Arrived before they opened, however, another customer that arrived after us, was checked in first. I was quite disappointed and it was unfortunate that it happened as we were waiting more than 40 minutes. On the God side, it was what should have happened because Beth was amazing! Took her time and the little boys haircut was perfect! Beth is truly an artist in her craft! So...keep in mind when things dont go as youd want...its for a reason! Thank you Beth!! Soon as I got there I was able to go on n get the hair cut I was there to get by a sweet little lady named Linda. I had read a bunch of reviews n was more than a little nervous about getting my hair cut there since I dont let a lot of people cut my hair but I sure am glad I didnt listen to all the negative reviews n went ahead n got my hair cut. It is much cooler for the summer months coming n looks so much thicker n more volume being a little shorter. She cut it the way I ask her to cut it n not a inch shorter. Thanks a lot Linda I will be back.

Smelled of cigarette smoke as soon as I walked in. Staff was friendly, greeted me and checked me in quickly. Wait was faster then estimated. Showed hairstylists a picture of what I wanted but hair was nothing like I asked for.

Its hard for me to give 5 stars but everything about the business is well done in Huntington, WV.At the moment **Bring A Mask** they dont keep them and they require one as of June 29 still; due to epidemic.Overall Sams is a great choice for a last minute or Everytime cut .... I tried them and they were less expensive even with a wash. About 15 for Male cut and Wash; 12 for cut alone.Hope this helps ... Walk Ina only unless maybe you need a perm

The ladies this evening were awesome. I left my debit card at home and the manager was fine with letting my son get his hair cut first then bring payment once I found my card. An extremely kind gentleman paid for the cut in the end, but just to show compassion to this single mother who was already stressed about a potentially lost card just renewed my faith in humanity. God was most definitely present at fantastic Sams this evening!

Went in to get hair bleached asked for my natural color which is like a honey blond, ended up with platinum blond and white roots. Told her my hair takes fast so she didn’t need to leave it on long. Since then my hair has been falling out and breaking off when I barely touch it. Now I have no self confidence because of someone who doesn’t know how to listen. :(

Great place for all of your hair care needs. The staff is experienced, skillful, and friendly, no appointment is necessary. There is almost never a wait. Whether you need a quick trim or A major hair makeup for I would highly Recommend them.

I came in with a hair problem. Another hair dresser cut my bangs weird (just to put it shortly). The hair dressers were nice and told me how fix it once it was long enough to be fixed. They made me feel a lot better.

Slowest Hair Salon nothing but hags and ugly people taking up service and the hairdressers take forever on their hair, not to mention they never bothered to tell me how long I would have to wait to get my haircut and then have in the past they told me a 15 minute wait and it was much longer than that. Worst Hair Salon in the area.

Worst hair cut Ive ever had. I asked for a long layers cut below my shoulders. The lady kept me turned away from the mirror and gave me a pat benatar hair cut. Now im going to have to wear head bands and pony tails until its long enough to have corrected.Dont waste your money. Youll still have yo have your hair cut.

This is the worst hair cut I’ve ever had in my life. Me and my mom both got our haircut and they cut it WAY to short. I literally started crying inside the place and cry everytime I look in the mirror! I literally look like a boy!!!

The first haircut they gave me was wonderful but when I went back they completely ruined my hair, even though I tipped double what the cut actually cost. Never again

Went here to get my hair cut and colored and ended up getting confronted and being treated badly. The women in there were rude and very rough with my hair. I got my hair bleached and when I left... IT WASNT EVEN THE COLOR I ASKED. IT WAS STILL BRASSY AND I WASNT GIVEN INFORMATION ON HOW TO FIX IT! In the end the haircut was fine and I was peeved that I got treated the way I did. I WILL NEVER BE BACK AT THAT DISRESPECTFUL PLACE. I couldnt even start a conversation with my stylist without feeling like crap.

I went in to get my hair cut and layered the girl who cut my hair didn’t want to take the time to blow dry it but I made her because I knew if I left there without being able to see the layers dry it would be a mistake. After it was half way dry I could already see it was uneven and the layers were really choppy and uneven none of them flow together! I had her fix it 3 times until finally I just gave up and said ok because I wouldn’t have had any hair left if I kept letting her cut it!! So now I get to go spend another 30 bucks to have my hair fixed by someone else!! Save your money and don’t go to fantastic sams I know it’s cheaper but when u have to pay for another haircut to fix the first it’s not!!

I went in for highlights and trim come out with my hair alot shorter than a trim and the highlights werent even highligts. I will never go to a beauty shop again. Especially this one! My hair is shameful!!!
