I had searched a few different dealers this summer for a Jeep, which I was switching to after years with Honda. I ended up coming to Huntington Jeep and I am so glad I did. My salesman Keith was outstanding and did not pressure me at all, like I had been at other dealers. He worked with me to build and create the Jeep that had everything I wanted. Cindy was also fantastic and made sure I was getting the best experience possible. Bob greatly helped me once my Jeep was in, and he went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my purchase. I highly recommend going to Huntington to purchase or lease your vehicle. I am extremely happy with my entire experience there!

Just be careful. I leased a Jeep from this location because I got a good price, but I do not feel like I knew what I was getting into with whatever deal they have with Fusion Auto Finance. Once you drive off the lot you with no longer have any support or customer service from Jeep Huntington whatsoever, and youll be dealing with Fusion and a separate bank as well (Teachers FCU in this case). I just got charged an extra month payment on my lease (after I returned the car!) and very frustrated with the end-of-lease experience. Maybe I am just naive -- this was my first leasing experience -- but I expected way more.

Ive been having some trouble with my 2012 Jeep Compass. It was purchased in Hawaii new, travelled on a cargo ship to Texas, driven straight to Grand Rapids from San Antonio with no overnight stays and moved me to Long Island. A wonderful nine year old car. Finally a necessary repair would be more than the worth of the car, so with little time I needed to make the decision to buy a new one (didnt need 4WD in Texas and Hawaii - winter is coming). I called Huntington Jeep and reached Keith. There was a specific vehicle I wanted to see, but he was completely honest and said it was potentially spoken for. I went anyway. The extremely low mileage Grand Cherokee did end up being spoken for (man what a steal someone got), but he showed me what they had. I must have gotten to the dealership at 2:30PM, I drove a beautiful 2019 Grand Cherokee, low miles, fairly priced. Keith facilitated everything so flawlessly and it was the easiest car buying experience Ive ever had (coming from someone who would rather buy a new car than new tires in the past). I was at the dealership for maybe two hours (20 minutes of it waiting on my husband to come from New Hyde Park). We even dodged the rain. I would highly suggest Jeep (of course), but this specific dealership and Keith. It was a seamless process. There was no selling me something I didnt ask for - and I was easy - Grand Cherokee, Wrangler, Wrangler Unlimited - find one, show me, Ill decide. I really appreciate the honesty and not being run around.

Smoothest car buying experience ever! I was shopping around and had a few other appointments at other dealerships, but went no farther after speaking with Tom. They were able to get me a brand new car at a price I could afford, no pressure tactics or bait and switch schemes. Koran was very helpful with financing and explained everything clearly. John listened to what we needed and wanted and helped us build the perfect match. He worked a fair price and financing. Then despite all the problems that are making it hard to get cars, John kept us informed the whole way. A real pro!

I completely understand why this dealership was rated so bad. I wish I looked at the reviews before going there. I would give it no stars if possible. The salesman (Joel) never did one thing he said he would do - never returned one call. Asked for a refund because I didn’t want to deal with them. That still hasn’t happened. Left messages for manager “Jonathan”. No response. You guys are absolutely horrible. Now it gets real !

I recently stopped in to inquire about a 2021 Dodge Durango. The moment I walked in the door I felt welcome. I sat with a salesman named Pete who I would highly recommend. Pete made the whole experience feel effortless and painless. I like the fact that the salesman runs all of the numbers right at their desk instead of going back and forth to the sales manager and coming back with information written on a blank page like other dealerships. When I sat with Pete I felt like I knew him for years. Pete isn’t the typical car salesman. It felt like I was sitting with an old friend I haven’t seen in years. Huntington was the best pricing I found between several dealerships - their starting price was already lower than the negotiated price at Westbury or Empire. My salesperson, Steve, and the manager, Bob, both gave off good vibes and were very personable. However, there were some strange incidents that left the dealership unfit for a perfect review - not receiving a followup call after they replenished their inventory that I was waiting on, offering me vehicles which turned out to already be sold, then somehow turned out to be mysteriously available again. I had to visit the dealership five times when we probably could have reached a deal in one. Granted, they were kind and apologetic each step of the way. At the end of the day, I got the car I wanted at a good price, am happy with the overall experience and would return to Huntington Jeep again.

