and had everything ready to go for me when I arrived.Excellent customer service and very professional atmosphere. I took my Honda HRV in for general service and learned of a recall on the transmission. It was relayed to me that this would be a day job. Unfortunately the parts were then on back order and I was informed it would be up to 2-3 weeks. No problem, as I understand these things happen. I called every week to check on the car but the person assigned to be my service helper did not return calls, messages or keep me updated. Because my car was unexpectedly down for weeks, I asked the dealership for a loaner car every week as I commute 30 minutes on the highway to work every day and was never helped in 7 weeks with this.My car ended up staying at Moses for 7 weeks. I had to file a service complaint with Honda America as well as contact a service manager at Honda Moses. I was very unhappy with the lack of communication and being left in the dark for nearly 2 months by the service department.However, thankfully one staff member went above and beyond to help get this situation figured out and that is Honda mechanic, Tanner Mattie. He helped get me information about my cars status, stayed late to make sure the job was finished so I could get the car back ASAP, and even made sure other recalls were taken care of at the last minute.

I haven’t had to buy a new car in almost a decade but the process was as easy as can be this morning. They had sold the original color of the car I was wanting the night prior, but Matthew DeMoss was super accommodating and offered to go get some other colors from another location on site for me to look at. The test-drive process was quick and no-hassle, he was upfront about the logistics and finances, and got me the best deal he could get. I appreciate Matthew for not only being a great sales person for me this morning, but for also still caring about people for the sake of caring, and not being motivated solely by the dollar signs that come with them. If youre tired of the high pressure and nonsense associated with the sales techniques used today, this is your place. Bryan, our sales consultant was laid back yet very professional. He made us feel relaxed and we never felt pushed to make a quick decision. Sometimes when you make a deal and then head to the business office the numbers (and logic) seem to go out the window. Colton, the business manager was very proficient and made the paperwork a breeze and the math was right. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

Went to buy a car and worked up a deal and was told they would hold the car for a week with $500 down so my daughter could bring her car in from out of town to trade it in. after it was all said and done some senior sales person came out and told us no deal because cars were selling so fast. He went on to embarrass the younger sales rep buy saying he was new and didn’t know they had made this change in their SOP. What a waste of our time. I was willing to put $4000 down to hold it, no deal. I hope that young sales person gets out of that environment, because he was really good and wanted to help us.

We owe a huge debt of gratitude to Bryan Warden for his heroic efforts to prevent a terrible accident.Since my car blew a ring last week, and the motor was being rebuilt, we stopped at Moses Honda for a pre-car shopping experience. Online this dealership had the exact Honda Passport Elite and the Honda Accord on my list. I wanted to actually sit in each and get the feel of the ambiance and features, but my husband stayed in our truck with his booted big foot from surgery.I pulled into a parking space to greet the salesman, Bryan Warden, and we walked to the Passport and got in.  After a few minutes, I noticed our truck was backing easily out of its space into the lane behind it, before my very eyes. I saw the event unfolding, but did not realize the gravity of it, as I was hypnotized by the new car smell and my visions of grandeur of driving it in the future. Meanwhile, my husband was steering the vehicle, but he should not have been from the passenger seat. Simultaneously, he managed to lower the window and shouted for help, as he could not get out of his seatbelt or reach the brake. I apparently had only put the column shift up to Reverse instead of Park. Thankfully, Bryan saw the developing situation for what it was, and he did realize the seriousness. He leaped out of the Passport and ran to the other side of my truck. He opened the door and jumped in with my husband to take control before the truck could back down the slanted lot and run into any number of new cars. He averted a near catastrophe. My insurance company could have bought many new cars today, before they cancelled my policy. Who knows what could have happened were it not for Bryan Warden.As a result of Bryan’s heroism, we would not have bought a vehicle from anyone else. God bless him.

The only part of Moses I would recommend is the salesman, Bryan. The service department has went downhill the last few years. We have given them so much business and they treat you horribly. I wish Bryan could sell us a car anywhere because he deserves the paycheck but Moses does not.

