Absolutely trash. Liars and scammers. Said I was approved for a car, talked down payment, APR, monthly payment and all. AFTER running my credit, just to then tell me to go home because their system was down. I immediately knew something was off. Said they would call me, but I had to call them 5 hours later! Just to say I need a co-signer and the bank said they offered too much on my trade in. Why not tell me if I needed a co signed? (Lied) What does the bank have to do with them buying my car…? Absolutely terrible. After I said si didn’t have a co-signer, they refused to speak with me. Only the receptionist would answer my questions on the phone the day after while placing me on a brief hold, as if they were standing there listening about them continuing to run my credit!! They can change the name, but they are still terrible.

I contacted yes Ford by email on Tuesday about prices on 2 cars they had on their lot. I told them i would be car shopping this weekend and would like pricing before driving around. They had what i can only presume was automated messaging get back to me that did not include pricing. I responded asking again for pricing. They responded again but again not with pricing. So i contacted them via Facebook on Wednesday. I was told they would be in touch. I almost immediately received the same “automated” sounding email. I sent another Facebook message to which they replied they could not confirm if that was the sales person they told to message me or not. I waited till Thursday evening to ask again if someone would be responding to me with pricing. I was told “ I am not able to confirm exactly when my team will reach out to you, but I can assure you they will be in touch as soon as they are available! Is there anything else I can do for you?” I’m not sure how long it takes to get pricing but i feel 3 days should have been long enough.

My husband and I sat for over a hour doing paperwork before they wanted to show us a car. Then you tell them what your budget is and they come back with a truck have you drive it and then its double of what you have told them . What you didnt hear our budget? This was a total joke!!!

I was hesitant about trying to get something financed since my credit is not so good. But after explaining what I was wanting and payments I wanted to stay within, they found me the greatest SUV. They were friendly and caring and went above and beyond to help.me out. I would be glad to go back again

I bought a new truck from Yes Ford in Huntington WW. No problem. Once I started trying to get service the problems began. I have never been able to call and get an appointment for service without multiple attempts or extraordinary measures like calling the general manager or using internet. Terrible. Today I finally got in for routine service after a month of trying, Endless transfers to a dead end and no return calls etc. This has been going on for at least a years so its not a systems issue. I sit here in the 80 degree customer service lounge. Lots of things dont work with Yes Ford service department. I wish someone would really take a hard look at their system if they care or maybe just concentrate on sales sales sales and hell with the rest.

I purchased a 2020 Ford Ecosport on 12/04/2020. Since then it has been in the shop multiple times. The service writer was excellent each time. The issues with the new car have been tires blowing out on flat smooth roads, the computer had to be reprogrammed, the radio/ information center malfunctioned, had the oil changed and tires rotated after which the car was out of line these issues where addressed and the car released within 1 day. Currently (10/15/2021) it has been in the shop for 105 days due to the wheelbearings needing to be replaced. My car has 14,xxx miles on it. After some talking about if the car is safe to drive, they agreed to place me in a rental until it was fixed. After a few weeks I started looking into lemon law and decided to file. Ford Motor Company has agreed to repurchase the vehicle in August. Yes ford was contacted by Ford Motor Company about paperwork they needed to move forward with the repurchase. They did not even communicate with an attorney. Last week I was informed by my attorney that I needed to speak with J.L. Mick (the general manager) on 10/14/2021. I made numerous attempts to speak with him on the phone. Had not received a call back so since I work around the corner from the dealership I stopped in after work. Figured it is hard to ignore someone if they are standing in front of you. Well went Im and asked at the desk to speak with J.L. The guys at the front desk spoke with me for a few moments then said he just pulled off the lot. Then they informed me that he had not received the documents that Ford Motor Companys lawyer had said would be there on 10/14/2021. The repurchase is to be completed by today.In conclusion I was happy with the sales team and the service department service writer. All other dealings with this dealership and Ford Motor Company has been a nightmare full of no communication, and lack of motivation to do their job at hand. Completely unprofessional. I personally will not be doing business with Yes or Ford again and would recommend no one else to as well.