I purchased a used car and had Pete for a salesman and had to reach out to manager Bob Kravitz. They promised everything and delivered nothing they had promised. Both times Bob promised to reach back out to me and follow up. 1 month after the purchase we noticed the brakes were grinding. We called back and Pete said he was going to personally going to set up the appointment for us. We went on the day we were supposed to and he never made the appointment Bob tried to reassure us and do the right thing. He said he was going to have them pick up our truck and bring us a loaner car because of the mess up on their end. He never called back or followed up. As soon as the car was sold, they couldnt be bothered making things right. I strongly urge anyone who wants great customer service and no headaches to stay away from Huntington jeep / Chrysler

Incredibly disappointed with how much the customer service in this facility has failed. Ive purchased 5 separate vehicles from them with no hassle and 100% responsiveness. I have a lease ending this month and was willing to return as a customer until I got completely blown off. Multiple phone calls to separate extensions with no return call. When I called expressing my concern I was told we have no vehicles till July anyway and they are all spoken for.Sad. Very sad way to treat a customer.

John...5 star at Huntington Jeep. I obtained my first Jeep from the Westbury dealership. the Sales person was nice but she lead me to believe she made an error and I was getting a discount. Well, the discount was on the paperwork but I realized later that the Jeep i was shown was not the Jeep I obtained. when I called, the sales person no longer worked there and NO MGR returned my calls. I started to take my Jeep to the Huntington Jeep service for oil changes, etc. I liked the people there so I went back for when my lease was up. John worked hard to obtain the jeep I was looking for. He returned calls & emails. I now have a great Jeep with all the items I wanted and I am paying about the same per month. :) Thank you, John!!!

My purchase of my dodge ram went as smooth as possible with salesman Pete. Everything since...... not so much. If you enjoy being transferred to voicemail after voicemail this is the place to call!!! I waited about a month to have a piece removed off my old car that took 5 mins to do... I was also told my disposition fee would be waived since I am staying in a dodge but i received a bill in the mail from dodge with that fee on it. Spoke to Pete about it and was supposed to be called back on monday afternoon tuesday morning the latest and still have yet to hear anything from him or Kuran the finance manager.

I met with Ed Bailey in 2007. He sold me my first jeep. then another in 2012. Great guy from my home town and a marine veteran.A real gentleman and a professional. When it came time to buy 2 jeeps for my sons in 2017. I went directly to Ed. He tried to help me but his manager did all he could to send me away....and he did to your competitor. Just recently out of respect for Ed I came back to Huntington Jeep to give him first right of refusal. Ed was out so I met with Rob who assured me that Ed would get the credit. I was so happy with the deal I got I called my brother and he also purchased a jeep. I will return next month to get another jeep. Honestly, the best experience buying a car I’ve ever had. I had been to another dealership the same day I stopped in here. I had haggled and had all of this back and forth with the other salesperson. The manager came out. She asked for my credit card to show I was serious. They acted like they weren’t going to let us leave. Then I came here and got a better deal without any real haggling or discussion. No nonsense. I picked up my car the next day and both the management and salesman couldn’t have been nicer. When signing the lease agreement there were no mysterious charges, add in’s or requirements to put any money down unless I wanted to.

Great experience, great customer service. Made purchasing a vehicle painless. I will be returning when my lease is up. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle.

This is the second time I brought my JGC service center to fix both key fobs and this is the second time they’ve stated there is nothing wrong with the key fob. I’ve waited for almost 3 hours for something that took a few minutes to check. The service agent told me the problem could be an “infrared interference issue”. The infrared statement was not noted on the invoice. I asked the service agent that assisted me where do I go from here since you guys can’t fix the problem. He told me he did not know. I have a video of the issue and my time continued to be wasted. I have had multiple issues with this service center and I do not recommend this place to anyone. This is based on multiple issues in the past and countless unnecessary time wasted.

Rarely do i take the time to leave a Google review, however felt this one is well deserved. I performed a long and vigorous search for a Ram 1500, and had a very specific configuration/features in mind, and over time became very knowledgeable about the differences and what many dealers across the island were able to offer. After researching, calling and visiting 10+ dealerships, I had found that Huntington had a vehicle in stock that had everything i was looking for. As soon as i walked into the dealership, i was greeted by Keith Freda. From start to finish the process was by far the best car sales experience I have been through. Between the time it took and the courtesy they showed, the whole process was quick and painless from trading in my previous vehicle for a fair offer and getting me into the new vehicle. Keith made sure everything was prepped and ready for pickup and i was in and out of the dealership within 30 minutes on my pickup date. Moving forward, Huntington and specifically Keith Freda will be tops on my list of who to recommend when in the market for a new vehicle. Terrible, they didn’t have the Jeep the had advised even after appointment made, sales guy knew nothing about the car and than they wanted a deposit even before running credit. Go somewhere else don’t waste you time.