The service prices when you book online dont match the prices. I needed an A1 maintenance minder which is exactly what I booked for which is a tire rotation and oil change. It was 66.90. When I checked out it was 83. She said they did a multi-point inspection that was complimentary but on the receipt it said 25.99 express service multi-point inspection. Not sure if that was the oil but then farther down the receipt it said complimentary multi-point inspection and when I checked out she told me that they look at your battery and your windshield wipers, Etc. Well they handed me the paper of the multi-point inspection and the only thing they had marked off was the tire grade and that my air filter was good. Left all the other boxes that she said they checked, unmarked. Not to mention I waited an hour and a half but they were busy so I expected a slight wait. I also will say that their complimentary inspection list is about half the size at Bill Cole Honda in Ashland and Bull coles prices are better and faster. I thought I would give this location a shot even though I was going to pay I thought was about $10 more. Their Lobby was nice & the employees were very nice, the process was smooth. But prices are deceiving. I ate thr extra this time but I probably wont be back.

A week or two wait for appointment, had to order parts, wanted $172 to update Navigation database which is free on-line (should be automatic on new vehicle). But the people are nice, they warned me about the Nav charge and they got my vehicle back quickly.Frankly, this hidden charges business seems to be the way Moses works. When I bought the vehicle they did a bait and switch on the financing (I have excellent credit, they said $20,000 “wasn’t worth Honda’s trouble”) and charged me $250 extra two weeks later (because my trade was registered to my wife).

After I picked up my car from Moses, I went to the mall. When I came out, I couldn’t find my car, and that’s because Moses had washed it so nicely that I didn’t even recognize it! To me that’s going the extra mile and is really customer service. I never expected that and never even paid for it to be done. My husband said “Well, if they’re going to take care of their customers like that, there’s no reason for me to go to WalMart even for an oil change, I’ll pay a little more for that kind of service.”

It wouldn’t allow me to give 0 stars sadly. I had a used car that was under the 30 day warranty when my battery died in the snow/sleet on Christmas Eve. I called and scheduled an appointment the next business day. I was assured it would be covered within the warranty. Not once, not twice but three times by multiple associates. My wife gave me a ride there at 8:30 AM on the date of the appointment. At 11:30 they told me it wouldn’t be covered by order of the used car manager’s direction. I’m not sure why a battery took 3 hours when I was the first customer there. But we are just getting started. After going in and speaking with a service manager he informed me it would be covered and to feel free to wait in the lobby. For two more hours my 7 months pregnant wife and I sat in a lobby in the middle of a pandemic. The only person to check on us was a guy in the service department who recognized us and went to ask the status of our car. Finally at 2:30 PM the battery had been changed under the warranty. Also, workers were not wearing masks and openly using tobacco in the facility while dealing with customers. I suggest anyone that is in need of a battery change to go to interstate battery where they actually honor deals and care about customers.

Quick service and friendly workers. Only bad thing is as I had been told prior I could get a rental for my service time and when I got there they said they didn’t have any, but after some conversing they were able to get one. I would have preferred everything ready and not had to argue for something that should have been set up and ready. And they said they washed my car for me but it was filthy and still had film on back windshield and dirty all over the body so they didn’t wash it, or if they did it was a poor job. But everyone was super friendly! 4 star review.

Tried to get an extra car key made from the Honda parts department and it was an impossible task. They sent me to the Nissan parts department who sent me back to the Honda parts department again. They then recommended that I find a locksmith locally that was capable of making a Honda key.

Was charged $289.95 for them to put freon in my air conditioner.$234.95 was Labor.$23.99 was Freon and Dye.$14.10 was Misc. Charges..?& $16.37 sales tax.RIDICULOUS!!!It worked for a week and started blowing warm air again.They also did a multi point inspection where they checked the condition of other parts and one of those parts was my windshield wipers and fluid. They checked the green box for working a-ok.. however...(My windshield wipers are junk and the fluid reservoir has cobwebs in it because the hose has been clipped for over a year.)This dishonesty has caused me to think they may have intentionally loosened a connection somewhere in my air conditioning system.Who knows..So now I am stuck having to pay someone else a lot of money to start all over, because Im certain that Honda will not make this right without charging me an unreasonable amount of money.So frustrating.