Scamming, dishonest dealership. They are currently asking over double the MSRP on broncos. Other Ford dealerships locally are doing a waiting list and helping customers buy broncos at MSRP at a wait from Ford. At Yes, after youve wasted an hour test driving a car, got your car seats in and out of it to test, they then tell you they want $90,000 for a car with an MSRP of $41,000. The best they would do was $75,000- still almost double the MSRP. I walked out... the manager told me he would contact me that day after speaking to the owner who was on his way in, and he never did. They could have easily just sold me a different car instead, so I have no idea why they would tell me I would be getting a call and then never do it. I waited a few days for them to call me back, heard nothing, and went to another dealership and bought a different model. Cherry on top, they couldnt be bothered to call me back, but they did sign up my phone number to get robo texted. See attached pic.

This place doesnt even deserve one star. The sales guy Darien was nice. He seemed nervous and its probably because of the horrible management he works under. LJ or JL Something like that should not be allowed to work with customers. He is one if the rudest people Ive ever came into contact with. I made it clear from the beginning NOT to run my credit if they couldnt accept my car as a trade. He ran it anyway and had Darian show me a vehicle that I was not interested in.He said that is the ONLY car I was approved for then said the only way I could buy it was without trading in my 2012 Chrysler 200. This was after he ran my credit anyway and then he would not even talk to me about it. Horrible Expierence. Do NOt waste your time or money at this place its a joke! They supposedly are running a special to double the amont owed on your vehicle to apply towards a trade. That was a lie! I am reporting them to the BBB!

Its 2021. And most anyone reading this has the internet and can google most anything they want.Information is free and at our fingertips but experience isnt. Experience is what I want to see when I visit a Ford dealership. I didnt want a sales pitch or a salesman to read me a website.Whats worse about yesterdays salesmanship is that managers try to get you in the door and waste your time and money. I didnt have to entertain an appointment or 20 min out of my day to talk to someone that didnt know anything. I did it anyway in the hope that experience would show itself in a conversation, still I wasnt surprised when it didnt - and I just got a lousy sales pitch. Tactics like this take advantage of our courtesy and our kindness.Its really tough to respect a business, let alone an American brand like Ford, when communication/strategies are so bad. Then again maybe the products could use some better imagining as well.

I was late for my appointment and greeted with a welcome smile. They listened to what I wanted in an auto. And what I needed to have as a payment. Finance department explained how I could get a car that day. And explained how I could get an even better deal with a few tweaks to my credit report. I decided to wait and fix my credit and save a little for a down payment. I will be purchasing my future auto with them. Cant thank them enough for being so nice and informative.

Just bought on 4/19/21 and I am very WILLING to trade my 2020 Ford Escape...This is the WORST vehicle that I have ever owned, hit a dog on Slappey in Albany on 4/23 and Both front doors are ready to fall off of the vehicle, the GPS takes you down dirt roads weekly, the usefulness of the vehicle is something that YOU ALWAYS have to figure out

Felt very uncomfortable. Went in to consider making a trade. The salesperson kept asking about my credit. My credit is none of their business until we make a deal. Wanted to know my payoff before they would look at my vehicle which made no sense. What I owe and what my cars value is are two separate issues. Nonetheless, the salesperson knew I was not following what he wanted me to do and basically lost interest in helping me. This dealership needs some serious training. My advice to anyone is to avoid this place unless you like being controlled by a salesperson and cannot make decisions on your own. The whole process seemed strange and I have a strong feeling they like people who are sheeps that will follow what the dealership wants them to do.

Awful place to buy a vehicle. We went in looking for a good family vehicle. They say everything you want to hear and hide all the major aspects of the deals. They make promises that they absolutely will not keep!!We was promised a payment plan that we could have a payment taken out weekly and they promised this as my husband gets paid weekly well we never received the payment book so we called in and they then informed us that they forgot to add they are all working from home we need to call them so we do so and the GMC lender informed us that there is no weekly payment plan and that they have never had a weekly payment option. So we leave messages no one will call us back. We also have to have it serviced already for a shifting problem. We still havent gotten out title or anything to get our tags and we have had it for over a month. Poor customer service and no one knows what the heck they are doing its our job to call from one lot to the next to figure out who to talk to because they say different lots take care of different parts of the sale. They also didnt tell us that we had to stop auto pay for our trade in vehicle and they took a payment out after we traded the car in and said we are just out that money because of a hidden paper that they slipped in and had us sign but we dont remember signing the paper. They are dirty and dont treat their clients well at all. DONT BUY FROM YES FORD IN HUNTINGTON WV!!

