Went in for a Sticker.Very professional and answered all of my Questions and gave me some great advice about my other Car.

Took my new truck in to have inspection sticker. They tell me I need ball joints. I take truck to another garage they said I needed nothing. I think they saw a woman decided to make some money on me. I am not stupid. I will be reporting them to the state inspector.

Crooks. Anyone leaving a good review is unaware that they’re being taken advantage of. This place shouldn’t be in business. LIED on an inspection. Told us we needed the ball joint replaced, and they wouldn’t pass it. took it to another mechanic, they told me the ball joint was fine. They are liars and con artists. Do not trust them, they’ll never get another penny from me. They’re using the inspections as a way to make repairs on things that are fine.

Great service and reasonable prices! I bought a 2000 Chevy pick up last year and every time I have had any problems with it I have taken it here and they always fix it up and get it back to me within the same day. If you take to them early in the morning you have a good chance of getting it back the same day.

Wonderful experience. Had to get a state inspection sticker. No wait time. Took us right in and did the inspection. Also had to get to break lights. They took care of us quickly and professionally and had wonderful pricing.

Been taking care of my old 98 4Runner for years. Wouldnt be running today without these guys. Professional, fair, and can fix just about anything.

Same as another reviewer. My father who is a veteran and who insists on doing things on his own, was denied an inspection sticker because of his tire . They dint make money on inspection sticker so they have to try to make it worth their time. Dont go here!

You guys did great...very transparent and did only what I needed done.

I went to get a tie rode replaced and they didnt tighten the lug nuts on my tire and it almost came off, I caught it in time and re tightened them myself. I gave them another shot and they put an old part on my Impreza and I had to take it suburu to fix it, they determined that not only was it an old tie rod but that they gave me a defective one. I will not be going there again!

Loudermilks has been very generous and helpful in taking care of issues with both of my vehicles in the past three months.

The people who work at this establishment are extremely rude and obnoxious. They apparently do not need customers as they are financially well off. This is the impression I was given when I went in to get some work done to my vehicle. I would never recommend this place to anyone and when I have customers at my job as for recommendations for their auto repair I ALWAYS tell them to stay away from Loudermilks!

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! They are the VERY rude and do awful work. I’d go anywhere BUT there. Don’t waste your time! I wouldn’t give that jerk a dime of my money.

Surly mechanics who werent very interested in being polite

My husband had both axels replaced on his vehicle 2 weeks ago at Loudermilks. Last Wednesday, the front drivers tire completely flew off on the Interstate. We had the vehicle towed to another garage and it was determined that Loudermilks did not tighten the lug nuts properly. The car is a total loss. We called Loudermilks expecting at the very least a refund on the services. The owner was extremely rude and told us that he didnt care and that is is not his problem. Not only are we out a car and $700 in services to this sorry excuse of a garage, another vehicle hit the tire. Two people could have been killed due to the pure negligence of this garage.