Can’t give a 0 star 🤬I have had the worst experience at purchasing a vehicle at the Honda store in Huntington ever….We will never purchase another car from here again…The car was purchased by my 74 year old mother and she relies on me to deal with all the paperwork and negotiation.1st the finance manager messed up the paperwork… Doesn’t contact us until 2 weeks later… (during this time my daughter was having surgery) Wants us to come in and resign papers, then offers to send someone to us to sign…(again I’m at the hospital with my daughter) Tries to say they had been calling for the 2 weeks(from their personal cell phone which my mom doesn’t answer strange numbers) don’t they have a phone at the dealership…2nd the day they are to come to my house to resign I ask him if the payment or anything changed and he told us NO it was papers regarding the extended warranty…3rd they send a service man with the paper work and we thankfully compared the documents, we noticed the payment had increased… I call finance manager and question and he said that it was the same payment which we argued…4th after she refused to resign any paper, finance manager accused me of being a thief and crook.. He continued saying we were shady people and how dare us when it was our fault the paper work got messed up. Then tells me he was coming to get the vehicle and wasn’t going to bring my down payment back.5th We tried to return the vehicle and get her down payment returned, which they told us it would take a couple of days after it was back on there lot…(No, we paid before we left she wants her money)Now we need a code sent to the WiFi so we can activate and they have given us the biggest run around. Service department told me I needed to bring the vehicle in for an appointment????This is ridiculous 🤬🤬🤬Actually called the St Albans store and they were very helpful but couldn’t help because we purchased in Huntington….Side note I usually do not write reviews but buyer’s beware, they were super nice the day we purchased…

The only reason for a 1 star is because you cannot leave zero. I brought my Kia Sedona in to trade towards a Civic Hatchback Sport. We found the one we wanted. Kent Carey let us test drive it, worked up the paperwork, took all of our information and took very good care of us. Explained that he was going on vacation starting today, but wrote out an approximate payment and trade in, etc. I signed it and he had to hand it off to another sales associate to handle everything due to him being on vacation today.This is where the story takes a bad turn. Everardo texts me to say that they cannot approve our loan without putting $3k-$5k down, when we told Kent we didnt have anything to put down and he noted it and said that shouldnt be a problem. So I asked Everardo why they couldnt do it and he said due to the negative equity. I explained that we have financed 3 other vehicles with negative equity and never had a problem and he still refused to help. So I asked him how much our payments would be if we took a personal loan and paid off the negative equity and he told me the price that was only $20 different from the price I was quoted with them taking care of the negative equity. I asked him why, to which he had Brett, the Finance Manager called.Brett had me on speaker, to which it was very hard to understand him. I asked him how much the payments were and how many payments. He told me, and I asked him why it wasnt any different to which he kept saying that they would have to finance so much for negative equity. I kept explaining that I would take care of the negative equity, I just needed them to finance the Civic. He then started telling me that would be the payments and wouldnt explain what everything was and why it was only $20 less with financing $9k less on the loan, to which he still couldnt explain it. I had to jump off of the phone due to being at work and I had to hang up.I texted Everardo asking is he could have Brett send me a picture of what all was being financed so I could better understand what all was being charged, which he responded Call Brett, he has your deal. I asked if he could have Brett email me the paperwork so I could look at it, and he hasnt responded and I havent received an email.We have a really good standing with lenders, good credit, plenty of income and NEVER had a bad experience when trying to finance any vehicles in the past. This has, by far, been the worst experience. We are currently working with our bank, which we were trying to just work with them in the beginning to help take off the negative equity, but they are now working to help us get a car loan and go over options with us.

Had a very great experience with Moses Auto Group today. We just moved to town and are having car issues with the vehicle we drove cross country in.The service department is working on our car now and I was able to find a second car today working with Matthew “Matt” DeMoss. Matt helped work within my budget and needs without all the sales-pressure (at least I could not tell if he was using those skills :) My family is very happy to be in our Certified Honda Pilot from Moses AutoGroup so you should not see us broke-down in the Tri-State area.We are Marshall, now.. !John M. & Family

I purchased this CRV from Moses in 2008 and all the maintenance and repair has been done there. Your Service Person, Jordan was extremely helpful and even loaned me a car so I did not have to wait 3 hours there. The price tag fir the work was a shock but they were very transparent about the breakdown of the bill. Good place to visit.