Not very caring for their customers. No return phone calls. Promises made but not kept. No communication between departments. Eager to make a sale, and then you are forgotten. It had recalls on it that I tried to get fixed through them and they said they couldn’t do it because my car wouldn’t start and I am now out of a car and I still owe on it. The dealership is clean and the staff is friendly. The issue is that my wife and I purchased a used vehicle, we test drove it and the air was not working. The tire sensor was messed up, and the wind shield has a crack and multiple chips in it. The dealership agreed to get the window fixed, which is good with us. However they said it will be a few weeks. I fixed the tire sensor myself. Then the ac we had to take it to service at the dealership. My wife and I had to pay to get the ac fixed in a vehicle that we just bought. The dealership should have had this issue fixed before selling the car or at least fix it at no cost to the buyer. From my understanding the place has a new owner. Im not sure if this is how Keith says yes runs his other dealership but if so its pretty messed up to make a buyer pay to have a car fixed that they just bought. At this time I cant recommend anyone to this dealership.

Absolutely horrible place. The ad on the radio is what made me walk in but they are all lies. It should be called no ford. Instead of giving me an extra 3,000$ in trade in value like they said on the commercial they instead low balled me for my truck 5 grand less than its worth. They have no such thing as 50$ down. Ill never step foot in this place as long as I live. Not to mention the credit department ran my credit a second time WITHOUT consent the following day.

I had once reviewed Ford at a lower quality rate. Since that time, I returned to Ford and received much better service. The notification of what was happening, the total costs, and steps moving forward were much clearer. I appreciate the improvement and feel much better in returning again and again. In fact, I am returning next month to finish the servicing on my car as at the end of the servicing I was informed of an issue with my car and the total estimated costs to fix it. It allowed me to plan for not having my car when its serviced the next time and to save money for that. Thanks, Todd Judy Ford of Huntington.

Keith is upfront with answers to my questions, even when I dont like the answers and knows how much I dont like leaving my car to be worked on. My vehicle became inoperable in a parking lot across the street from the service center. The service manager took the time to walk with me to the vehicle, where he examined the situation and said he would take care of it. He did, 36 hours later. I was provided a ride from the center to home, and from home and back to the center where I found my car running great. The price was reasonable.

Excellent product knowledge from salesman Eric M. I haven’t bought a new car in 7 years and they have changed a lot. He thoroughly explained to me how to start and shut off car as well as well as unlocking the door without using the key fob. Helped me set up my phone and wi-fi. Explained how “Tires for Life, free yearly inspection stickers and lifetime power train” worked. Gave me the schedule of maintenance so I can keep these free warranties in place. Got the trade in value I was asking for on my used car. I am very happy with my 2020 Ford Explorer that I purchased from Todd Judy Ford of Huntington.

I have never had to use this dealership until my car had issues on the way to work and I couldn’t drive it home. Owen in the service department worked me in and got me answers to the problem the same day. They had my car fixed by the next day and even were able to provide me a rental in the mean time. Let me get this right. Because I bought my truck at a different dealership, youd prefer I take it back to them for service? What am I missing? This is the impression I was left with. I live closer to you than my selling dealer and would have bought from you if your sales department would have treated me like I knew about what I wanted when I shopped there. Sad to see that the poor attitude in sales is the same in service. All I needed was an oil change and I was made to feel as if you did not want my business. **Update 02/07/2018**. I should have been asked for it when I visited the places ON TWO OCCASIONS but nope, Im a woman and dont know anything...Had I been professionally treated, youd have it already. Just another sign of total incompetence there. Two visits to the store and after being basically blown off on the 2nd visit for an oil change (because I didnt buy there but would have had my first visit been handled correctly) I ended up getting and oil change at a quick oil change business within a few minutes drive of your store. You know that businesses go under one customer at a time dont you? Well youve lost me.

Hassle free and stress free. 2 solid hours to buy a car they want off their lot thats higher priced than the one you want. Im not buying a car without test driving it also. I recently took my Explorer with close to 90,000 miles in to Todd Judy Ford for some recall work, and while I was not expecting to have to pay anything, the technician did find several issues that were a safety concern. Unfortunately, they would turn out to be costly repairs (over $1000). But the service advisor and technician were very professional in their presentation of the problems, and I dont feel I was forced into any unnecessary repairs. I trusted their assessment of possible safety issues down the road. They were also cognizant of my valuable time and prompt in getting my car back to me quickly. Overall, I was pleased with my experience.

My wife and I went to Todd Judy Ford in Huntington and were treated so good we both bought vehicles the same day! I bought a 13 F-150 and my a 18 Escape (still haven’t figured out how she got the new one?!) They stayed there until 11pm that night (unheard of at most dealerships) to finalize everything!! Probably won’t NEED another vehicle for a while but will definitely be coming back when we feel the need to “upgrade”!! These guys are the best!! Go in and ask for J.L.!!

Had service done at the service department ... waited for vehicle. Service Representative was very nice in trying to get me in and out. Not enough Technicians for the area of volume in this area. Spent 4 hours there. Did not have part ... part ordered and arrived .. called back ... a 10 minute task turned into an hour so had to leave .... again need more staff or service bays for this area .... Rebecca was very nice ...

They did a very good job fixing some recalls on my car. There were some problems after my initial visit that they could not have planned for, but they were more than happy to fix them the same day I called with the problems. I will definitely be taking my car back for future maintenance, but hopefully not for a while, lol!

I took my 15 Flex in for routine service..oil change air filter etc. Everyone was friendly and the service was prompt ...i had The Works service which includes a tire rotation...i wish they would include a re-balance of the wheel-tire as i often get new vibrations after the rotation....I know this isnt unusual, but a re-balance, especially if you bought the tires at the dealership as i did would be a nice service... I do miss Chris who is no longer the service manager for some reason.

They lie about it had me driving s illegal vehicle because they lied about transferring my tag and after I had the vehicle for 29 days they sent me a email saying that I have to come to the lot and sign the welcome packet and I got there they said they were taking the car because my social security card was blurry in the picture so it must be fraudulent Im a disabled veteran who has one leg and I was polite and asked for the car I traded in and my thousand dollars down payment and they had neither one and when I called them and ask them about when I was going to get it back they became belligerent and said she told you that you will get it when we get it back from the other store well I should have took the new one and told them that I will return it when you return my stuff

I submitted an application for approval for a vehicle 3 days ago. I have called now for 3 days and still havent heard anything. They keep telling me its still pending. For 3 days??? I just wish someone could contact me instead of me trying to contact them. After 5 or 6pm their phones quit working and they stay open till 8pm???

Went to the lot and knew exactly what I wanted. Spent no time looking at trucks, but still spent 6 hours in the showroom waiting to get the financials. We were preapproved for a loan and we were the only people there, so I have no idea what the holdup was. The salesperson, Laura, being funny was the only thing that kept me from walking out while waiting that long. The motto of friendly, fast, and fair needs to exclude the fast part.After buying the brand new F-150, I get home and a few days later the heat quits working. I call to get it repaired and am told I have to talk to my salesperson and she isn’t in today. What does my salesperson have to do with my heater needing repaired? I’ve already bought the truck.

Worst car shopping experience I’ve ever had. I stopped today and walked around the lot for 30 minutes and was never even waited on. A salesman walked right past me and didn’t even say a word. You can say what ever you want on your commercials but it’s all not true because I experienced the total opposite of what you say. I left there and went to River City Ford and they were amazing and I left in a brand new Edge. Please people save your time and don’t go to Todd Judy Ford. They are terrible
